Hey guys, I am aware that I can add an invoice-wide discount, but we really need a way to invoice line items. The only work around is to generate multiple invoices when you don't want the discount to apply to entire invoice. I want customer's to see the actual normal price, I don't just want to edit the extended price. Also, I like the new billing automation feature. But we also need to a way to add a (hopefully future line item) discount to the billing automation. We generally offer a discount on recurring flat fee services for the first 6 or 12 months of the term, and I need a way to put this in so that I don't have to manually change everything on each invoi…

Hi, it would be cool, if I could change the Pulseway Agent settings of a computer, even if the computer is offline. I had the problem yesterday, that I made a typo. The customer closed office, and all the clients where offline. I had to wait till today in the morning, to be able to fix the type. Thanks, Christian.

Would it be possible to have an exclusion list when sending out a email notification, i.e.: if the host is a shared with the family then I don't want to get notified when I'm logging in cause I know.. However, I would like to know if another users logs in when I'm not there.. Big Brother I know, but.....

I'm referring to the android app here, but this may be applicable to the other apps as well. It would be very handy if "percentage based" indicators (cpu usage, memory usage, hard drive usage, to name a few) showed some form of horizontal bar graph in addition to the numeric values they currently show. This might seem minor, but it communicates the current state a lot better at a glance. Perhaps even alter the color of the bar based upon some fixed conditions? For example, "Hard Drive Usage" 0-50% - bar is green 50-80% - bar is yellow 80-100% - bar is red

The idea is to send alert emails from status to open a ticket Ex: if status is high, send a mail to example@example.com o a field that we can select one or more status to send email. Pulseway currently provides a way to send a test page to a printer but I don't see a way to set the default printer? Could you add the ability and as a reference: http://www.windows-commandline.com/set-default-printer-in-windows-7/ (run from the Pulseway command line box of course, easier if it can be built into Pulseway.

I like how granular the associated account access can be as it is sometimes beneficial, however, this is process of associating accounts to several technicians is cumbersome to manage. Please add a checkbox to user account details that would allow associated accounts access to all systems. Example in attached photo. It would be even more beneficial if this checkbox could optionally be tied to a Scope. Thanks!

I found that seeing the 'Available Memory' was a little confusing at first. As im used to seeing 'Memory Used'. Would it be possible to add an option that would read something like 500MB of 1024MB Memory Used Also adding a percentage used would make it very easy to quickly see what is going on with memory usage.

OK now we can create a Policy for all the systems in a Group. We use the groups now as Company Containers. When we create a policy for example to monitor the memory and notify when there is only x % left.. I would like to differentiate between that.. a SQL server for example and an Exchange server are know to consume all memory. So those i would set on 5%.. while other servers i would set on 10-15% When i now set the a policy on the group.. the 5% is for every server. Any idea when the Remote Desktop comes for Mac? So that we can control the Windows Systems via Pulseway Etc.? Remote Desktop can now only be controlled via Windows.

Hi, The main great idea with pulseway was to be able support customers from the mobile phone. It seems more features have to be run from the website rather than the app. Example: I have a script that i need to run on all computers in a group. Can we not have the option to view and run scripts from group level in the mobile app. We can do this when we go down to computer level. Its a pain having to setup a scope online, then create a task to run it. And the same with a group terminal. I know you can create script but sometime us engineers just need to run a command for all computers in a group. Can you not setup the terminal and powershell option i…

can a feature be added to schedule the reports that are available manually? so say set up a schedule to email a disk space report every morning? if this is already a topic, or available id be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. thanks in advance. Gary

Hey Pulseway, I think there was another topic about this, but I can't find it any more, but is it possible to make notifications disappear (archive) automatically when the problem that caused them is gone? E.g.: A ping is missing for a little while and then comes back (2 notifications), a system is too hot and cools down (1 notification), a disk too full (2 notifications), memory usage peeks (we get this all the time), a network loses network connection for five minutes (many many notifications if it happens). The result of these problems is that we get spammed full of notifications every night when really only a small part of that is relevant to the well-being of ou…

Can we have an option to set an owner for each computer groups? This might help with running reports if you can have an option to create reports that run for all groups. My thoughts: when creating a report, under "Current Scope" you can have a checkbox to run per group. Then maybe under "Send the report via email when generated" you have option to "Send reports to group owners". This would be a helpful feature if you have multiple clients you need to send reports to every month or so.

I was curious if there was a way to display multiple screens on the remote desktop for those that are working from home. I know about the toggle but I mean simultaneously, much like the Chrome Remote Desktop or even if we had to remote into the same machine twice and use two windows (which would work perfectly). It would make a lot of peoples life easier particularly during these times!

Ability add multiple IP's for wake on lan. List IP's and or names with ability to selectively choose WOL for individual machines or ability to select all at once.
