Hi Pulseway and fellow community, I'm trialling Pulseway on 5 PCs as a possible RMM deployment to 40-50 PCs soon, however Remote Desktop capability is the real decider as to whether or not we will go ahead. With Remote Desktop (Beta), I am able to establish connection with the PCs and open a remote session with no issues - however I am unable to keep the session open for longer than 30 secs-1 min before it freezes and completely drops the session. I am able to reestablish the session shortly after but again, it drops out after 30 seconds or so. Is anyone else experiencing these sorts of issues? Hi all, I send Pulseway email alerts to a email alert aggregate (PushBullet) and I was wondering if there is any way of getting rid of the promotional stuff at the bottom of the email? We primarily use the email notifications. I'd like to get rid of everything under the: "*Did you know" Let me know?

not sure where to post this question, so gone for general. is there a way, or should i create a feature request, to create a disk space report (say a graph) to show disk space usage over a period of time, i know i can create a number of notifications, with priority getting higher and higher as the space gets lower and lower to see that the space on a selected disk is getting low, but would be nice to create a graph so we can predict when the disk is due to run out? thanks in advance Gary

I saw the email that came out today about remote desktop being add and in beta, but I tried this out but all it seems to do is just be an RDP session that needs port forwards open to work. What I'm seeing and what it looks like in the screenshot is two different things. I'm using the dashboard 4.5.2, is that right or am I missing something?

I have a few questions about self hosting and also supported processors. 1. When I self host, what's the minimum number of licenses I can license? E.G. 5 licenses. 5 x $1.14/month x 12 months = $68.40 / year, possible? 2. What happens to your self hosted licenses after 1 year if you don't renew? E.G. Hi, wondering if anyone else if having this issue. I monitor ~34 servers and for the last 2 days, they have been randomly showing as offline. They are still up and the Pulseway service/software is running. On the Pulseway dashboard it keeps dropping servers off the screen and then they reappear and the complete list is never there now. A number of servers have the blinking "Offline Since xx days ago" but are not going red, some are. Reflects the same on my Android (Droid Maxx) phone. I've had a little bit of this behavior in the past. It is usually just a blip and the servers are back in the list, no notification or anything problematic. Now I'm getting offline notificati…

After starting the pulseway service. It drops out after aprox 20 seconds. I can restart the service but with the same result! Any Help?

Today I just downloaded and installed 32 bit debian Pulseway on a Linux (Ubuntu 12.04) machine. There is 12GB of memory installed and 1GB in use. In the Pulseway client (W8 Phone in this case, but I've seen it wrong in other clients) - the client shows 4GB installed and 3GB available. I have tried installing the 64 bit debian, but the Ubuntu installer says its the wrong architecture. Any ideas? Thanks, Richard

I have been administrating my company's pulseway account for 4 years. I am starting to get request from upper manegment that they want to be able to look threw the webcam feature at remote locations. I have 4 different groups setup with local and remote users servers EXT.. Is there a way I can give access to a user certain options and certain groups to access. I only want him to see the remote group and not servers and local users. Including owners, CIO, CEO and CFO local information. But I don't want to give them my administrator information.

Hi All, I can see pulseway can do a ping but this appears to be a continuous thing. I'd like to do a ping every X minutes or hours and then alert if latency is greater than X ms. Is there a way to do this? Cheers,

I have been running pulseway/pc monitor for a few years. Recently the service stopped running. I tried a full re-install but it did no work. I try to start the service through the manager - it shows it starts, then a minute or so later shows its off. I have attached the tracelog. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! I'am wondering why i have to configure monitoring of a ESX host via a Windows machine, Seems not lika a good solution because if the Windows machine goes down PC monitor cannot monitor the ESX host and also im stuck with just that machine monitors my hosts. Is there another way to solve this?

Hi, I have both devices IOS (iPad3 4G) and Android (Galaxy S4) When I try the Wake UP command on the phone (S4) it says Wake Up Failed. But if I try it straight away on the iPad it wakes up the PC instantly. Both are on 3G so there is no reason why 1 works and 1 doesn't that I can see. Both devices are authorized.

Is there a way to automatically clear alerts when the condition no longer exists on next poll. For example is a service is not started then gets started, can the alert automatically clear from the device?

Hello My company manages several clients across several techs. Each tech needs to only see notifications for their client (clients are in their own Groups in PC Monitor) I know you can limit access to groups via Device but if you give a certain device no access to a group that device will still get notifications from the group. Is there a way of limiting notifications to only certain groups on the mobile app's? Cheers.

Someone changed the windows password for the local administrator account on a stand alone machine and decided to not write it down!!! Luckily I had my fantastic PCMonitor installed! I tried doing this using dsmod and going crazy trying to find it then looked into powershell but both were very difficult to use to do this and did not work. Again this is a local account and not in AD. Then I tried the following at the command shell: net user administrator Password1 and the password was changed! It would be nice if we could have an interface to change user passwords though... :-)

I am running a simple home server using Filezilla on an old Toshiba Laptop. PC monitor works great but I have little issue. I can put it in a suspend state and I can also wake as well. Once woken I can connect to the server and such just fine. But after a min or two, the PC enters suspended state again. I have tried with the lid open, and closed and made sure pc does not require password on wake, and that closing the lid does nothing. Any ideas?

Hi Hopefully someone can help... new user so bare with me. I recently installed PC Monitor on my Windows 7 computer and Android mobile device. Awesome bit of software and I have only just scraped the surface of its full capabilities. I am able to turn the PC on using my mobile phone no problem, but once the PC boots up I am taken to the Windows User log in screen which requires a password before I can log into Windows. I can't see anyway to remotely enter the password in order for Windows to load. Am I totally missing something or is there no work around for this? Someone please help because I am completely stumped otherwise. Chris

Hello! I started testing PCMonitor a week ago and I am very pleased with what it's offering except one thing ... I'm really missing an insight of monitored system history (uptime, cpu/memory usage etc.). It would be really cool if there were some graphs so that you could see how did the server behave through time. You do show a graph of cpu/memory usage, but that is like 30 sec or so which doesn't tell you much in my opinion. Can we, if we buy enterprise version of PCMonitor, configure it to retain information we are interested in in database and build a custom application upon it? Regards, Davorin
