Trying to install Pulseway on my Windows laptop, gets an error saying the MSI is not found? I have downloaded the MSI file several times to my downloads area, and run it from there. I get the following error.

Hi, I can't log into my account via the website or PC agent as the emails containing my two-factor authentication codes are taking several hours to arrive, meaning that the codes are no longer valid when they do. Looking at the email headers, they seem to be being delayed before they get to my email provider (Gmail). Is there any way that you could disable two factor authentication on my account so that I can log in? Thanks, Andrew

I'm a user of PC Monitor and I had two accounts that were able to login the software. But I didn't used the software for a while. Today I tried to setup my new computer and it said Invaild user name and/or email address. The two username combinations are easy113/easy113@gmail.com and easy1013/easy113@me.com . Hello, I'm not sure if this is in the right section of the forums but I'll throw it here. I'm unable to register on the website and sometimes I'm not even able to view it, it throws me a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" even when I'm trying to access the homepage, which I'm not sure is a problem on my side or Pulseway's. I was looking to get a Free account to look after 2 servers that I have running, but I am unable to register or really do anything because of the Access is denied error, is there any resolution on this? Thank you.

Hi, apologies if this has already been asked but I couldn't find a direct answer/fix for this myself. Essentially, I have reinstalled Windows on one of my machines and rebuilt the machine itself (hardware wise). When I download the manager onto it, I go to register the system and it accepts my username and password but tells me that there are no "agent Groups" available and so prevents me from registering it. I didn't have this issue when I installed pulseway the first time around on this device (before I had to totally reinstall win 11 to fix a weird bug that had crept in) I am using a free account and so have removed the previous iterations of pulseway for this mac…

Hi Having a bit of an issue starting the service This had been installed and working correctly but I think some windows updates were run on the server and I am unable to start the service now Keep getting the error "Unable to start service" when I open the PC monitor manager and try to start the service. Hello, I figured I would re-post this issue we have been having. Only to solve one issue this time. I have successfully uninstalled the pulseway application from a user's computer that was having major issues. (Deleted all pulseway services, related folders, and registry entries). However we are unable to install the program again. The user is using Windows 7 64 bit. Please assist, as I don't want the users PC to be not monitored.

I use Bitdefender through Pulseway. To properly remove Bitdefender from a device, you have to change the device's policy and remove the AV agent, and free up a Bitdfender license. What would you do if the device is broken and can't turn on anymore to get the license back?

Its not very well documented but the following will work for removing Pulseway via the terminal tool in the Webapp. (note this is actually several commands strung together in one line) sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper.plist && launchctl unload /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper && launchctl unload /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.PulsewayCommandHelper && rm -v /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.Pulseway*

I just installed PC Monitor on a Windows XP SP3 PC (nothing special about it - fully up to date). All I get is "unknown connection error" when trying to access it using iPhone 3Gs. Is there some Port Forwarding I should be doing? There is no Firewall blocking, or AV software. Thanks for any/all help.

Hi. By default, when adding Pulseway agent to a machine, and monitoring services, it monitor all Automatic services. Thats fine. Some services are Automatic, but not started, as they get started as an when needed. Then I have a manual task of unselecting the services that are on Auto, but not started on all machines, so that the Pulseway agent does not trigger an alert, for example, "Software Protection" Then a couple days later, I get an alert stating the service I asked PW kindly to stop monitoring, is now being monitored, and has stopped!! Grrr.

Say i have made a group with computers i would like total survaillance on, ie a computer that is not function properly. when i am done using this this computer, i move this computer out of the group making the group empty. then i would like to move a new computer to this group, will this group remember its settings? that ive setup last time a computer have been in the group. Hello Everyone, We had a downtime yesterday, here is what happened, and how we are trying to avoid it moving forward. On November 2nd, we've received notifications that the database cluster has crashed and upon further investigation we've determined that the iSCSI storage was unresponsive. After reaching out to the hosting provider we've found out that they have experienced multiple drive failures on the SAN and that the disk got locked during the array rebuild process. They managed to get it unlocked but because the array was still rebuilding and operating at a lower I/O capacity, turning on the database cluster resulted in the disk locking again resulting…

We run a series of game servers and pc monitor is great to notify when an application crashes. However when it crashes users are disconnected and are unable to reconnect. Typically I'll update the twitter account to let them know of the status, but it would be great to have the system do it automatically. Possibly with a time stamp? If anyone knows of a way to do it, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I removed managed updates from a client who is attempting to upgrade to Windows 11. It's been about 20 minutes, I've restarted the Pulseway service, but I still get an error saying that "Your organization manages updates on this PC". How long is it supposed to take before the policy updates on the computer so I can upgrade it to Windows 11? Or is there a way to force a policy update from the computer?

Hello all, I am trying to upgrade my Pulseway Free account to a paid Pro account, but I have ran into two issues: -First, I made the mistake of making a Team account thinking I was upgrading to the Pro account. I only noticed my mistake after seeing the 10 license minimum requirement. I do not have the option of deleting/closing the account. What would be the best way of doing that? -Second, when trying to use the link my.pulseway.com/main/subscription/manage I am receiving the error "Payments system is not available. (106)" Not seeing any other way to upgrade. Any thoughts or am I going about that the wrong way? Thanks all!

Hi We're looking for a way to monitor our client UPS' using the PulseWay Monitor. They are all connected to customer's servers using either USB or network. Is there a way to use PulseWay to monitor these, and to then alert us if there's an issue / event? The UPS' are all APC based. I believe we can use the SNMP module to do this, but my testing so far has been unsuccessful. Thanks Matt
