I would like to see additional 3rd Party Patching Options made available, specifically one that I would find useful in my own environment would be Microsoft Power BI. Currently this is a product that we must manually patch through PDQDeploy, as Microsoft doesn't offer any type of automated update of this product through things like WSUS/Windows Update. They no longer offer a .msi download (only .exe) so I can't configure it as a Custom Title.

Hello, for clients with compliance needs, I MUST have the ability to review patches before I install them. Additionally, I must have the ability to install Windows drivers etc. I know Pulseway can't do that natively from their web-app. But I'd like to know when that would come. This is not a capricious request, I need it for Compliance. I need to know the Patch Status of each group of computers. Again, for compliance. It's strange that you guys don't have this. We can't just Install all patches as IT admins, we need to review patches. Particularly for Compliance! In what time frame do you guys expect to be adding this feature?

Currently it appears only Webroot is supported under AV policies. We signed up for Bitdefender and there are no policies there.

We have users who perfer to keep a clean desktop either for demo's for clients or for personal reasons. when we turned on third party patching it has kept placing shortcuts on the desktop for some applications when updating them. deleting the shortcuts does not prevent them from re-appearing when the application gets updated again. Would it possible to request an option for third party patching to not deploy shortcuts to the desktop?

With more and more remote users, it would be nice to deploy Windows 10/11 to any remote pc. New desktops & laptops have pre-loaded bloatware. They are usually shipped directly to the end-user then an admin would get access to deploy the organization shares, emails, etc. With this solution, we can remote deploy a fresh golden image via a simple executable the end-user can perform after opening their brand new computer and passing the first-time setup. Would like to see this in Pulseway someday. We are currently using SmartDeploy.

I would like Pulseway to automatically adjust the number of licenses as I add or delete computers and servers. At the end of the month this could then automatically be added (or deleted if you remove clients) from the bill. As it is now its a problem to always have to buy or delete licenses manually as I go along. I dont want to buy a lot of extra licenses that I dont use just to have some in reserve in case i add a couple of clients. Also, I was locked out from admin center one time when I had one server license to little and had forgotten to adjust. That was a bit stressful as I needed to change something and could not figure out why I was blocke out at first.

There doesn't appear to be a way to select the system type as a condition. Example if creating a workflow that once a system is registered, depending on if it's a server or workstation, do xxx. Right now, (I'm still testing it) I have set up 2 tags called Servers and one called Workstations. I used the Pulseway built in System type and added "Workstation" as the type for the scope. I'll then use that scope for the workflow, though I'm not sure it will use it properly. If it doesn't, I have a script ready to go to do the condition and read off that. Anyway, system type should be a selectable condition so that the above workarounds don't have to be done.

It would be great to be able to run workflows in a user defined order and allow to stop processing further workflows.

I would like to be notified when QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise needs updating, if it can not be done through pulseway, then a "notification" would be fine. I have a lot of clients that uses QB and this will prevent them calling me, and this allows me to do my job better and faster. Thanks

Hello dear Pulseway team, today I noticed that the navigation with the keyboard is inconsistent (or at least it felt a bit off) when adding notifications for Performance Counters. The numbers indicate the next option each time i pressed Tab. Cycling through the menu works fine, but "Cancel" (2) as the second option, when starting from "Name:" (1) seems wrong. Maybe remove the description (4) as a target for Tab-cycling? Also I noticed that Ctrl+Backspace (delete whole preceding word) doesn't work in here, it just adds rectangle (symbol) to the text. Please simply integrate the asset data collected by RMM so that it is transferred to PSA for ticketing and asset management. This would be a HUGE competitive advantage for Pulseway. I am new to Pulseway and my expectation upon choosing Pulseway was that this functionality is built in. I now find out otherwise and I do not understand why asset info is not available to PSA when it is already captured in RMM? Lack of asset data from RMM to PSA causes so much extra work for each new machine added for every new client that if it isn't fixed soon I will need to leave Pulseway for a better alternative. Would be great to see some reports of all remote connection sessions that can be sorted by customers and allow you to add billing based on session time.

We setup some SQL query based notifications on one our servers yesterday and when it fired I noticed that at the bottom of the alert it said: Note: Another notification for this filter will be sent only after this notification is deleted. I know there are other types of alerts that won't refire on their own unless they are reset (I believe disk, mem and cpu are the same). It would be nice if all these types of alerts that need to be manually reset carried this additional note at the bottom as a reminder as I don't think they currently do.

Hi There, What would be nice is if an update fails (win updates or 3th party) we can make an trigger to show the fail on the dashboard. Cant find this anywhere at this moment.

The Pulseway app is available to install on M1 Macs, but the application seems to be running in iPhone mode, and not iPad. I am not sure what code change needs to be done, but would be nice to be able to run the iPad version or Pulseway on Mac.

Hi All We have a client who we need to report pending Windows updates to prior to updating as they want to confirm if there are any that they need to test prior to production rollout. Windows Updates Legacy Report - The Windows Updates legacy report provides the information needed and we'd like to be able to schedule it and apply a Scope so that the report only returns the servers they'd be interested in. OR OS Patch for All Systems Report - Extend this report to also have a tick box to include pending OS patches (as reported within the Windows Update report). This inclusion would be a big help. We often use pulseway to deploy webroot and would like to see a site key manager added so when deploying we dont have to copy paste they site key everytime, but rather have a drop down with all available site keys / site names. Even if it cant be automatically pulled from the webroot dashboard, and we have to go in and add / name the sites and associated keys that would still be helpful.

While the system tray is a good idea to allow the customer to communicate with the tech without calling and just opening a ticket, is something that it has fall behind in development and features. Compared to other competitors I don't understand why this section of the Pulseway hasn't been improved in years. 1. The system tray has no customization other than the logo. 2. The system tray support request is very limited to just "Message" and "Priority" 3. When the customer fill up the box called "Message" is obvious that this is to type the message or explain the problem they are experiencing and the reason for the ticket. It would be useful to be able to sort by more than one field, for example i would like to sort my tickets primarly by Status, but within each status i would like to order by Open Date (or Last Activity Date) so i can see which is the oldest within each status.
