Now we need to connect to every system to set it manually

OK now we can create a Policy for all the systems in a Group. We use the groups now as Company Containers. When we create a policy for example to monitor the memory and notify when there is only x % left.. I would like to differentiate between that.. a SQL server for example and an Exchange server are know to consume all memory. So those i would set on 5%.. while other servers i would set on 10-15% When i now set the a policy on the group.. the 5% is for every server. I would like to see a design more like in Active Directory Policies.. so that you set a global Policy.. which is for all the devices.. and you can set a local setting (of the OU the objec…

It would be a really good feature if the client could check public blacklists such as spamhaus periodically and throw a warning if its public IP is listed on one of them The ability to specify multiple public IP's (and hostnames) to check from each server would be good too. The ability to flag a general, warning or critical notification depending which block list the IP/host is found in would be a tidy way of doing it. Thanks!

i'd like to know if its possible to monitor my remote network where in 1 remote location there are 8 computers (6-8) and only 1 will be online (with internet connection) consistently. the other 7 computers will not be connected to internet. In one remote location all of the computers (8) are in the same network. I have 80 plus remote location. i wanted to monitor the PC status of each computer in that remote area. My infrastructure will be combination of normal pc and vm machine. Please advise if this one is available.

I want to use two-factor authentication. I will not, until such time the timeout feature is controlled by me. I'm not sure how much time elapses between open the page and the timeout, but I can tell you it is too short. I want control of it, to the point of turning it off completely.

It would be really good if when you use the chat feature, it would send a notification when they respond. Saves hanging around the chat window or having to pop back in to check if they have replied. The ability to add custom responses in the chat window (i.e Have you reboot your PC? etc), saves a lot of typing for the standard things we save in IT support.

Any chance of linking to an Apple Watch, would be good to be able to do some simple things via the phone, Reboot PC etc

I have been evaluating the product and I really like it however it does not integrate with my accounting software Xero. This would be a nice feature for a lot of people.

It would be nice to be able to change the order of the scripts. Also to be able to move a script into a different category that we might create at a later date.

Hi, in the moment everything is in english. We use the Pulseway MSP edition, and out customers are not all very familiar with the english language. For this it would be great to have at least this part of your software translated into different languages. Thanks, Christian.

Hi Would it be posssible for you to add some more views in the dashboard application. it's great to see it on a big TV in the office but would be usefully if we can change: - to a list view (like windows explorer allows to change the views of files in a folder) - then would enable us see more customers on one screen rather than waiting for them to come around after the rotation - change font size - make the green / red circles smaller ( a column list view would be good) - remove items from view like - hiding os version. - adding items on the view like - logged in user - option to remove the scrolling banner at the bottom. …

Hi, The main great idea with pulseway was to be able support customers from the mobile phone. It seems more features have to be run from the website rather than the app. Example: I have a script that i need to run on all computers in a group. Can we not have the option to view and run scripts from group level in the mobile app. We can do this when we go down to computer level. Its a pain having to setup a scope online, then create a task to run it. And the same with a group terminal. I know you can create script but sometime us engineers just need to run a command for all computers in a group. Can you not setup the terminal and powershell option i…

Can we have an option to set an owner for each computer groups? This might help with running reports if you can have an option to create reports that run for all groups. My thoughts: when creating a report, under "Current Scope" you can have a checkbox to run per group. Then maybe under "Send the report via email when generated" you have option to "Send reports to group owners". This would be a helpful feature if you have multiple clients you need to send reports to every month or so.

I think having a report you can show a client on job history would help to show you're actually doing something, especially if they never have any problems. Can we have a new report option that show all the tasks run either manually or by schedule and possibly the outcome success/failed...

Currently when an agent is offline you really don't have that much information. Like maybe the agent is offline becuase it was out of memory of diskspace Or show some meta data of the computer, what kind computer is it, system information.

Hi, at the moment your antivirus feature is allways installed in English. A lot of our customers prefer their language (e.g German). If there is a proble like a virus, they allways get nervous, and than they see an information in a language where they are not fluent, and it gets worse... I know that Kaspersky offers his products in different languages, so there should be a possiblity to use the lanugage of the operating system. Thanks, Christian.

I am wanting to create a tag called server and assign it to all the servers I manage. It would be very helpful if Pulseway would show a count of how many devices have this tag. Better yet show a similar count like shown in the Groups tab. 29 online and 1 offline systems

We use SNMP to monitor network devices. It would be awesome if we could setup a line or bar graph for SNMP queries so that we can graph the CPU, RAM, and bandwidth of routers and switches. Also, if the integer output could have commas, it would be easier to read higher number values (readouts are often in KB). Another great thing would be SNMP based alerts. So we could set a min/max value for SNMP to trigger an alert. IE, if the router goes about 80% CPU usage for 5 cycles.

Is there anyway to get a report of the results of a script that was ran. For instance the check if computer has 2 hdd script, If I run this against 90 computers I don't want to click on each computer, click on the script, click again to see the results. It would be awesome if I was able to just see a list of failed and a list of passed, Is this possible?

Is it possible to be able to create scopes on the Android app? Use case is all of the built in scripts default to all systems. It would be great if I could adjust the scope on the Android app. I'm trying to avoid logging into the web console, creating a scope and modifying a task, esp for a script I may only have a need to run once on a specific group. Pulseway is great and I love it, it doesn't seem like it scales well. If I add 10 machines a week I would constantly be adjusting things on the web console. I should be able to click any group and run scripts for that group without making a scope etc. Have I missed something or is this possible? For instance under the gr…

Would like the ability to run a report to see previous Pulseway chat conversations and support requests. Currently - you can send an email at the end of each chat conversation but... it would be nice to go back and view archived support requests and live Pulseway chat conversations if needed.

It would be great to be able to configure different notification email addresses based on alert type/source/severity. One example is that I'd want an email sent to our SMS page-out list for notifications of server outages or other mission critical events. I'm a new user to Pulseway -- maybe this is already an option? But from what I've gathered, emails can only be sent to the single email address in the account?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a feature request or if there may be a solution already. Here's the specifics: A customer is using Filemaker Server and it relies on the httpd service which is Apache to connect the web form feed via PHP. It stops occasionally and it would be most helpful to get an alert when it does just like with Windows services. I looked at monitoring an Application in the Pulseway preferences but did not see one that I should select.
