  1. Hey guys, What do you think about adding a search function to easily find any device in the 'Remote Desktop Manger' - we have several pages of agents and at the end of the day they all look the same... making it searchable would be sure winner.. Cheers - Grunta

  2. When cross referencing our asset lists, having the ability to quickly search our systems by Serial Number would be a major quality of life upgrade. As it stands, there is nothing in the search feature which allows us to look for a value that does not change as the device moves around from user to user. If someone obtains a device from an old user and the name is not updated or maybe we have an older field device with an obscure name schema from an ex-admin. If I don't know to search for that or the search feature doesn't think what I'm searching is close enough to the name, then I have to pull up the group that it *may* be in and search down each Asset Info tab trying to …

  3. I have Pulseway configured on 60 servers all at different locations. I'm waiting to deploy to the workstations until I get it configured just right. My question is: is there a way to get a list of installed programs across all devices? Say I need to know what version of chrome is installed on all the devices, to gauge which ones need updated etc -how would I go about doing that if it's possible?

  4. I'd like to request that when we hover the cursor over the title of a ticket in the queue/view that it enables us to see the latest activity of that ticket, whether is is an internal note from a technician, or a reply from a customer etc

    Would be great to have an option when you select multiple systems, to run a script. Now that's only possible with a Task... But if you just want to run a script on let's say 10 Systems and not 100 in a Group for example. This would be much faster. Also you don't need to create a Task for it, so everything stay's cleaner in that way.

    Hi, When selecting services for management or notifications I would really like a column the the current status. And I buttons like "Select all services sat to automatic" and "Select all services currently running".     The following Features would be great to see added Select which items can generate notifications and certain hours, for example, i don't care if something failed to ping at 3am but i might want to know if a server goes offline at 3am. So i want to be able to pick and choose certain items and which hours those notifications are active. ping but do not notify (just to view when needed for troubleshooting)

    So, here we use another local PSA solution. The idea is to send alert emails from status to open a ticket Ex: if status is high, send a mail to example@example.com o a field that we can select one or more status to send email. This is a very important feature to show for our costumer that we are solving te issues and working a lot in his infrastructure. Some costumers need see our work in a report...

  9. I might have missed this one, but it would be great to be able to restrict where the notifications are sent. Example: We have 4 servers, two in Norrköping and two in Stockholm. I would like to be able to send the notifications from the servers in Stockholm to the guy in Stockholm and not to me as well.

  11. Currently when I have the PC Monitor client installed onto a new system, I need to give the installing party the credentials to my account. This of course gives them access to the web-based management interface, which I would like to restrict to authorized administrators only. I would like to see some sort of installer or manufacturing credentials feature that would allow a user to configure the client locally without having the ability to use the management interface.

    Not sure if someone has asked for this before or not, didn't see anything with a quick search. I'd like to be able to see the currently connected RRAS clients. Username, IP assigned, duration connected, etc. What's the possibility of having this as an available server module in upcoming releases? Are there any plugins for this? Thanks

  13. Patch management is great for workstations, but I think it’s lacking for servers. The only thing Connectwise Automate did well was server patch management. For example, you could apply a patch to a test server, in the state test. If the patch was not disapproved within the time period you set, the patch would roll out to all the other servers in the group automatically. Jon

    We manage multiple servers I was just wondering is there a template that could be created for one server for notifications etc.. and that template then be applied to other servers. Also wondering if it is possible to set notifications from the web portal as opposed to logging onto each server individually to set the notifications

    is there a feature (or could one be created) that creates a report to show the uptime of a server over a period of time?? so just showing times and dates the server went off/on. there is a performance graph on the web interface, but its not something that can be given to a client as a report.

  16. Hi, After servers are rebooted PC Monitor always tells us that a handful of services is not started. Most of them has the start up type "Automatic (delayed)", but other services just uses a longer time before starting up. Could it be possible for PC Monitor to wait a few minutes before reporting failed services after a reboot? Then we could avoid a lot of ghost alerts. Br, Martin.

  17. New enterprise user coming from Kaseya. Would be great to see access to services (start, stop, restart, configure), the registry (view hives, and add keys/etc.), and file transfers from within the web app. File transfer works great from remote desktop, but here are times we simply need to copy an icon/file and it would be nice to not disturb the user for a simple file copy.

  18. We use the Pulseway Dashboard to monitor notifications with the option 'Show only systems with elevated or critical alerts' enabled. This works really well for picking up almost every notification except for 'Send a notification when the public IP has changed' which turns out to be a really useful notification for when an internet services has failed over or failed back. Currently I'm unable to set a notification priority on Windows Pulseway Manager 8.0 or Pulseway for ARM 5.1.2 It seems unusual that this is the only notification in the Notifications tab that you're unable to set a Priority for, is this currently being worked on?

    Pulseway currently provides a way to send a test page to a printer but I don't see a way to set the default printer? Could you add the ability and as a reference: http://www.windows-commandline.com/set-default-printer-in-windows-7/ (run from the Pulseway command line box of course, easier if it can be built into Pulseway.

    As a MSP, we often have to track down a device based on the user's name. It would be great if there was an option to always show the currently logged in user in the dashboard or at least add it into the search.

    I apologize if this is already present - I looked but didn't see anything or another similar request. Would it be possible to have some indicator (icon or text next to the pc name) that shows if the desktop is locked? Thanks and great work!

    As user I would like to see the next or previous event in event log from currently displayed event detail so I can check event log faster. Thank you.
