Hi, I have turned off 3 Client Servers and I want to remove them from my Billing. The Billing screen shows that I have 3 Server licenses and that I am using 0, when I try to reduce the number, I get a popup that says: You are currently using 3 licenses, you need to remove a server before you can decrease the order quantity. I have no problem adding licenses but removal is a problem. I've sent a two emails in the last two months to my Account Manager with no response. Anybody know how to remove the Servers? I have an issue logged with Pulseway support and we worked on it for about an hour or so with no resolve. Basically you run the Policy and Patch folder is not created... nor do any applications install or update, as well as Windows Updates. Anyone else having this issue? As a work around to re-install a corrupt application or new, I used the mobile app, %computername%, patch management and then click Install Applications. Not the best of solutions but for now a work around if you are having issues also.

Hi all, I'm enabling offline files just for the desktop for our laptop users and would like a way to be alerted if there is an error in the sync on the machine however i would like it to only alert me if there is an issue with the sync process itself and not everytime it has tried to sync but failed due to it not being connected to the corporate network (if that makes sense) Anyone done anything similar or how do you monitor this to make sure offline files ARE syncing ? Hi people: Recently the business laptop (core i7 8th gen, 16 GB RAM, 512 SSD (CT1000P5SSD8)) got pulseway installed. But the laptop began to get lagged and the fans working more and noisily. So my question is: is this behavior normal? or is a bug? In case of bug; have plans to iron it?

I need to pull a report for all assets that include system name and activity. Is this at all possible?

I'm coming from Kaseya - used to be able to just export everything you had in the system or even just run a simple report. Why is this so hard in Pulseway? All i want is an export of my desktops + all of their info in a spreadsheet. If that's impossible - Computer Name + CPU + RAM Installed. Please help.

I can add endpoints, but if I try to reduce the number I get an error: You are currently using x endpoints, you need to remove an endpoint before you can decrease the order quantity I am over licenced by 2 endpoints, so would like this changed to reduce my bill. I emailed my rep as I wanted to do this last month but did not hear back.

Hello everyone i have little problem when i want to use patch management. I have my app msi file, but when it install on device files goes to ( to be honest idk why. Probably pulseway services runs under system so it tries to install itself ) C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Programs\MyTestApp I want to change the installation directory or try hacky way to install my msi under Program files. Any suggestion? I'm new at pulseway i would like to hear best way to install msi. Also idk how install arguments works. How should I leave the arguments? .

Hi I have updated my computer and are having problem that is strange to me. I can shut down my computer, i can send message. But i can't start it. Why is that? I've noticed that my computer has gotten a new internal address, the last number was 2 before and now it's 3. Can that couse any problems? I've gone through the BIOS to wake on lan and every settings that can be important here but still no go. PLEASE help me.

People are looking for support, I tell them to turn on their computer and they are already on. - I tried to install Bitdefender, the options are: - Don't have the plus sign to add anything - Only option is Webroot - I select Bitdefender, make my selects and when I click Install, screen flicks and I'm back to the Web login page. Our systems in Devices -> Device Management are showing the uptime e.g. "Online for 13 days, 17 hours, 23 minutes" while this is not true (device recently powered off/powered on). This causes quite a bit of frustration for the end users, as we have enabled a policy that indicates that a laptop should be restarted if it has not been restarted for more than 10 days (one of your standard workflows). I just wanted to say thank you for a great product. We use Kaseya where I work and I can use that on my home machines if I want but right now I am using PC Monitor because it is just so easy and the mobile notifications, as opposed to emails, is more immediate and noticeable. I recommend PC Monitor to friends where Kaseya is either too expensive or just too complex. If I could make one suggestion .... please add some form of remote control other than RDP. At the moment I am using Teamviewer as well as PC Monitor but it would be great to have it all in the one package. Keep up the good work! David.

Hi, I've noticed that you have to be logged in inorder for the computer to be listed as online on the mobile app. I assumed that if the service is running you shouldn't have to be logged in. But if I log out and check the app, it says the computer is offline.

I have 2 machines that failed due to hardware issues and are no longer in use. I have no access to the previous OS so I'm unable to remove the service. How can I remove these 2 machines from the account?

Is the "Enterprise Server SB Edition" only for the Microsoft Small Business Server edition or is it just how you named the package? meaning you can use it as long as you stay within the 50 servers?

Hi, Love the app! But I don't get any hardware details. In the Open Hardware Monitor util, which I see you are using libraries from, all temp and fan speeds show up, but not in PCM. Could this be down to a system setting on my part, or are you not using the libraries to get to hardware details?

Last night i setup my pc and my pc monitor android app to work over the internet and 3g. Last nite it worked flawlessly but this morning it would not wake up my home pc. I kept getting network offline error. I came home from work, booted up my pc and boom! it worked. Why is it inconsistent? I have port 9 udp forwared an im running windowd 7 ultimate with a netopia 3347-02 router/modem with att dsl. I am also using a dyndns static ip updater as well. Thanks for any help

Hi, Is it possible to execute / run .msi files via the web or iphone app? I have a new machine with PC Monitor installed and now I need remote access to the machine. We use ScreenConnect and I have the .msi installer file on the remote PC but now need it to run to install it. This is a remote PC with no one at the site to run the installer fo rme.
