There seems to be a delay in the Web-App AntiVirus section (Kaspersky Lab agent integration). Yesterday I received a notification that multiple threats had been detected on a client machine. Today, these threats do not appear in the "Events" tab or the "History" tab. My understanding is that "Events" are threats that have not been dealt with yet, whereas "History" is threats that have either been quarantined or deleted... Therefore, based on the applied Group Policy, these threats should be quarantined and should appear in the "History" tab...? This is not the first time I've noticed this delay. What am I missing?

What does this do please? Does it allow me to have my web app act as an Authorized device in some way (which would be great) At the moment we have only Authorized devices allowed to access the system - but this prevents anyone from using a web app to run anything (which on occasion would be useful) Thanks

We are currently working hard to make the client portal useful or our customers, however what if Pulseway experiences outage or loss of data. Will this portal together with the made troubleshooters be backed up? We are putting a lot of time and effort in this portal and we would not want this to go to waste in a worst case scenario

When trying to web application on dedicated server (https://dedicatedserver/web) I get to the login box, enter my login details, and then it pops up the Validating User Account box and that's it. Just shows the login form with the username/password boxes filled in. Nothing happens now until I refresh the browser, at which the cycle starts again.

When I try to log in to the webapp it tells me wrong password however using these same credentials on the app on my phone logs me in just fine. Any idea what the problem is?

hello there i'm quite new to pc monitor and i'm testing it for implementation in our company. now what i just can't seem to find out, is, if it's possible to change the colors of the devices in the web inteface. i want my servers to appear red when offline, like i'm able to set in the dashboard. is this possible? thanks a lot for your help cheers from switzerland yves

We are working on Client portal and its troubleshooters, however we find the built in steps to be limiting for our needs. My questions is if there is a possibility to make custom steps in the troubleshooter so we can customize the troubleshooter with input for scripts etc.

We are currently working on refining and setting up the Client portal and email notifications. However majority of our customers is Dutch. So the troubleshooters and mail notifications are a mix of our Dutch input and English template from Pulseway. We have a troubleshooter where the loading screen and such are English but our text is Dutch. Are there multiple languages available other than English and German?

We would like to increase the time a loggedin session is active in the web application. Currently, you get logged out after +- 30 minutes of inactivity. As far as I know there is no config available that can be modified in the webapp itself (we currently have a team account). I tried to fix it using a browser addon/extension ("Staying alive" for Chrome or "Session alive" for Firefox) but I didn't succeed in configuring it correctly to make it work. A background request on the main url (eg. ...pulseway.com/app/main/systems) did not refresh the session. If anyone has some pointers how I should configure the stay alive extensions it would be appreciated.

Hi guys, I just noticed that the version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security deployed by Pulseway contains a license that covers additional components, i.e. Firewall, Vulnerability Monitor, BadUSB Attack Prevention, Web Control, Device Control, Application Startup Control and Application Privilege Control. Upon attempting to enable these components, the installer asks for Kaspersky account details, which I assume are handled automatically by Pulseway? Are these features actually available under the Pulseway license? Thanks,

I try to deselect a registered computer, but each time I remove it, it will return. I tried to deselect it in every possible way, the computer from the iphone from the web. but it comes back after a while in units. I do not have access to the computer which is installed on.

The recent update to the web portal that stripped away all the colors and icons and left blue or grey outlines on a blue and grey/white backdrop is horrid. Using the web portal is now much less intuitive and not as easy to navigate at a glance by far. Is there any way to go back to the previous interface that had colors? I mean, if you're not going to give us the choice on using such a minimalist interface, at least give us a dark mode...

Hello, I tried to log in to https://my.pulseway.com to update a computer, but I've encountered a problem in that whenever I log in successfully using my username, password, and TOTP code, the webapp interface begins to load, but then returns me to the login screen without any error messages or any indication of what failure has occurred. This is concerning because if there's a problem with something like 2FA, it appears that the web app is the ONLY way to update it, and if login to the web app isn't possible, that causes problems. I have encountered the same behavior on Chrome, Opera, and Firefox, all latest versions as of 17 April 2022. I've tried clearing…
