I have the Pulseway agent installed on 4 servers at one site. I was checking my weekly firewall report and Pulseway has sent/received 204GB of data in one week. This amount of data usage seems very excessive. Is this normal?

Hi, I see we can share computers between logins for Pulseway RMM. Groups and Tags are also shared between users. How can we share scripts and other items? I have been putting in Scripts for everyone to use, but I am the only person who can see them. We have 4 techs at this point, do we need to add the script 4 times in the RMM? The only solution I can thin of is to have everyone login into the RMM as the same user, so we can all share everything. Gary

Hello, I've reinstalled the software on a rebuilt PC and its been a while since I last used it. My account was recognized and validated but to make changes I need to log in. However, the password is not what I thought and I tried a reset but no emails have come through to my Gmail. Its not trapped in spam either. Should I just start a new account or is there something I am missing?

Hello, I have a question about the Pulseway app. When the pc is on all of the commands work great and are perfect for managing the pc. But I am attempting to turn on my pc when I am away from my home and then be able to fully control it like I was there. The issue is how the wake up command from sleep or from powered down will not work even when on my home network. How can I fix this. Also a side question, is there a way I would be able to see a live view of the screen or does it only allow screenshots of the screen. Thanks

Hello, I love this app and monitoring software. I am just confused about the "reports" section of the app. I would like to utilize this feature or at the very least understand how it works. I have been all over this forum and have not found much if any info on this. Can someone tell what reports are possible and how to set them up?

I am using a script to install rclone on servers when they are onboarded. The URL for the preconfigured rclone package is defined as a Global variable. I am monitoring several computers and I was editing some notifications and also changed the group name and now when I try to access the computers from the dash board to edit computer settings it rejects my password. Even on local computer, after clicking on "click here to allow changes" it rejects my password. I am pretty sure I did not change it. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Hoping there is something here to do what I am after. I want to run the Pulseway RMM reports external to the web page. Maybe through the API? I have a number of reports that I want to run for each "client". Rather than schedule each individual report, I want to be able to run 1 report which includes all the reports that I'm after. Basically, the recipient will get 1 e-mail message which contains all the selected reports. Is this possible. Maybe through an API of some sort? Any pointers greatly appreciated.

This happened while I was working on malware removal on-site at a customers premises on today. I have changed my pulseway password with no propagation. We turned on Third-Party Patching with pulseway last week in our organization. It was immediately clear we had a problem as org wide the ability to join meetings via links was broken. the only way to join meetings now was from the teams app built in calendar. I dug into the issue and found that the installation location changed from the users directory to the program files directory, however it looks to have failed to update a registry key for the users url calls specifically URL:msteams. The field that needs to be update on each users machine to correct this was to point the default entry at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\TeamsURL\shell\open\command to…

Hello, I'm needing to know if there's an easy way with 6.0 to transfer agents from an On-Prem server with an MSP to my own SaaS Pulseway account without having to uninstall and reinstall all agents? I also use webroot on all devices. I currently have a number of systems on the Pro subscription which is paid annually and I'm considering moving to the Ent MSP system for which I'll pay monthly, does anyone know how to upgrade as I see nothing in my account which allows me to upgrade.

Is there a way to block notifications from other monitored devices from being displayed on a specific device that has the PC Agent installed? RIght now a Win 8 system I am monitoring is displaying notification from other monitored systems. I do want to monitor the Win 8 system but I do not want it displaying notifications from other systems.

How can I produce a report that shows activity on an endpoint? The audit report only shows current status. Hello, I have two devices that I need a notification when a ping to them is successful. In normal operation, both IP addresses are off. But if ther eis a problem the IPs may come on, and if they do I need a notification. Any Ideas?

Hello all, I am trying to upgrade my Pulseway Free account to a paid Pro account, but I have ran into two issues: -First, I made the mistake of making a Team account thinking I was upgrading to the Pro account. I only noticed my mistake after seeing the 10 license minimum requirement. I do not have the option of deleting/closing the account. What would be the best way of doing that? -Second, when trying to use the link my.pulseway.com/main/subscription/manage I am receiving the error "Payments system is not available. (106)" Not seeing any other way to upgrade. Any thoughts or am I going about that the wrong way? Thanks all!
