I am testing pulse-way anti virus and I am wanting to trigger it by blacklisting a word file for example and see how it reacts when it finds one

Hey all. I've enabled 2FA on my Pulseway account but I'm having an issue with it constantly prompting for 2FA every time I try to use Remote Control on a system I manage from the Pulseway Dashboard application. I have the setting enabled in the WebApp to refuce the frequency of the prompts but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference. I seem to be getting prompted every time. I'd honestly rather get prompted once when I launch the Dashboard application then every single time I want to remote to a system. Is there a way to stop these constant 2FA prompts without disabling it entirely? Thanks!

Snapshots display as a gray field, no image. Host is Dell PC with Win8 and Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 with appropriate driver and application (working correctly). Handheld is iPhone 4s with IOS6. Wont display on webpage or Metro App either. Both Screen and WebCam options are set on the Host. Need help to resolve.

Hi, Is anyone using pcmonitor for checking if webservers are alive, something like open this url and expect this string returned? I'd also like to know if anyone has a way of checking if an IP is blacklisted? Perhaps this should be sent to feature request, but I though that I'd start here and find out if it already is supported and I just had missed the features.

One of the systems I monitor is a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, which has both a forward- and a rear-facing webcam. When I use the Webcam function in Pulseway, it accesses the rear camera only. Is it possible to switch it to the front camera?

Ever since the IPhone update I haven't been able to look at screenshots of my computer. I am also unable to use the webcam function because niether of them show up on my phone menu. But on my laptop it says both are checked off. Am I doing something wrong?

We have Webroot added to Pulseway One of the systems we added is now obsolete and we would like to remove Webroot from the system If I try to remove it from the Webroot section in Pulseway, it won't allow it, as the system is offline If I remove the system from Pulseway altogether will the Webroot association be removed automatically too? I have Webroot on most of my servers and workstations. Recently I have noticed a discrepancy in the WRSA process usage. If I look at the process in Pulseway, it will show the usage to be a lot higher than the process view on the device. Example: Pulseway will show webroot is using 1140 mb and on the device it shows 36 mb. I can kill the process in Pulseway and it then will mirror the device fora short time before it returns to the discrepancy. Has anyone noticed this?

HI In the AntiVirus Agent Status section (Webroot), one of our systems is showing as installed but it also states "License expired" next to it The status of the system is showing on the Webroot Console as "Protected" and I can see that scans have been completed on the system recently We have a current license and have not exceeded our maximum number of Webroot systems. Can I ask why this status message is appearing and what can I do to correct it?

Hi Guys, Apologies in advance for the long post. I've been playing around with Automation Tasks and wanted to know what will cause the task to be flagged as failed or successful. Basically I created a test task with a test machine in a test scope, added a bunch of random scripts to the task and ran it. All looked good and comes back as executed successfully. It wasn't until I actually go into the Execution History and look at the output that I find that some haven't actually completed successfully at all. One example is the Clean Temporary Files powershell script in which it receives an "Access Denied" message but continues on, I'm guessing due to the "…

a simple question. to manage our systems we use group policies for notifying us about general things (high cpu, windows update etc etc.) Does Pulseway prioritize the agent group policy or the settings made on the local agent of the system? for example: we have a customer with a couple systems with high CPU usage, we dont want to receive an notification for this, so i disabled it in the group policy but i still get a warning that computer X uses more then an X amount of cpu for a certain duration, i checked the agent settings localy and i see that it was still checked there that when the system has high cpu usage to send us a notification.

When I look at the Systems, on my mobile app or via the web interface, you get something like this, if the machine is online: Craig - HP Windows 10 Pro(21H2) 5 days, 0 hours, 44 minutes I am interpreting this to mean the length of the time the system has been turned on. I had users who has 30-60-100 as their days number. I sent an email to all users, please reboot your computer every day or two, this will make sure the software updates are done in a timely manner. We used to be able to see how long a system has been offline, what version of Pulseway was installed, etc. Those are gone now...Is this permanent?

Hi guys, so, i've installed PCM on my Ubuntu Server (10.10) along with a peerguardian-type software called MoBlock http://moblock-deb.sourceforge.net/. So, after i start MoBlock, i get the notification on my phone saying the server is now offline. I can still see my CPU usage and Memory Usage via my Android phone, but it insists that the server is offline. I'm just wondering what do i need to tell MoBlock to allow PC Monitor's notifications to talk between my devices? Please advise. Thank you.

I have a batch script I run from the command line on my machine that does some dsquery & dsmod statements. When logged in as myself, it runs fine. When executed remotely from Terminal, it says the account does not have permission to execute. I know it's possible to do this because my install on my previous machine did it without hesitation. What user account does the software use to execute Terminal commands? Or how can I force the app to use my account?

Have installed PCM on sons machine - fantastic product. However, his internet is time-scheduled, and when it turns off, PCM stops working. What website(s) do I need to allow his machine to communicate with, to keep PCM working. My router can allow exceptions ...
