Hi, I just had 7 of my monitored servers go offline. Because they had no internet connection they couldn't alert me to the fact pinging had failed. Indeed the only notification I had (and a bit of luck really) was that I was running the Dashboard, which flashed a few of the machines (though nothing in red and no beeps to draw my attention). As such this seems a bit of a chink in PCMonitor's armour. A slight flaw in a brilliant system. If I'm missing something, please do let me know how I can be notified of servers that have gone offline (no net connection, perhaps even no power). If not, any chance of a fix/extra option? Hello all, I am trying to upgrade my Pulseway Free account to a paid Pro account, but I have ran into two issues: -First, I made the mistake of making a Team account thinking I was upgrading to the Pro account. I only noticed my mistake after seeing the 10 license minimum requirement. I do not have the option of deleting/closing the account. What would be the best way of doing that? -Second, when trying to use the link my.pulseway.com/main/subscription/manage I am receiving the error "Payments system is not available. (106)" Not seeing any other way to upgrade. Any thoughts or am I going about that the wrong way? Thanks all!

Hi all, I'm an administrator, I would like to know if there is a way to force users to receive notification or, at least, if there is a way to know if they have notification. Hi, i want to know how i can monitor the dropbox daemon on linux, i'v tried things with workflow but when i stop the service manualy it won't send me a notification or try to restart the service, and that is bothering me becaus on our servers we need to have dropbox running all the time for our application, i know that dropbox is weird on linux, it won't show with systemctl, but it's still like a daemon. Hi All I wanted to share my experience with workflows, in the hope that someone else can benefit, or if there is a better way to do things I am all ears! In the sales/onboarding process I noticed how amazing and powerful the automation engine was, yet restrictive it was that I wasn't able to trigger an automation workflow myself (on schedule, or other action like restart). Also the management of Tags wasn't available from tasks/scripts. I needed a way to bring those two elements together. Hello, We are long-term Pulseway customers but lately the Pulseway client has developed a bug and continuously uses up to 20%+ CPU utilisation. We logged this with Pulseway on the 4th of July this year but they have been completely ignoring the ticket. I regularly reply to the email thread for an update (at least once a week) but I am ignored. The only time I had a meaningful response was when I threatened to cancel our subscription. This was short lived and now I am back to being ignored with no status updates on my ticket. We like the product but we have a handful of servers with this bug and I am simply installing other monitoring products on them. Today…

If I make a change to a policy those changes are not getting applied to the end servers. I have double checked that the correct policy is applied to the correct server under the configuration tab. Any ideas

After we stop Pulseway service either via Services-Stop or with PowerShell, a minute a two later the service starts running again. Why does it start again and how can we avoid that?

Dear Pulseway Support, At one of our customers we accidently clicked on "Disable Pulseway User Agent (pcmontask.exe). From this moment we aren't able anymore to remote access the PC. Looking at these forums it is quite clear that the search function doesn't find currently logged on users. However I haven't been able to get it to work on manually set custom fields, notes or tags either. Is that also not an available function either? Hi, Years ago when I first setup Pulseway there was an issue highlighted on the forums with servers and hard disk monitoring. It was advised at the time that you should disable this feature otherwise the HDD will get hammered with requests. I cant remember the actual reason in the forum post, but wondered if there we still known issues with having this enabled on production servers?

Hey guys, we had an issue for quite a while now regarding installed KAV licenses on devices that we are not able to access anymore - either the client removed the device from support before we were able to uninstall the Pulseway agent+KAV license or the device has malfunctioned and rendered obsolete. We do realize the proper procedure would be to uninstall the PWY agent and with it the KAV license goes too, but there are cases when it just isn't possible. Regarding the agent, it is possible to remove the device from within the ACCOUNT - MANAGE SYSTEMS - REMOVE SYSTEM part of the dashboard, but no such feature is available for the AV licenses. I need that alert to automatically clear if the server now online. Hello, I get Detection notifications from KAS through pulseway. The files are then found to be already in Quarantine Backup. The Status is QUarantined. The Date of the notification is current although the files were quarantined many days before. Deleting the notification results in a new notification. Is there a policy setting to prevent this, if not then how is it handled? Also Is there a setting to expire the Quarantined Backup? To clarify I want notification of the detection and that it is quarantined. But do not want repeated notifications after it is Quarantined

It seems as though, if I onboard a system that takes my total over my existing Pulseway license count, the new system does not appear anywhere in Pulseway. The new system will only appear if we upgrade the license count. There is no notification that there are systems pending a license. No alert, or error message to tell a user what they need to do. The Pulseway Manager indicates the new system is registered correctly and, again, gives no indication that anything is wrong or that a license is needed. Is this working as intended? If not, what am I doing wrong? If so, could you fix it? It's completely daft.

Hello, I have a question about the Pulseway app. When the pc is on all of the commands work great and are perfect for managing the pc. But I am attempting to turn on my pc when I am away from my home and then be able to fully control it like I was there. The issue is how the wake up command from sleep or from powered down will not work even when on my home network. How can I fix this. Also a side question, is there a way I would be able to see a live view of the screen or does it only allow screenshots of the screen. Thanks

I found the following topic from 2015. Our organization started using this in earnest about two months ago, and I just noticed that network printers will not show in the printer module. Why has it been nearly 6 years and this has not been fixed?

I have pulseway set to send me a notification for critical updates. Normally windows defender definition updates would not fall under this. Over the past couple days I have started to get notifications for when these are released, which is many times a day. Is this a bug that these are now considered critical? If not a bug and is something new and intentional is there any way to exclude these?
