    We have a number of devices being monitor which means we have multiple pages on our dashboard. Is there a way to change the number of seconds for the rotation of the pages? Thanks Michael

    We are currently assessing Pulseway and use Nagios presently for monitoring. A core requirement is to be able to monitor files & folders, we have two requirements: a) Monitor the files in a folder with the "abc" extension and alert if one exists with a "Created Date" greater than 2 hours ago b) Monitor the folder "Modified date" and alert if less than 2 hours ago Is this possible with Pulseway?

    Anyone have any insight on how to install PCMonitor on a provisioned Citrix XenApp 6.5 server? I have 10 application servers that I'd like to monitor. I can install PCm after the server boots, but I'd like to build it into the base image so I don't have to reinstall every time it reboots. Of course you can install it on the base image but every server that boots is a clone of the base so the unique identity isn't there. How can I make each server uniquely register itself from the base image on boot?

    Bottom line... can i change the computer identifier to something new? I am using a copy of a VM.vhdx to create a new secondary VM. However, the computer identifier is the same on both after setting them up. What do I need to do to create a new computer identifier? Deleting and reinstalling Pulseway is not enough, it still shows up with the same one. I assume somewhere deep in the registry I need to delete some things to stop this from happening. Thanks

  6. Is there anyway to configure powershell impersonation remotely? I am trying to run a few different powershell scripts and I'm getting access denied. I assume BC it's running as system. Is there a way around this ? Or a way to configure this option remotely? This is the script I'm trying to run. It runs fine under my account.     I am experimenting with a trial account and trying to configure offline notifications, and I can't get them to work. I have checked "Send a notification when the computer is offline" under notifications->status. When I shut the machine down, it correctly shows as offline and greyed out under Monitored Devices, but no notification gets sent. Test notifications work fine, as do a few others in the list (e.g. removable disk insertion). Is this a limitation of a trial account or am I doing something wrong? I couldn't find much in the documentation to help troubleshoot.

    Hello, I have a problem with our Pulseway mail-notification. Currently, our administrators get no more mails from pulseway because our anti-spam-system blocks the mail traffic of pulseway. We are using the "InterScan Messaging Security" from TrendMicro. There I had tried to put the pulseway E-Mails to the whitelists but the notification-mails we get are from another Pulseway-e-mail adress any time.

  9. Hi When i try to validate my account, i get the following error: I tried to connect to this server via telnet, and i didn't get any error. I also restartet the pc monitor service, but the error remains. PC Monitor lost connection today at 01:37am. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks and regards Simon

  10. I'm using the PC Dashboard with a direct internet connection (behind a firewall), but it throws a connection error (295). Is there a document defining the ports that need to be open for the dashboard application? I also tried to use our MS proxy server, but that also throws an error "(407) Proxy Authentication Required", despite having the correct details in there. Help!

  11. We monitor 29 Windows servers and recently 3 of them won't connect anymore. When I try and validate account I get an error "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority" I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. All other server work fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Brian

  12. We host our own Pulseway server in our office. Everything was working fine up until yesterday when all the systems we monitor (Over 200) stopped responding. We checked the server (Windows Server 2012 R2 64Bit) and everything was fine, no errors. We checked the SSL Cert and it too seemed ok as it is not expiring until 2019. We restarted the server (Like that helps...) but still no joy.     Hi, Here is how I recently "decommissioned" and uninstalled my service files from a machine: Beware: use the rd and del command at YOUR OWN RISK! run these from your remote service app or Pulseway terminal; 1.     We are using an own pulseway enterprise system. 1st: I want to Deploy Agents on Multiple Windows systems, but when i follow the instructions in de topic of MSI with /qn config=UNC Then the configutration is not loading in de agent and i'm not getting any error. 2nd: When i put the configration file manually in the agent then the Enable Remote Desktop button isn't turned on anymore. So i need to install that manually. While in de configrution file it say <RemoteDesktop>true</RemoteDesktop>

    I am new to Pulseway, and have noticed that when I deploy manually by downloading the .msi and running as a local admin that the Pulseway Manager shortcuts get added to the desktop and the start menu. However, if I use a probe and deploy via mass deployment that the agent still gets deployed but without any shortcuts. Is there a way to replicate this behavior (no shortcuts) when running locally? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi all, My goal is to create a Win32 package to deploy using Microsoft Intune that auto registers the computer. I've done this successfully with agent version 8. However, today I cannot get it to work with agent version 9. Despite contradicting help information out there that directs you to use Orca, the .MSI file that is generated contains the appropriate information to auto-register the agent. In the past I've converted the .MSI to .INTUNE, created the app in Endpoint Manager and assigned it with success. I'm working on doing this process again with agent version 9. I can get it to deploy with Intune, however auto-registration fails. My process is the same…

  23. I am looking to use a probe to install the pulse way manager on a device. The device is found on the network by the probe, however the Remote Computer Administrator Credentials will not allow me to leave anything blank. The device i am looking to install the manager on does not have a password set for the administrator account. I can enter the account name, however it will not let me submit the deployment while the password field is empty. Is there something I should enter into the password field that will still work even though the target device does not have a password?

    Hi, I am testing Pulseway and have deployed a few agents, all good. One of the agents I have configured as a discovery probe, all good. The probe has located a number but not all of the computers on the LAN. At another site the probe is not locating ANY other computers on the LAN. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

    Today i got a notification that read as the following: I am not sure how this was set up in our configuration. Is this an standard out of the box notification that is there regardless of set up or has it been set up to monitor disk space by someone on our end? If so can you tell me how that is so? Thanks.
