Hi, My predecessor used an email address for the account username which I would like to be able to change but I can't see how to do this. Also, I've changed the email address for the account and the password and I now seem to be stuck in some sort of lockout loop so neither the old (old email address) username and either the old or the new password will let me back into the account. I am monitoring 20 machines so I'd like to resolve this as soon as possible before all the monitoring fails. I've reset the password several times but to no avail.

Not sure if the last update has changed either Tasks, Scope or Tags but i have a few Tasks that i use each week that now report as Skipped and doesn't seem to matter if i change the script that Task is using or which Scope. Running the Script against the actual Device works. Anyone else noticed this??

Is it possible to have a widget added on the dashboard that has to do with client portal conversations. Currently we have to check each time in the conversations to see if someone has messaged. We would like to be able to see incoming messages as a widget on the dashboard, is this possible?

Maybe I'm just missing something but how do I run a report on the last time a PC has checked in? We have had a few PCs that the Pulseway client disappeared and managing hundreds of PCs it is too hard to manually check them all. If we could run a report of PCs offline for more then X days it would greatly reduce the number of PCs we would need to check.

Is there a way to automatically clear alerts when the condition no longer exists on next poll. For example is a service is not started then gets started, can the alert automatically clear from the device?

Hi, Is anyone using pcmonitor for checking if webservers are alive, something like open this url and expect this string returned? I'd also like to know if anyone has a way of checking if an IP is blacklisted? Perhaps this should be sent to feature request, but I though that I'd start here and find out if it already is supported and I just had missed the features.

I am curious if there is a simple log/report for a machine in Pulseway that shows if and when the agent for a particular machine is disconnected or not reporting back to the server. I am trouble shooting some outage notifications that are happing in a separate system (Uptime Robot). I have seen a couple of the machine reporting offline in Pulseway but still accessible depending on the ISP. I think the disconnects are brief in nature. I am not saying this is a Pulseway problem but the logs of agent connectivity would help with cause and correlation investigations. Thanks in advance for your responses. -Jacob

I have been searching for a way to have my Mac Pro running 4D Server app notify me if the server app has "hung" or crashed outright. I am not a programmer, but simply a small business owner trying to stay on top of the systems we have. Having stumbled into Pulseway this week, I am so far impressed with its capabilities. It looks just like what I need! However, I could not find a way to tell it to notify me if my database app runs into trouble. The physical machine is extremely stable, but I am grateful for the notifications that Pulseway offers in terms of dismounting volumes, failing drives, etc. My one last need is to be notified if the server application hangs or …

Hi, I'm using Pulseway for personal use currently with the free plan. I'm able to remotely boot my PC from my phone on the same network, but not on my phone outside of the network or on my laptop at home and not. I don't know what I've done wrong, could you look at the pictures below to see if everything is configured correctly? Could anyone help me diagnose and fix this problem? Thanks.

Is it possible to set pc monitor to ignore certain updates or types of updates like 'recommended'? Reason being pretty much all machines that I do updates on list things like Bing, windows live etc and I have to uncheck them every time so they don't get installed. Thanks

Hello, When we create a note from the webapp, we have a business process that notifies the client that a note has been added to a ticket, however, when we create a note from an email, it gets added to the ticket, but a notification doesnt go out. Trying to install Pulseway on my Windows laptop, gets an error saying the MSI is not found? I have downloaded the MSI file several times to my downloads area, and run it from there. I get the following error.

Is there a way to create and run custom reports? Like searching for systems with 8GB of ram? Or pulling a list of systems with a BIOS release date older then 4 years?

I recently took one monitored machine down and although I still only see 6 in the Dashboard (what I am licensed for) I keep getting emails about having 7 and over my license. But where/how do I see all the ones registered so I can remove any no longer in use?

Hello, I've been using PC Monitor since 5 computers could be monitored for free and this has served me well. PC Monitor is really great. I intend to replace 1 of them since I got my sister a new computer, but I'm not sure I will be be able to add the new machine once I remove 1 of the 5 in use. Will the new 3 machines limit be applied or old users still get 5? By the way, I would like to suggest a "light" subscription of up to 7 or 8 machines. That would cover most of the tech guys family needs (wife, sons/daughters, brothers/sisters, parents..) Regards, Gilson

Can we get some updates of new features in the pipeline so we can get excited ?

I am curious to know why 3rd party patch mgmt. is an additional paid feature. Before I would get notified for like Adobe Reader needed an update, know I have to pay additional to get this notification? What else within the features we already get will be removed to a "module" that we have to pay additional for? I only oversee around 60 endpoints, so I am not a big player, but there are issues now that are making me look and trial other RMM solutions. Today I logged into my dash-panel as I do everyday M-F only to be greeted with 53 notifications for critical updates for Windows. Going into to the systems one by one, I quickly realized that something is not right…

Hi, i am new to pulseway and i would like to ask the forum two things: -Is there a way to receive an alert if a file is not updated in the last X mins? I have an app that updates a file every X mins ... i would like to be alerted if this app is not updating it anymore -is there a way to see the screenshot of the server updated every X mins? or manual update? I see in the app a screenshot but it is blank...

I have been using PC Monitor for a few months now to monitor my servers behind our corporate firewall and all has been well. Last night, all servers reported being offline which seemed unlikely. As of today, they are still not reporting but I confirmed they are working. I believe that my main office may have some ports offline or blocked but I can't find any documentation on which ports are used by PC Monitor so I can report this issue to my IT group. Where can I find port and communication methods that PC Monitor uses?
