  1. Now i have to go to a local installed Maager.. do Managed devices (for Example).. and then One by One open devices.. and TYPE in a certain Group.. This is not of this time.. It should be that we only have to install an agent.. connect it to our server.. and then to the management... multiple select / group sorting... policy application etc.. centrally.. with Bulk Actions and all.. Please add this.. the product needs it.

  2. You tell us we can monitor everything on any device from anywhere.. But with the vmware addon you cannot even readout the hardware/health status of esx(i) which is very simple because the API is already there.. you just have to read it out.. that all.. Now we do not know if a disk has failed.. and when the second disks fails.. down goes the ESX(i) server...

Hi, I tell you what is really missing, when someone replies to your chat and you’re not in the Pulseway app. It would be really good if an icon would appear like the red or yellow explanation mark, but a picture of an envelope to tell you then have replied. Can you add that feature?

Hi, Please can you add a Group Task for Terminal or Powershell. You already have the option to for the above on individual devices. Can you not just enable it so it will repeat the task on all devices in the group? This would give so much power to IT admins wanting to update lots of PCS in a group. At the moment we have to go into each PC to run the Terminal or Powershell command. Thanks Phil

  5. Hey all, i have installed the dashboard app on our admin console, but it looks horrible compared to the one in the Windows Store!! unfortunatly, that one doesnt allow one to start a remote desktop session! please fix this.. I would rather not sell my clients an ugly dashboard

  6. We monitor a large number of Windows and Linux systems, and keeping track of the pulseway configuration file for all the systems can be a pain at times. The ability to download the config from all systems via some option on my.pulseway.com would be a godsend.

  8. Started by David,

I'm running a mobile call-out service to residential clients at the moment. I'm wasting a lot of time on-site purely because clients lose their login credentials for their OS, router, email, iCloud account etc. Whilst I carry a job sheet and generally try to record these credentials, it would be so much more effective if I could have it all in the cloud and be able to access login details on the go. I'll be looking into a cost-effective cloud solution with sufficient security (eg. RepairShopr) but is it something that could be easily built into Pulseway? Regards, David.

  9. Hey there, I've only been working with Pulseway for a short while, and see a lot of potential with it (already far advanced over our past RMM supplier)... I would like this feature to considered: the option list the last known 'Asset' info even when agent is offline... I know we can do this via a report, but see a good advantage to have access to the information even when it is turned off / offline from this screen also... Thanks - Grunta

  10. Started by grunta,

Hey, Problem: Adding a tag to device looks to be one-by-one solution at the moment... (clicking the device, clicking the tag option, clicking the tag, clicking the add tags, then ticking the tags.. Suggestion: How about reversing this and instead click the tag and then having a multi select to what device you can apply to it... Result: The ability to add as many devices to the tag in only a few clicks... Thanks - Grunta

  11. Hey guys, What do you think about adding a search function to easily find any device in the 'Remote Desktop Manger' - we have several pages of agents and at the end of the day they all look the same... making it searchable would be sure winner.. Cheers - Grunta

  12. It would be nice with a build in option to trigger notifications based on failed Agent Jobs. We are currently using this custom SQL Query in 'msdb': SELECT STUFF((SELECT N', ' + name FROM (SELECT name FROM dbo.sysjobs WHERE (SELECT TOP 1 run_status FROM dbo.sysjobhistory WHERE (step_id = 0) AND (job_id = sysjobs.job_id) ORDER BY run_date DESC, run_time DESC) = 0 AND (enabled = 1)) AS [n1] FOR XML PATH(''),TYPE).value('text()[1]','nvarchar(max)'),1,2,N'') AS [Failed] // Martin.

  13. It would be nice with a build in option to trigger notifications based on the date since last backup of any databse. We are currently using this custom SQL Query i 'msdb': SELECT STUFF((SELECT N', ' + name FROM (SELECT TOP (100) PERCENT db.name FROM (SELECT name FROM master.sys.databases WHERE (state = 0) AND (NOT (name IN ('tempdb')))) AS db LEFT OUTER JOIN (SELECT database_name AS name, backup_finish_date AS timestamp FROM dbo.backupset UNION SELECT name, create_date FROM master.sys.databases) AS b ON b.name = db.name GROUP BY db.name HAVING (NOT (1 * ISNULL(STR(ABS(DATEDIFF(hh, GETDATE(), MAX(b.timestamp)))), - 1) BETWEEN 0 AND 48)) ORDER BY db.name) AS [n1] F…

Hi Guys, I realize this feature is on the road map for a future release, but could you please provide an indication on how long it will be before remote desktop assistance is available to mac clients? I love using Pulseway, but not having this feature is a major disruption to our ability to support our remote clients using this platform. Thanks in advance, Grant.

  16. We're a large multinational considering buying pulseway for our network management. what im missing though is reporting.. I suppose it does basic reports, but the reports currently spit out by pulseway are not good enough to show to our direction also, it would be nice to incorporate some form of asset management, Pulseay would be the ideal tool foor this, currently we use managedengine but its been decided we're switching to JIRA, so we need to look into other options for that. Bringing me to the point of JIRA integration! Pulseway integrates to Zendesk? Would it be possible to do the same for JIRA? also, the dashboard app on Windows 10 doesnt allow for…

  17. Hi, I am not sure whether this is a bug or somehow failed design, but it's annoying to me: "The user account XY has been locked on domain ABC on server ZZZ" This warning keeps popping up every 15-30 minutes on my Android device, filling Notification logs and making me un-sensitive for possible NEW warnings. Is it somehow possible to let it warn ONCE, not repeating all the time?

  18. Is it possible to retrieve the current notification via som API/OData/Webservice. And is it posible to to delete a noticifation this way Well, the mobile apps can do it, so I guess teh webservice exists - but is it public available? Altso it would be cool if the notification archive of Enterprise server were availabe as OData so it could be used in PowerBI. Br, Martin.

  19. Please enhance the graphs that are generated in the applications. For instance, the network graph does not even specify the time scale at the bottom (See image attached). It should also have the ability to scale the graph to look at different time ranges. Also it would be nice to be able to see a graph of things like the performance counters. We are loving just about everything about PulseWay at our company, the biggest wish here though is to be able to see historical information over time in graphs for the various monitored metrics. This is a pretty standard feature of every other monitoring product on the market, please bring it to PulseWay! Thanks, …

  20. Hi guys I've already contacted Pulseway support about this last year and I was told that they are looking into it. Now I'd like to get a quick update, if it's still being considered, and what other users think. I would like to have a (REST) API where I can get different values (especially the screens) like they are provided via the official apps. And is there any chance we could get a more capable API until summer 2016? (Otherwise I'll have to code it myself. :-D) In my specific case I want to build a web-based dashboard which displays frequently updated screenshots of each system. This would be very useful if you run digital signage computers or simi…

  22. Hi Pulseway. It would be very nice to be able to manage Tags from the client. It could be in the Pulseway Manager, in the registry settings, or via commandline. Could that be possible? Br, Martin.

  23. Hi. I have a problem with moving performance counters between servers with different Windows Languange Pack. The problem is that many of the build in Performance Counters are localized by Microsoft, so they cannot be found. Tragic But True Here is a few examples: en-US : \LogicalDisk(*)\Avg. Disk Queue Length da-DK : \Logisk disk(*)\Gennemsnitslængde af diskkø en-US : \Paging File(*)\% Usage da-DK : \Sidefil(*)\% anvendelse I have found a webpage describing how to substitude the strings with IDs. http://www.powershellmagazine.com/2013/07/19/querying-performance-counters-from-powershell/ Perhaps you could l…

  24. Dear Team, Pulseway is popular for monitoring current status of servers/services,- now our management asks for a report listing not only xx% uptime for each server,- but also includes date/time and duration for each downtime per server,- how/When can Pulseway deliver such a report ? Regards, Martin

  25. I would like to see a feature that you can create some basic custom commands. For instance, a button on the app that allows you to empty the trashcan, delete temporary files, clear Internet data, or even just run a full system cleaner session. However, having a button that leads to a new menu, and being able to add a wide variety of commands to that that are preprogrammed by pulse way, then preselected by the user to be in that list. Then make sure it is open to custom API's for even more functionality.
