    Hello Team Pulseway! Can we assign a ticket to a custom queue by scanning keywords in the subject line? For example, we have made some custom queues for Hardware, Email issue, Epicor, etc. and would like to create rules to scan the subject line for specific keywords and place them in a specific queue and assign them to specific users too. I tried under Admin -> Business process -> Workflow, but it didn't seem readily apparent exactly what I should be doing from there.     I have no clue where to put this so MOD's feel free to move... OK, for the past couple of days I keep getting alerts on 3 endpoints about Windows Defender needing to have an update installed, even though WebRoot is installed and Windows Defender was disabled. After going through the processes, I noticed that Windows Defender was and was not disabled. Heres what I found when looking at the Startup under Task Manager. There are two (2) Windows Defender installed and one was disabled, the other not. After research, it appears that going from 1709 to 1803 installs the second Windows Defender with so far no way to remove it. So I just manually disabled it and also di…

  5. e.g. processor, ram, serial number Pulseway has gathered that information, it is stored somewhere, it is useful information for supporting customers (whether the machine is on or off), it is available via the rather cumbersome reports - so why is it not visible via systems or groups when the asset is offline? I have some scripts that I use with windows schedule task, but if I will configure a email notification I have to configure a lot of dependencies.     We are a small support company in NZ who manage many different clients in the same industry. Just struggling with the best way to configure pulseway in relation to grouping and scopes. How do others do this? One group per client with all their equipment inside the group ? Or groups dependant on task (workstation / servers etc ) so they can be attributed different patch policies and group policies easily. Would love some thoughts. Thanks.

  8. I notice that there are tickets coming from RMM events, such as offline statuses for servers where it takes up far more room than it should. Both the title and the description contain the same information: Only the first line is necessary in the title, or something like, "'MYSERVER' in group 'My Servers' is offline" with the full description within the ticket.

  9. Not sure how many people use 3CX for their phone systems, but our company utilizes the system and have recently adopted Pulseway as well. As a result, I have developed a plugin for 3CX Windows Client that opens a ticket as you pick up the phone from an incoming call.     Hi Just running a ping -t command via terminal on a remote device using Pulseway. Normally to halt it I would do Cntl+C to stop it, locally. Can't see how to do this using the Pulseway app. Sorry - have just found the close session command which terminates the Terminal session. Problem solved!

    Thank you, thank you; Nice to see 4.0.11.1 now. There were a few fixes we were waiting for that the release notes say are fixed. Good work. Also, I noticed the new feature in Workflows. Fantastic that we can now change tickets with tokens in emails. We used this feature all the time in another ticket system we had. Thank you again,

    First, good work on this feature, thank you. It would be nice to do the following with this feature. 1. Export a setup from a Pulseway manager already setup and import that. I get an X when I try 2. It would be nice to have more than one policy per group. (i.e. One for workstations and one for servers.) We use different setting for each. We don't want to use different groups for servers and workstations as we use this feature for different "Clients". The reason we use this for different clients is because there is a different user/password for each site so we don't get cross site security issues. I will play with this a bit more, and comment …

    I'd like to temporarily disable notifications for any account that is 30 days overdue. By switching on Maintenance Mode, does this stop support requests via the taskbar icon? Does the PSA have the ability to automatically trigger Maintenance Mode? Thanks,

    Hello, I'm new to Pulseway, I have realized a few things and I'm wondering how to fix this so it doesn't happen again in the future. Some of agents on my list aren't always online even when I'm looking at them in front of me. Some of these agents are in the same locations where multiple agents are online but some stay offline. Some agents are also located at other locations and still have the same issue. Wondering if there's a fix for this? Best Regards, Bilal S.

  15. I am looking for a way to track windows user logins/logouts...but many users only lock/unlock their desktop rather than log out. Any other way to track this and receive notifications? If notifications are not possible, how about a report that would gather this info? Hoping to do this through Pulseway, but open to other options/apps as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  18. hi peeps. im new to this program so i hope you all can forgive me for this question. im using pulseway manager to monitor my pc activity at home when im away. i just cant figure out how to set it up so it will start automatically on windows start. what i tried so far is to put a shortcut of the program on the startup folder. but i found that the pulseway manager menu is showing as launching on the screen. i want it startup discreetly. can anyone show me the way to do it? thanks in advance. btw im using windows 7.

  20. Hi all I'd love to see a way to exclude certain patches from alerts and reports. More specifically Windows Defender and Windows Malicious Software removal. Since we use Webroot, Defender is not needed, yet every single day all my systems are showing at least 1 missing Important update (Defender). It is therefore virtually impossible to create a report with a good overall score. It also creates too many notifications. It would be great to have some sort of override options to be able to exclude certain patches.Or maybe we can separate critical and important alerts in notification, as right now they are treated the same. Each time we add 1 or more devices which take us over the licence limit we have to go through the process of emailing sales to get extra licences added, every other RMM i've used simply invoices for the number of devices you have the agent installed on at the end of each month and this is much simpler and quicker. If I'm on site with a client and they sign up on the spot and want us to do the install there and then we can't as it takes time to get the licences added to our account. Can Pulseway not just allow us to order extra licences online or just bill us for the number we have installed?

    Hi, We install RMM agents to all systems from one account, and then share the systems to other accounts to manage who manages what. The Patch Management "Agent Status" only works for the user who installs the agent. BUT, creating policies can be done by anyone. And the Policies are shared between all users. Is there a reason only the person who installed the agent can apply Patch Management via the Agent Status link? Also...The "Patch Policy" link on the Android App does not show up unless you are the person who installed the RMM on the client system. But all other features are there.     Hi, I see we can share computers between logins for Pulseway RMM. Groups and Tags are also shared between users. How can we share scripts and other items? I have been putting in Scripts for everyone to use, but I am the only person who can see them. We have 4 techs at this point, do we need to add the script 4 times in the RMM? The only solution I can thin of is to have everyone login into the RMM as the same user, so we can all share everything. Gary
