The security status report is labeled as "Antivirus and Firewall status" - I've just generated the report for all my servers, but there is no antivirus status listed. All are protected with Eset file server 4.5x Comments?

I have two PCs in the house, both running Windows 7 Pro x64 and both with static IP addresses on the same network. One sends a push notification every time when it wakes up from a suspended state. The other never does but consistantly sends me notifications on everything else. I've noticed that the PC in question takes a second or two before I can access the internet after waking up. I feel this is the issue but can't figure out what setting on there might be out of wack to cause this. I had WOL working prior to installing PC Monitor and I'm thinking I must have monkeyed with one of the settings at that point. Any thoughts on what might be going on here? Thanks

We turned on Third-Party Patching with pulseway last week in our organization. It was immediately clear we had a problem as org wide the ability to join meetings via links was broken. the only way to join meetings now was from the teams app built in calendar. I dug into the issue and found that the installation location changed from the users directory to the program files directory, however it looks to have failed to update a registry key for the users url calls specifically URL:msteams. The field that needs to be update on each users machine to correct this was to point the default entry at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\TeamsURL\shell\open\command to…

Hello I am currently trialing Pulseway and working on the patching module. Policies seem to work well enough but how exactly do I see all of the patch requirements of the endpoints? Also is there a way I can tell multiple devices to install a specific patch in bulk? Thanks Larnel

Hi, I have turned off 3 Client Servers and I want to remove them from my Billing. The Billing screen shows that I have 3 Server licenses and that I am using 0, when I try to reduce the number, I get a popup that says: You are currently using 3 licenses, you need to remove a server before you can decrease the order quantity. I have no problem adding licenses but removal is a problem. I've sent a two emails in the last two months to my Account Manager with no response. Anybody know how to remove the Servers? Hello, I'm needing to know if there's an easy way with 6.0 to transfer agents from an On-Prem server with an MSP to my own SaaS Pulseway account without having to uninstall and reinstall all agents? I also use webroot on all devices. I wondered if this article "https://forum.pulseway.com/topic/1797-migrate-your-agents-from-professional-to-enterprise/" would be valid or could it be modified for version 6.0? Thank you!

We are a small support company in NZ who manage many different clients in the same industry. Just struggling with the best way to configure pulseway in relation to grouping and scopes. How do others do this? One group per client with all their equipment inside the group ? Or groups dependant on task (workstation / servers etc ) so they can be attributed different patch policies and group policies easily. Would love some thoughts. Thanks.

How can I produce a report that shows activity on an endpoint? The audit report only shows current status. I would love to be able to show my customers: On this endpoint, this month 9 Windows updates were installed 4 3rd party apps were patched 2 new apps were installed 1 security event was resolved and these scripts were run 4/1/22: Backup - successful 4/2/22: Backup - successful Configuration - successful 4/3/22: etc. Every script run should be shown. If scripts were run as part of a task, a workflow, or manually from the UI, they should all be shown with date/time, script name and result. …

Hey, If we receive monitoring emails from pulsway, they are blocked by the spam filter. Our spam filter is at normal level. I have had contact with our provider but that can not be changed. Hoping there is something here to do what I am after. I want to run the Pulseway RMM reports external to the web page. Maybe through the API? I have a number of reports that I want to run for each "client". Rather than schedule each individual report, I want to be able to run 1 report which includes all the reports that I'm after. Basically, the recipient will get 1 e-mail message which contains all the selected reports. Is this possible. Maybe through an API of some sort? Any pointers greatly appreciated.

Hi, Has anyone got some advice on monitoring McAfee please? We need a way to monitor to the AutoUpdate so it alerts us if this has not run. Previously we have a script that checks the registry of each server then sends an email with the information, however we would like to replace this with a Pulseway alert if out of date. I have searched the forum but the last post is from 2012 so i was hoping there is a solution to this. Also looked from registry/WMI queries but that seems to be for reporting rather than monitoring. Thanks.

I understand that I can get a notification if a server goes down, but I have a specific situation that I want to present to see if this will work. I have a server on a network that occasionally has issues. The issue is caused by our Internet provider and what happens is the network can reach the Internet, but no traffic comes in. Will I get notified of an issue in this case? Does PC Monitor rely fully on the data being sent from the client? Or does it attempt to connect to or ping the client from the outside ever?

I'd like to temporarily disable notifications for any account that is 30 days overdue. By switching on Maintenance Mode, does this stop support requests via the taskbar icon? Does the PSA have the ability to automatically trigger Maintenance Mode? Thanks,

Hello, I have a question about the Pulseway app. When the pc is on all of the commands work great and are perfect for managing the pc. But I am attempting to turn on my pc when I am away from my home and then be able to fully control it like I was there. The issue is how the wake up command from sleep or from powered down will not work even when on my home network. How can I fix this. Also a side question, is there a way I would be able to see a live view of the screen or does it only allow screenshots of the screen. Thanks

I am using a script to install rclone on servers when they are onboarded. The URL for the preconfigured rclone package is defined as a Global variable. Hi there, I have a new mobile phone with no access to the old phone content (erased). In order to register the new phone and since no longer being able to authorise the web login with the old phone, I'm being asked for one of the 10 backup codes. The problem is that I'm not able able to locate those codes and I don't see any alternative way of logging in to my account. Has anyone run into this issue and if yes how did you solve it? Thanks!

I have an issue logged with Pulseway support and we worked on it for about an hour or so with no resolve. Basically you run the Policy and Patch folder is not created... nor do any applications install or update, as well as Windows Updates. Anyone else having this issue? As a work around to re-install a corrupt application or new, I used the mobile app, %computername%, patch management and then click Install Applications. Not the best of solutions but for now a work around if you are having issues also.

Hi all I got a message from pulseway support that my mobile phone was added to my pulseway account. I did not add it. This happened while I was working on malware removal on-site at a customers premises on today. I have changed my pulseway password with no propagation. Could this be related to the malware on my customers pc? Thanks,

Each time we add 1 or more devices which take us over the licence limit we have to go through the process of emailing sales to get extra licences added, every other RMM i've used simply invoices for the number of devices you have the agent installed on at the end of each month and this is much simpler and quicker. If I'm on site with a client and they sign up on the spot and want us to do the install there and then we can't as it takes time to get the licences added to our account. Can Pulseway not just allow us to order extra licences online or just bill us for the number we have installed?
