    Just got the new Note 20 Samsung Phone. The Pulse way app just keeps saying This device is pending approval .login to the web app and Approve it from the account device page . but when i go the the web app just says the same thing there as well . Open the Pulseway app on a trusted mobile device ?. I don,t have any of the 10 Use one of your backup codes either Thanks

  3. Hi, to make the work load more equitable can we have a round robin group to assign tickets in a more equitable way please. a lot of time is spent assigning tickets to associates. Michael

  4. Hi, We use 3CX for our phone system, which integrates with a few different CRM packages. Is there any way to integrate the Pulseway PSA with 3CX phone systems? Has anyone looked at this, or tried the link? Thank you for your input. Gary

  6. Does anyone know how we customize the customer facing forms such as quotes/orders/invoices? I've only looked at the quotes thus far, but we do not find the format professional enough to put in front of our clients, and would like to change it.

  7. Hi, When entering a quote by opportunity or a service quote, you can choose an "item" to sell (inventory item) and then change the item description. When you are quoting products this way, you can NOT change the item description. Is there a way to change an item description when quoting an inventory item via a product quote? We want to have a generic item we can choose and then change the description for the quote. (i.e. We want to put in Generic Cable, and use if for cable sales, like HDMI cable.)   8. Currently, if a Quotation is accepted I can create a Project, a Sales Order and something else that I can't remember. Most of the time, I just want to create a ticket with the quoted items added as Charges on the ticket.

    Hi, I am very shocked that PSA being as advanced in features as it is, does not have an option to insert a simple to do checklist in a ticket. I see there is this thing called To-Do & Service Calls but that's something entirely different as it even does not show the actions needed to be done on the list... just that its a To Do item: What if I want to for example have a ticket template for an IT assistant to do somethings and track his progress? Like for example setting up a new system so I know he has ordered the computer, he installed the OS, he configured the antivirus software, he connected it to the domain etc. Can I please request you guys a…

  10. Sorry, I am new. Perhaps this has been answered and I just cant find it. Right now, there are tickets created for every notification from the RMM. I don't need tickets for all of these notifications, only certain ones. Like machine is off would be good for a ticket. but not CPU usage over 90%. How do I change which RMM notifications create tickets? I started tinkering with workflow and business process...but I only see how to turn off rmm integration. Thanks.

  12. Hi, does anyone managed to create a Workflow for "Point of Contacts" to approve ticket requests? Got a customer asking to approve tickets before they are worked on, so i need to be able to automate the process. To be more clear: i need to send a request of approval by sending the POC an email when a ticket is created - change the status to "pending approval" and await for a reply, once the reply is made by the approver (stating in the subject that is %approved% in the subject for example) - change the status of the ticket to "approved" and notify the assigned resource..   13. Hello, I have a use case when you have a end user who is setup as a manager of their client portal, to be able to close tickets. Currently they can only add a note, but I need them to be able to close tickets that do not require service since that Manager is managing those tickets for their users.

    Our company is in the process of setting up the client portal. However, we noticed if a user selects "My Tickets", Assignee is not displayed or an option to add in the view. Also, if the ticket is selected, Assignee is not displayed under Details. We do have a workflow set up when a ticket gets assigned, the requestor is notified via email but we would also like the Assignee to be displayed in the client portal. How do we make this happen?

    Hi, Is there a way to close a ticket that was opened by a notification from the RMM? ie. Notification of a stopped service opens a ticket. I would like a script to start the service and then change the ticket in the PSA auto-magicaly. Is this available yet, or on the feature request list? Gary

    Hi All When trying to import from Connectwise I get the following error: Error! You are unauthorized please check your current credential details ! The Public and Private keys are definitely correct. The url I'm using https://api-eu.myconnectwise.net/v4_6_release/apis/3.0/ as my login server is https://eu.myconnectwise.com. Anyone have any ideas what's going on here?

    So I am really enjoying Pulseway, the systems are mostly well designed and work really well. They are simple and have no huge data entry overhead like other systems (Autotask). However, there are some improvements to be made in consistency through out the application. For example some text boxes for paragraphs of text allow you to tab into and out of them. Others don't some places where I click on a ticket opens the ticket in another separate popup window, others a new tab. The choices in made in some designs are really weird. For example, most save buttons are at the bottom of a dialog, a couple are at the top. That kind of change of process creates a headache wh…

    I'm still using a trial and very new to this system, so its possible some in the community can give me a workaround or advise on how to achieve what I'm doing. There seem to be some features missing and limitations to contracts. 1. No way to auto-renew a contract after the end date. 2. Forced to have an end date, no ability to have an unending contract 3. Time&Material Lacks the same Billing cycle options as retainer contracts 4. No Bi-Weekly billing cycle option Here is my use case.     How can I renew an expired contract? Do I just need to clone it and change the dates? Can I then hide the deactivated contract? It would be really nice if this were automated - something like a "rolling contract" type that renews automatically

    We use the Policies and Profiles for Device and Monitoring per customer. That means that every customer has his own policy and profiles. If we need to make an change on this level it will count only for the specific customer. Now with the system i need to clone every policy and profile and attach them to to specific customer. Is there an easy way to do this instead of copy all apart from eachtother? What we expect is that if we copy an policy and change the name to the new customer name, that alle the profiles als been copied and change by name. So we have an policy including profiles copied for this customer only.

    Hello, I was wondering if it's possible to create new managers in PSA -> HR -> Departments. When we add a department we can select only two managers (myself and my colleague, both Pulseway administrators). We would like to add managers to departments, such as a HR Manager etc. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.

  24. Presently every account we add to CRM, is also creating this account in RMM. So, vendors, distri's, partners we do not want in RMM, wil be created in RMM. One can en-or disable this global, but that is also not wanted as some accounts we do want them in RMM: our customers It would be perfect to have an option in accounts to select on a per-account base to have it created in RMM yes or no

  25. We're looking to leverage the custom fields to add links for external documentation specific to the account or project to records in Pulseway PSA. The only data type that seem suited is "Free text" but then you need to copy paste the link to view it. Can we get an option for URL that creates a hyperlink or button?
