    Is it possible to run a simple inventory report. I'd like a report that shows endpoints for each client with some basic data like the Assets Overview Report or the Executive Summary Report, but broken down by client. These reports work great if you run one for each client, but if WE want a summary of ALL the systems we manage they get jumbled bu issue, or sorted by username. Edited: I we want to bill a client based on the number of machines, how can we pull that information easily, without going into EVERY client and counting. Thank you, dp

    Hi, Just started looking at the scripts in Pulseway. I can't see any way to make Pulseway automatically run a script when a certain notification or event happens. Is this possible? EG: a client can't get a static IP address on one of their internet connections so we use a dynamic DNS service. We have Pulseway set up to notify us when the public IP address changes on that connection, and then we have to jump onto that machine and manually run a script to update the dynamic DNS record with the new IP. Would like to have Pulseway do this automatically when the IP address changes. I know you can schedule a task to run it but it needs to happ…

    Hi where can i download an older version of Pulseway Agent, the new version removed the login feature, but on windows 7 it works ok for me and i need that, the last version i think was 6.1.1 agent for windows that had the login feature

    Hello, I'm not sure if this is in the right section of the forums but I'll throw it here. I'm unable to register on the website and sometimes I'm not even able to view it, it throws me a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" even when I'm trying to access the homepage, which I'm not sure is a problem on my side or Pulseway's. I was looking to get a Free account to look after 2 servers that I have running, but I am unable to register or really do anything because of the Access is denied error, is there any resolution on this? Thank you.

  6. When I go to the dispatch calendar, its showing completed tickets. How do I change this? Why would I dispatch someone for a completed ticket? lol Thanks for any help, Steve

  7. I hope I am in the right Subforum to ask this question. I recently started to use Pulseway and am impressed what I am able to do with it but I noticed one feature missing that I need. Is it possible with Pulseway to check Servers/Clients with log files for backups if they have been successful or failed? For example if there is a NAS connected to a network and someone is doing a USB Backup on it I want to check if it has failed so I will get a notification when it fails. I want to use it on Windows and Linux machines so my best guess is to use a script of somekind right?

    Hi All, I tried to search the forum/site for an answer to this so please forgive me if I missed it. Can anyone explain the difference between the Pro and Team versions of Pulseway. I near as I can figure the Pro version does everything I need. My set-up is a simple 10 system small business set-up. I don't require any 3rd party services like Connectwise, AV or backups, etc. So what else does the Team version offer that the Pro does not? Thanks, David

    Anyone out there figured out any work arounds for running Pulseway on FIPS enabled devices? I can get Pulseway to start/connect/function if I modify a couple Pulseway config files by adding a line to disable FIPS enforcement, but after 24 hours or so the changes to the Pulseway config files are removed. It seems like the Pusleway app has ran some type of internal update and set the config files back to default. Open for any ideas/suggestions. Thanks.

  10. Hi, I'm using Pulseway for personal use currently with the free plan. I'm able to remotely boot my PC from my phone on the same network, but not on my phone outside of the network or on my laptop at home and not. I don't know what I've done wrong, could you look at the pictures below to see if everything is configured correctly? Could anyone help me diagnose and fix this problem? Thanks.

    Hi, I am looking to use Pulseway to patch our clients servers. However there are some clients that need them patched in a specific order. For example I want to patch the VMs on the Hyper-v then when they have completed run the patches on the Hyper-V host. I may be missing something obvious but can't seem to find how to do that. thanks

  14. Dear Pulseway Community, is there a way to propagate the password to the systems that are registered via the account we want to change the password of? The account has about 130 registered systems and we don't want to replace the password manually on each system. Best wishes, Norman

Our technical support AD credentials have changed passwords and now we are getting hundreds of machines trying to login with the configured AD account PowerShell User Impersonation credentials…locking the technician accounts. These machines are spread out at 19 separate locations and over 600 miles, at remote locations. How do we remotely modify the Runtime PowerShell user credentials on those machines? I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, but it absorbs the previous configuration…including the former PowerShell User credentials….I also tried calling tech support but was sent to voicemail.     For customers with locked down outbound access we need to get them a list of IP' to allow Pulseway to function properly, including the Pulseway Remote access. The list that has been shared is: 69.65.50.4 69.65.50.6 69.65.50.5 69.65.50.9 69.65.38.27 The customer added those, but the Pulseway Remote was not working until they added 69.65.48.240 as well. Does anyone out there by chance have a current list of IP addresses for the Pulseway communication to function properly? Thanks

    It would be awesome if the email parser went a little deeper. Sometimes a client emails us directly and we forward that email to Pulseway to open a ticket. The problem with this is that it opens the ticket using our company as the client. It would be great if we could get the parser to look in the email headers to find the address that the email originated from and use THAT to assign and client and user to the ticket. There are other ticket systems that do this. Alternatively (though not as elegant), It would also work to put a flag in the subject line like "@CLIENTNAME" to get the email assigned to the client. Is there a way to do this with workflow…

    Is there a w way to prevent Pulseway creating the task "PulsewayServiceCheck" that starts Watchdog.bat? i tried removing the task but it;s recreated on every restart, while disabling the task works i would still like if there is (or if it can be implemented in the future) to prevent creation of this task in the task scheduler

Hi, I am monitoring a number of systems remotely for a number of customers and have found that if for any reason they lose their internet connection, all their systems appear on our dashboard as offline. I understand why this is happening, but is there some method within Pulseway to recognise when the remote internet connection is down so that the alerts/notifications can be ignored? Thanks

  21. Hello, Will the Pulseway Agent run on a POS (Windows PosReady 7 or Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 LTSC) without have Shell as explorer.exe? We have a POS-software acting as Shell so there is no procesbar nor a notification area. Will Pulseway be able to run and most important be able to run scripts (PowerShell i.e.)? Thx in advance.

    Hoping there is something here to do what I am after. I want to run the Pulseway RMM reports external to the web page. Maybe through the API? I have a number of reports that I want to run for each "client". Rather than schedule each individual report, I want to be able to run 1 report which includes all the reports that I'm after. Basically, the recipient will get 1 e-mail message which contains all the selected reports. Is this possible. Maybe through an API of some sort? Any pointers greatly appreciated.

  24. Is there a way to kick off an automated task based on a notification or alert. For Example, if we get a notification of a disk getting full, I would want the automation to run: <Open a ticket>--> <add predetermined note>--> <add 15 minutes>--><run task to clean drive>--><send notification that task has completed>--><close ticket> Is this possible now, or should this be a feature request?     I've requested a trial and I just configured a server. I'm using mycompanyname.pulseway.com. I've configured a mail server under server admin > settings > email and the test email is getting delivered but no notifications at my mailaddress. Did I miss something ?
