  2. I spent a while trying to find this issue here but didn't so I need to ask: How can I ensure the Pulseway service stays on for each of the remote devices in my domain? I set them all up and now many of them are turning off all by themselves. Some won't stay on at all.

  3. Is there a script that can be used to change the group name on the Pulseway Manager client for a particular machine? This would help us reorganize a few machines without having the need to remote in to them. Thank you.

    Hi, is it possible to monitor a mapped network drive and if the connection is lost (e.g. the drive is not accessable) an alert is created? I looked through the app but couldn't find anything.

Is it possible to monitor the internet speed? How do I configure that? Is it possible to monitor Backup exec? How do I configure that?

    I am curious to know what you normally do to onboard a client i.e. 1. Install Pulseway on the computer 2. Create local admin account on computer 3. Push AV on computer 4. Run hardware/software inventory 5. Install specific applications 6. etc...

    I have Webroot on most of my servers and workstations. Recently I have noticed a discrepancy in the WRSA process usage. If I look at the process in Pulseway, it will show the usage to be a lot higher than the process view on the device. Example: Pulseway will show webroot is using 1140 mb and on the device it shows 36 mb. I can kill the process in Pulseway and it then will mirror the device fora short time before it returns to the discrepancy. Has anyone noticed this?

  11. Hi there, Is there a way to change access/notification settings for multiple associated accounts at once (like a bulk select)? I know I can bulk select machines, but this is still done at an individual account level. When we have multiple users (set up for auditing purposes), whenever we add a new system we have to go through each account and grant them access to it. Thanks again guys for all your work!

    Hello, Kind of a strange one here: I took over doing IT for a company that had hired a small IT firm before turning to in-house IT. The IT firm was using Pulseway to monitor our servers and workstations, but we paid for the licensing. The IT firm started to use Pulseway to monitor their other clients as well. When I took over I demanded to have access as we paid for the software and was given it, the license will expire in about 5 weeks now. They had set up some custom triggers and such that I would like to keep using without reconfiguring everything. So can I create a new account and import the old account configuration to it?   14. I see that configuring policies / monitoring is done through the agent. What happens if you want to change the default workstation policy, how do you apply this to everyone? How can you upload files to pulseway? For example if I want to push out an installation currently I would push it up to our current RMM, and then push down to all machines and run script accordingly. Windows updates and third party patching - Kinda confused on how this works Are there any plans to change monitoring policies from the web interface instead of the agent? That's what I have so far. I'll post more as I go along.

    Hello, I have installed Pulseway on various PCs, but several of them will show offline randomly even when I know a user is on them. Currently I have 4 machines showing offline when I know someone is using them right now. They might show online for a few hours, then show offline for a few hours.     Hi, I use Pulseway Professional for our own computers. Now I think to change to the MSP Edition and offer the RMM service to some of our customers. I want to ask the people here to share some Pulseway expieriences/impressions with me, to be sure to don't miss anything when making this decission. I really like pulseway, but I know for example that the monitoring of RAID or simple HDD/SSD is not that easy... Thanks for every useful post. Christian.

    I currently have a number of systems on the Pro subscription which is paid annually and I'm considering moving to the Ent MSP system for which I'll pay monthly, does anyone know how to upgrade as I see nothing in my account which allows me to upgrade.

  21. We get notifications of systems going off line and they generate a ticket in the Pulseway PSA ticketing system. But if that system comes back on-line and shows a normal status, it does not automatically complete or close the ticket out. Right now we have to manually go in to each ticket and close these tickets. Is there a way that the system can automatically close these tickets when their status changes to normal?

  22. I've installed the self hosted RMM on a server with configuration: Windows server 2012 R2 MSSQL Express 2016 Domain joined server Trial license Now I'd like to add some Active Directory users. What would be totally awesome is if I could just create and AD group, say 'RMM Admins' and have all members of that group be an admin on the RMM platform. I haven't seen this feature in the manual or in the Pulseway Enterprise Manager. Am I missing something ?

  25. I had a conversation yesterday with Vick at Pulseway and discussed my solution to the problem of the Pulseway service not starting reliably 100 percent of the time. I always set the service to run delayed in Windows. I have had to do this with ScreenConnect as well. If I do not, every once in a while, on reboot, I will find the service not running. This is a real problem if I only had the remote built into Pulseway as my remote control, but I run ScreenConnect. What I find, is that Pulseway may not be working but ScreenConnect is running, or it works the other way. I would like to see an option on install of the agent, in the form of a radio button that I…
