  2. You can now discover computers from Active Directory through the Discovery & Deployment probes if they are a domain member. Additionally, you can now deploy the Pulseway Windows Agent through Group Policy Objects for all domain-joined computers or for just a selection of Organizational Units. This will automatically enrol newly added computers in Active Directory to Pulseway and place them in the correct Agent Group which in turn will apply the endpoint monitoring policies, optionally install an antivirus product, and start managing operating system and 3rd party patches too.

    I have 2 systems that keep going on / offline in Pulseway. It's 1 physical system with a VM. It'll go off/on every few minutes for about 30 secs. Then stop for a while and start doing it again. Not at the same time either. The physical machine will show offline but I can still interact with the VM. Never experienced this issue before. I tried to restart the systems but didn't help. I reset the network they're on but that didn't help either. I believe it's an issue with PulseWay. Should I try to uninstall / reinstall?

    Hi Folks, I've recently deployed Pulseway, and getting my staff to start using "Request Support" feature. Is it possible to have the "Request Support" set to a different priority than the default of "Normal"? For example, set it to "Low" by default? Are there any customisations available regarding the priority levels? For example, can I insert a custom priority & set this as the only option for "Request Support"? Thanks.

    How can I produce a report that shows activity on an endpoint? The audit report only shows current status. I would love to be able to show my customers: On this endpoint, this month 9 Windows updates were installed 4 3rd party apps were patched 2 new apps were installed 1 security event was resolved and these scripts were run 4/1/22: Backup - successful 4/2/22: Backup - successful Configuration - successful 4/3/22: etc. Every script run should be shown. If scripts were run as part of a task, a workflow, or manually from the UI, they should all be shown with date/time, script name and result. …

    Is there a way to display time stamps on reports? For instance, when running the the CPU use report - the graphs is great and all, but it would be nice to have some more data like time of day. Or maybe at least can I find out when the agent polls the server?

    Hi there, I've recently started using pulseway again after mostly phasing it out of my use in my home environment. I'm aware that you've changed policy and now no longer have a free tier, although users who previously signed up still have access. I would like to know about the process of converting my existing free tier account over to a paid account as i've already hit the limit of two endpoints again which stopped me from fully adopting pulseway the first time around. Looking at the pricing it seems you have a flat fee rather than a per-endpoint. What is the total number of endpoints included in that plan? And how would I go about transitioning my account…

    First time needing to do this, but we have sensitive data in the portal we want removed I do not see any obvious way to clear archived notifications from our portal, would have thought this would be under Server Admin Settings. @Paul assuming I'm missing something obvious here?

    I am curious if there is a simple log/report for a machine in Pulseway that shows if and when the agent for a particular machine is disconnected or not reporting back to the server. I am trouble shooting some outage notifications that are happing in a separate system (Uptime Robot). I have seen a couple of the machine reporting offline in Pulseway but still accessible depending on the ISP. I think the disconnects are brief in nature. I am not saying this is a Pulseway problem but the logs of agent connectivity would help with cause and correlation investigations. Thanks in advance for your responses. -Jacob

    Is it possible to have a widget added on the dashboard that has to do with client portal conversations. Currently we have to check each time in the conversations to see if someone has messaged. We would like to be able to see incoming messages as a widget on the dashboard, is this possible?

    I am trying to install a 3rd Party application, Elpha Secure. I have the .msi file saved to Dropbox and I am trying to install it from there. After doing some research I have gone in and set up a Custom Tile, but it was just spinning at Provisioning then "Failed to read metadata". Is there something else I need to be doing?

  16. My experience has not been horrible, but it hasn't been good either. The high pressure that they put on you during calls is definitely not appreciated but I don't blame the sales people, upper management is probably leaning on them pretty hard. Overall, I think I would give them a 3/10. As soon as we can move on we will. Just like others have mentioned on Reddit, We have licensing issues from time to time that we just ignore and they will be restored a few hours later. The RDC isn't very good in a mixed PC / Mac environment. TEST, TEST, TEST, before you become a customer. They are not easy to deal with if you have any complaints.

Little bit of background here, the company I work for supports approximately 400 systems for one of our clients, they use Pulseway for these systems therefore we are provided access to their Pulseway account to administer and support those systems. As a company we support thousands of other systems mainly on another non Pulseway platform we pay for. We were advised by the account owner that File transfer had been removed by Pulseway in a later version and we confirmed this since version 8 still has file transfer and version 9 just gives a message to use copy/paste instead.     I'm able to login to Pulseway Remote Control. However, it shows some devices offline that aren't actually offline. For the ones that are still showing online, I'm unable to connect to them. When attempting to connect, it shows "starting remote control" but it never actually connects. I also occasionally get the warning that it is busy or no endpoint found at this address.

  22. In NinjaRMM, you can set up your end users with a login to the portal and they then have the ability to click on an icon that launches Team Viewer and will remote them into any of the PCs that they have added to their list. Is there a way to do the same thing in Pulseway?

  23. Hej, I have installed the pulseway agent in my Raspberry Pi rel 4. However I can only sent commands via terminal and I want to see the remote screen connected with GUI. How can I achieve that. I could only find information on how to setup the agent but nothing about a remote desktop connection to a raspberry pi.

    Hello, I need to delete a customer, they have 300+ devices and when i tried to delete the organization under Configuration > Organizations > and the customer it says its not empty, i cant delete them one by one, it will take to much time. is there a better way?
