    Hi, The main great idea with pulseway was to be able support customers from the mobile phone. It seems more features have to be run from the website rather than the app. Example: I have a script that i need to run on all computers in a group. Can we not have the option to view and run scripts from group level in the mobile app. We can do this when we go down to computer level. Its a pain having to setup a scope online, then create a task to run it. And the same with a group terminal. I know you can create script but sometime us engineers just need to run a command for all computers in a group. Can you not setup the terminal and powershell option i…

    I'm running a mobile call-out service to residential clients at the moment. I'm wasting a lot of time on-site purely because clients lose their login credentials for their OS, router, email, iCloud account etc. Whilst I carry a job sheet and generally try to record these credentials, it would be so much more effective if I could have it all in the cloud and be able to access login details on the go. I'll be looking into a cost-effective cloud solution with sufficient security (eg. RepairShopr) but is it something that could be easily built into Pulseway? Regards, David.

    I like how granular the associated account access can be as it is sometimes beneficial, however, this is process of associating accounts to several technicians is cumbersome to manage. Please add a checkbox to user account details that would allow associated accounts access to all systems. Example in attached photo. It would be even more beneficial if this checkbox could optionally be tied to a Scope. Thanks!

  7. To support the need I have, where I want to delete some functions (manage rights) to an Associated account ie. Read Only rights are not enought and Full Access is to much, it would be needed to specify on a per system level, which general,services, Network, Scheduled task etc. the Associated account is granted manage access to. I may want to grant the manage rights to restart a specific service on a specific system to a specific account - currently not available. /Henrik

    Hey Pulseway, I think there was another topic about this, but I can't find it any more, but is it possible to make notifications disappear (archive) automatically when the problem that caused them is gone? E.g.: A ping is missing for a little while and then comes back (2 notifications), a system is too hot and cools down (1 notification), a disk too full (2 notifications), memory usage peeks (we get this all the time), a network loses network connection for five minutes (many many notifications if it happens). The result of these problems is that we get spammed full of notifications every night when really only a small part of that is relevant to the well-being of ou…

  12. Whenever there is a note added to the note section is there any way to know when looking through the systems? Maybe change the badge color whenever a note is present? Currently I have to just click on each note section to see if notes have been inputted. If I could tell just by glancing at the section that would be ideal.

  15. Is there anyway to get a report of the results of a script that was ran. For instance the check if computer has 2 hdd script, If I run this against 90 computers I don't want to click on each computer, click on the script, click again to see the results. It would be awesome if I was able to just see a list of failed and a list of passed, Is this possible?

  16. We currently use Pulseway to manage/monitor our clients' servers & critical infrastructure and would REALLY like to roll it out to all of our supported computers. The only thing holding us back is the current User Support Request functionality. Currently for user desktop management we're using Soluto (the future of which is extremely uncertain) which has the excellent feature of turning the F8 button into a hotkey that users can press to instantly send Support a message and a screenshot. This makes the entire process of getting in contact with support frictionless for users and they love it - we receive over 60% of our support tickets through this channel. Pul…

    I am wanting to create a tag called server and assign it to all the servers I manage. It would be very helpful if Pulseway would show a count of how many devices have this tag. Better yet show a similar count like shown in the Groups tab. 29 online and 1 offline systems

    Would like the ability to run a report to see previous Pulseway chat conversations and support requests. Currently - you can send an email at the end of each chat conversation but... it would be nice to go back and view archived support requests and live Pulseway chat conversations if needed.

  20. I was curious if there was a way to display multiple screens on the remote desktop for those that are working from home. I know about the toggle but I mean simultaneously, much like the Chrome Remote Desktop or even if we had to remote into the same machine twice and use two windows (which would work perfectly). It would make a lot of peoples life easier particularly during these times!

  21. It would be great to be able to configure different notification email addresses based on alert type/source/severity. One example is that I'd want an email sent to our SMS page-out list for notifications of server outages or other mission critical events. I'm a new user to Pulseway -- maybe this is already an option? But from what I've gathered, emails can only be sent to the single email address in the account?

    Please make a lite version of your desktop app.. I use this to monitor a few home computers from my iPhone, but you can only monitor from those devices.. Even if it had to be self hosted or something, you guys have a pretty good idea but it feels like your going down the log me in route, at the moment I am looking at the alternatives but don't really want to switch.. 60 Euro a year for what I want it for don't seem like its worth it I guess, pretty sure you'd see a surge of users if you had at least basic control from PCs as well as mobile devices..
