    Hi, We are very often in the situation backup our database with simple scripts to files on the local disk. E.g. Mysqldump or SQL server express edition. It would be create if we could monitor these exports with a plugin. I am thinking about something like: - is the file written/changed in the last xx hours (24 hours) - is the file larger then xx MBs The same monitoring would be useful for some daily database export to CSV files.   2. Hi, at the moment your antivirus feature is allways installed in English. A lot of our customers prefer their language (e.g German). If there is a proble like a virus, they allways get nervous, and than they see an information in a language where they are not fluent, and it gets worse... I know that Kaspersky offers his products in different languages, so there should be a possiblity to use the lanugage of the operating system. Thanks, Christian.

  3. It was would be awesome if you could in the pulseway rules, create a rule that if it see's an alert/notification/event log error X numbers of times within so many hours or minutes then run the rule specified. What this would do is allow me to automate a fix to a problem without having a false positive and running a rule that really was only effecting 1 person versus 10 people for example.

    When we need to install any update or modification on any server, we cannot create a restore point by default. we need to create a snapshot, update or install app and del this snapshot if is ok or revert if is not ok. this is a very important feature that you can implement to save our time!

  5. Hi Team, Can we have an event log for when Maint mode is triggered or removed? Not a bad thing to have when tracking a problem but also we can then use things like automations based on events. It would be good if it said which user triggered it but even just a simple maint mode on / off with a standard event ID would be amazing. Use Case: Medium to large organisations have lots of people managing servers even third parties. By seeing who / when a device was put into maint mode it would help track changes. Another key use is that if i can trigger an automation based on Pulseway maint mode i can have it do various things such as se…

    Here is the scenario: I am updating an application on a group of ten computers. On one computer, a user is using that application, so I can't update it. Ideally, I would like to leave a notification so I know later that I wasn't able to install the update on this system. I could leave a note, but there is no indication within the app that there are any notes, so that is not particularly useful for this scenario. If there were a way to add a notification, similar to the "User Support Request" available for systems from within the app, that would make it very easy to see later which system still needed the update.     One thing I'm missing from Ninja that would be incredibly handy to have here at Pulseway is the ability to modify the system tray in depth. Theirs allows the ability to create hyperlinks, separate the information, a contact form, etc. The ability for the system tray to show different sets of information, customizable to the MSP would work fantastically.

  9. Can I set up a dashboard to remember the monitor on which it was closed? I have a workstation with three monitors. I've set up a full-screen app on monitor number three, but every day the dashboard runs on the main monitor number one. Thank you

    1. Would be great to read the logged in user name and use it in chat instead of computer name. Then possibly confirm with the user that they are indeed the person logged in 2. Give user option to enter their email for chat history. 3. Allow admin to set email to send it to when chat is ended. (add button to end chat on admin and user side too)

    In the mobile phone app you can go to device and then run a script could you add scripts to group tasks from the mobile app? when on the road it would be good to run a script on all devices in a group. otherwise we have to go into each device to run the script thanks phil

    I would like to be notified when QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise needs updating, if it can not be done through pulseway, then a "notification" would be fine. I have a lot of clients that uses QB and this will prevent them calling me, and this allows me to do my job better and faster. Thanks

  16. Patch management is great for workstations, but I think it’s lacking for servers. The only thing Connectwise Automate did well was server patch management. For example, you could apply a patch to a test server, in the state test. If the patch was not disapproved within the time period you set, the patch would roll out to all the other servers in the group automatically. Jon

    Please add a way to quickly find a ticket by number in the service desk, without regard to other filtering criteria already present. A typical use case scenario is that I'm sitting in service desk with a custom view showing only tickets due today, and a request comes in to check something on a specific ticket. Right now I have change the view to one that does no filtering, then filter on the ticket. It's cumbersome and disruptive to my workflow. I'd like to just click a "Find Ticket' button, put the ticket # in, and have the ticket opened in a new browser tab.

  18. We use Puleway Webapp (RMM) and PSA. I have to setup to different logins (PSA is on SAML) for access. Is there any plans to allow us to link and integrate these two logins?

    Sometimes i am creating a ticket after i have already started work on the problem. Not ideal I know, but it happens. It happens enough that i would really like to be able to put in the time i started working on the problem and then hit the now choice and then hit a "Add time" or start tracking time button that continues to update the "now" or "end" field. that way i dont have to remember to hit that now button when i am done and hit the save button.

  21. Currently when searching the list of Hardware assets by category or by any other field, then this search option has to be repeated for every record which needs to be edited. As soon as you go back to Hardware assets view it is no longer filtered by category, therefore search should be repeated. It would be much better to search all records at once and then edit them, rather than perform search each time when one record needs to be edited. This would improve the user experience.

    It would be extremely useful if you had an option to run a script/task the next time a computer connects if it is currently offline. I'm at 25 mobile users right now and it is difficult to make sure a script is fully deployed. I'm considering rolling out to 100+ users and cant imagine how I would ensure that they all get a script.
