How do you generally feel about Pulseway as a RMM?

My experience has not been horrible, but it hasn't been good either. The high pressure that they put on you during calls is definitely not appreciated but I don't blame the sales people, upper management is probably leaning on them pretty hard. Overall, I think I would give them a 3/10. As soon as we can move on we will.

Just like others have mentioned on Reddit, We have licensing issues from time to time that we just ignore and they will be restored a few hours later. The RDC isn't very good in a mixed PC / Mac environment. TEST, TEST, TEST, before you become a customer. They are not easy to deal with if you have any complaints.

The service has been down so many times in the past year it's unbelievable

It's an expensive service so I don't think my expectations of having a functional service are unreasonable

I have been trying to get in for the past 90 minutes and It took support an hour to respond to my ticket.

My brand is built on fast response times and the service, being so problematic, is not working
