Hi guys, It appears that Bulk operations (even to just a couple of tickets) are taking an inordinate amount of time to complete this morning. Hi, This might be related to this topic, but over the last week I'm seeing notifications for all updates, not just Windows Defender. If I delete the notification it comes back again, checking the server shows "26 optional updates are available" (note "optional") Pulseway setting: Notifications > Status > "Send a notification when critical or important updates are available with priority" = Automatic My notification on my mobile is reading "26 important updates are available..." Clicking into the mobile app and checking the Windows Updates it's reporting them as "important" when they aren't. For example the server itself lists KB2386667…

Hi all, New to Pulseway, and I am looking at the "Sample: Executive for All Systems" report. The image below shows the Disk Drive Usage for a server. The E: drive on the server is a 2TB drive with very little on it. (1% used). The way the report reads is 1%(1.98TB Free). Should this read 99%(1.98TB Free)? Why are we showing used space in % and Free in GB/TB together? If it shows both used and free space, the numbers should be formatted the same. Report bug? Gary

I've been trying to automate as many of my maintenance tasks as possible with Pulseway, but I've noticed that the scheduled start time does not correspond with the actual start time. It's not consistent though, so it doesn't appear to be a time zone issue. Hello, since some days my hard disk drives don't spin down anymore while not in use. I tracked the problem down with process monitor and found out that the PCMonitor Service is accessing the drives every minute through the WMI Provider Host Service (wmiprvse.exe). I disabled in Pulseway the storage notification of local disk space on all drives but it did not help. As soon as I disable the Puleway service, the disks spin down after the configured laps of time as they should do. I'am using Pulseway since some years, but the problem occured recently and was not there before. Thanks for your help. Michael

Hi, A couple of minor, but annoying bugs within the ticket editor that we'd like to bring to your attention: When you hit Enter for a new line, it seems to insert two lines. Hitting backspace to correct this removes a line, but also indents the cursor one character to the right. Also, hitting Enter for a newline seems to occasionally change the formatting so that the text gets a light gray background.

Bug with Time Approval message in PSA App. We have setup a notice to let me know when time needs to be approved in the PSA. The email I get in my Outlook in box, has a link that shows "Click Here" that brings me to the timesheet to be approved. There is also a message in my Messages - Inbox in the PSA. This message in the PSA has a broken link for the "Click Here". The URL reads.... "https://psa.pulseway.com/Dashboard/psa.pulseway.com//Dashboard/TimesheetEdit.aspx?.............................." I can't seem to update any agent settings remotely anymore. I normally use Dashboard to edit an agent's config and change the computer name as needed (hire/term). As of about a week ago, this no longer works. The agent config screen comes up normally after right clicking in Dashboard and choosing edit computer settings, lets me make my changes, and then gives the standard "this may take 30 secs" message when saving. But nothing happens, no update. If I go back in and look at the settings again the modifications are not there. This also happens with Pulseway Manager under Manage Systems. I don't see a way to update agent settings using the WebApp. I have not up…

Interesting. When I set the Schedule for patch management, it sets the time as though it is UTC 0:00 and adds my timezone to it. i.e. I am in MST (-7) and if I set the schedule for Midnight, the schedule changes to 07:00 AM. Also....Everywhere else in the RMM, if you hover over an option (like a report) the Edit, view, delete menu just shows up., Now in Patch Management, you have a button "Actions" that shows up and you have to click on it before you get the menu. Why change it and have two different ways to get to the menu in the same interface? Gary

When adding a new contract, it always gets created with the auto generated contract #, ignoring anything you've placed in the contract # field yourself. You have to edit the contract again to correct it.

Hi there, in the last few ... weeks? months? A growing number of monitored Windows systems running 2008R2/2012R2 do not send out WIndows Update notifications via pulseway anymore. This is starting to be a real issue since it is for some reason affecting more and more systems over timne and I cannot fin anything common on those or any reasons. The clients all have update notifications enabled, and when opening the Windows Update on the machines they do announce important/critical updates awaiting installation. I am running out of ways to look for the reason and a fix here, and would appreciate any help. Best regards

Can someone tell me why this script works locally from the server but not from Pulseway. I've tested running the script both with impersonation enabled and disabled. Both tests were done on server 2012 R2. One with default Powershell version and one with 5.1. This script runs perfectly fine from the server itself just not through pulseway. I have several scripts that give the same type of error. I'd appreciate any help so I can figure this out. It seems like Pulseway doesn't like certain characters? Hi guys, having issues with a few Windows 7/10 clients using the Pulseway Remote Desktop feature. Basically, the user allows the connection but I get a message at my end saying that the agent has denied the connection request... So, I then have to revert back to using TeamViewer. Is this something I have not configured properly in Pulseway Manager? Thanks,

Hi guys, I'm getting a "User impersonation returned error 1326" whilst attempting to run PowerShell commands on a several Win10 machines. Now, I know I've tested the PowerShell impersonation on these machines when they were deployed, so it's not a credentials problem. Have searched the forums but can't see a solution. Thanks,

A few days ago the agent stopped working. When I try to run Pulseway Manager I get an error (see attached PW1), trying to uninstall also gives me an error (see PW2). Trying to install on top of the current software also gives me an error.. I am stuck, unable to use or fix the agent.. Windows 10 64bit

I was attempting to create a task on Pulseway, and got an error after attempting to save / publish the task. I am using the current version of Google Chrome. Something went wrong. The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message: There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter https://webapp.pulseway.com:parameters. The InnerException message was 'Error in line 1 position 1046. 'Element' 'ScopeName' from namespace 'http://schemas.datacontract.org/2004/07/MM.Monitor.Types' is not expected. I have just noticed that PSA tickets are not automatically created for certain notifications from Pulseway. After a brief examination, it appears it may have to do with the length of the notification. For example, I never receive "free memory" or "CPU usage" notifications, which are quite long. I also do not receive "new application" notifications if a large number of applications have been installed or uninstalled. Fortunately, these tickets are somewhat infrequent, so manually checking and clearing these notifications in Pulseway is possible, but I thought you guys would want to know. Hey Pulseway, Just a small thing: when "Collect historical data for charts" is enabled and you go to the graph in the web interface, it shows the incorrect unit when hovering over the line. If I go to a ping graph and then to the temperature graph it says "38 ms"; If I go to the network adapter graph and then to the temperature graph it says "38 B"; I even got it to say "38 Connection failures" from a performance counter, but never 38 °C. I think you get the point, it's minor, but it's still a bug. - Jaapyse

Hello, today I was installing the pulseway on my homeserver. Honewer, the cpu load gives wrong cpu load information, this display only 1% alltime. Hardware: Prozesor: Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180 2.0 Ghz ; Motherboard: Asus P5kpl - VM/S ; RAM : 2x 1 Gb 633 mhz ddr2 System: Kubuntu 14.04 32 bit I think, you could help me on that. p.s: I'm very sorry about my englsh experience.

Hey forum, It's me again (how could two weeks go by without me asking any questions...). The problem I'm facing is every once in a while I open a remote desktop connection and when ordering the command "Ctrl+alt+del" it doesn't respond. Clicking the accessibility doesn't do anything either. Usually I can Pulseway RDP into another server in the network and from there MS RDP into the server I'm trying to reach but that is obviously not the way. For the moment it's not too much of a problem, but one of these days I'm going to run into a network with only one monitored device and no MS RDP available and by then I'm in trouble...
