Hi This morning all of my servers went through patching critical updates - the policy says install critical updates and reboot if necessary. When I checked the policy listed "updates marked important, no updates installed" but the machines all rebooted? - That seems weird to me as I would not expect and also do not want a reboot if no updates are installed. Is that a normal behavior?

I am working on building an Ad Hoc report in PSA to be able to list on-hand products and serial numbers assigned to that product for inventorying purposes. I know the Serial Numbers are tracked, and are listed when deploying them as assets in Service Desk. Is there a way to get that information to display in a report to possibly inventory product & serial number?

Hi there, This might be a bit of a long shot - but I have an end client who's interested in deploying custom Teams issues with Pulseway (as there aren't many users in-office for obvious reasons). I've attempted to deploy this by pushing a batch script, to copy the backgrounds from a shared location. The backgrounds folder in question is located in the user's roaming appdata (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads). For this reason I wasn't able to use %username% correctly in my batch script, as the script is being run by some Pulseway service, rather than as the local user account. Hi, I'm studying Pulseway, so far I liked the way to monitor Sqlserver with custom queries. It's all I need for Sqlserver. But, so far, I didn't find a way to monitor Oracle Database. There is a way to monitor Oracle? Even with custom script? Thanks in advance. D.

Hi all, I hope you're having a great day and are keeping safe. I'm having an issue with setting up email notifications via SMTP to Office365. I've followed the document on setting Pulseway up to talk with Office365. I've also been in touch with support on this and haven't been satisfied with their answer. Have any of you linked this up successfully? If so, which IP addresses do you have whitelisted? Is there anything obvious I'm missing? I've set up a relay and can't see any attempt at mail delivery via 365. Cheers! Joe

We have Webroot added to Pulseway One of the systems we added is now obsolete and we would like to remove Webroot from the system If I try to remove it from the Webroot section in Pulseway, it won't allow it, as the system is offline If I remove the system from Pulseway altogether will the Webroot association be removed automatically too? We recently started trialing Pulseway, hosting it on our own platform. We use Cloudflare for DNS. If you haven't used Cloudflare, it basically uses caching and proxy technology. Obviously, with Pulseway, you can't do that. So we disabled the proxy route (for now). Cloudflare has the ability to create rules to bypass the proxy/caching features, but still provide security. Has anyone used Cloudflare before, and has anyone used it in front of a Pulseway Server? If not, my thought is if anyone is interested in working on this together, we could. When remote controlling into our office PC's the middle mouse button will not be recognized and there seems to be no input while clicking the middle mouse button. Does anyone know if there is a work around to allow this type of input. This will would be a pretty crucial operation while using certain software that we use while remote controlling each PC.

I am evaluating Pulseway and understand that for various reasons Windows Feature Updates are not included as part of the automated or manual patch management. I was told that they can be distributed via a Pulseway script. Two questions: Has the community built/shared such a script? Can the update be downloaded once and installed enterprise wide, thus eliminating the need to download these large files multiple times? Thank you

Hi there and sorry if this has been brought up before but I can't seem to find any answer. So I'm really just wanting to be able to see what "Applications" are being used on remote PC's I can see "Processes" but there are usually SO many! Is there any way Pulseway can be configured to show "Applications" open and how would I do that? Is there any way to create an automatic - daily or weekly - report listing a particular type of notification? In my case, I'd like to report the ping notifications which I use to check connectivity of remote equipment. I see how to save them as csv files, but that needs you to remember to do it regularly and assumes that no-one has deleted the notifications.

Hoping someone can help me find the right config option! When a server goes offline, Pulseway generates an "Offline" notification for the server being in an offline status. I need that alert to automatically clear if the server now online. So this is strange, new Pulseway PRO account, 13 PC's being monitored Have configured a policy with notifications enabled for all sorts of things Have added the policy to all organisations and can see it inherited down to the PC's However nothing is being generated, no login notifications, no disk space notification ( I have a server with 6% space that should be triggering) no patching notifications, nothing! Good night all, I want to sign up for the trial of pulseway, but i am not seeing my country in the drop down for country listing. I live in Trinidad and Tobago, which is in the caribbean. Is there anyway around this ? if i choose another country from the list, will there be a billing issue when i try to use my CC to pay for the service ?

We have a very low server count and manually perform patches via the pulseway mobile app when necessary. We also have another app that scans each system on our domain for patches/software that is primarily used only to deploy to workstations. Currently our servers show we are missing KB4537819 and KB4538158 via Windows Update (no WSUS). The other app is set to ignore preview updates, so in turn shows we are missing updates KB4519108 and KB4530745. Is there anyway to get these patches to show up in the general windows update scan so we can deploy them via the pulseway app?

Is it possible to exclude all the redirected printers that show up in a terminal server when looking at the printers? This can create a huge list of printers that one must look at.

So i saw pulseway on linus tech tips and thought due to the number of machines i run headless good idea, only i am confused on the pricing. If i am reading it right its just 2 devices for free then you pay for each additional is this right, are there any low cost options for non-commercial use? And if i pay for anything will that mean i have to pay for the 2 original as well?

Hey all, trying out Pulseway RMM and love it so far. We're a small shop (45 systems, 5 servers) that has to be DoD and CMMC Compliant, so I'm wondering if anyone out there is in the same boat and had any issues with such? I'm aware how communication is encrypted and the slew load of security controls in place via https://www.pulseway.com/security but it's going to be a hard sell as "it opens up our network" (and we don't even have vpns going for this reason). So any insight? -V

Hello, I recently switched to a load balancing router TP-Link TL-R600VPN; Now I'm having an issue because of the two internet connections, I keep getting "public IP address changed" notification between the two IPs of each connections. Note that both connection have a dynamic IP that change almost everyday hence I would like to still keep this notification. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Hey all. I've enabled 2FA on my Pulseway account but I'm having an issue with it constantly prompting for 2FA every time I try to use Remote Control on a system I manage from the Pulseway Dashboard application. I have the setting enabled in the WebApp to refuce the frequency of the prompts but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference. I seem to be getting prompted every time. I'd honestly rather get prompted once when I launch the Dashboard application then every single time I want to remote to a system. Is there a way to stop these constant 2FA prompts without disabling it entirely? Thanks!
