In the Pulseway Dashboard (V 5.4.1) we are noticing servers showing as Offline and then they go back online in 1 or 2 min. The issue is, the server is not offline. First, we setup Pulseway to show servers RED when they go offline, and more important, I'm connected to the server working on it. Then a few other servers show offline, and then go back online in 1 or 2 min. and this keeps cycling through our screen saying servers are offline at random. Anyone else seeing this.....Very weird.

Since 24th Jan, when I delete a notification via Pulseway dashboard it come back with same timestamp within in few seconds. However, I am able to delete notifications permanently via the mobile app. Anyone else having the same issue ? Also, for past 2 weeks pulseway ticketing is very slow, when you try to create a new ticket or add notes etc.. the load time is very high.

in the dashboard if i refine the scope it doesn't for example refine by MacOS and its still showing windows PCs also if i set group filtering it wont work, it just makes no devices visible (Group name and Case are correct)

I am running PulseWay on my Mac laptop, running 10.10. Agent version 4.7.6. This doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it won't stop until I reboot the machine. About once a week, and I haven't figured out why yet, PulseWay's Helper crashes. When it does, launchd attempts to restart it. I then crashes less than a second later, and this goes on forever until I reboot. I've tried using launchctl to unload then reload the Daemon, but that is ineffective. The only thing that returns the system to normal is a full reboot. Hello community, I’m trying to configure the Pulseway Manager on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition. The Problem is that upon configuring the processes, that I’d like to add on the notifications-system, they are not being correctly displayed, meaning I am getting 3 processes displayed and they are not the ones, I want. Hello all, We are having an issue when we add new systems to Pulseway using the custom iso installer in that it doesn't seem to acknowledge that the system is newly added. Because of this PW doesn't run the workflow designed to run at install and it's creating quite a hassle for us seeing as we set up about 100 computers a year. It worked without any issues up until recently. We'd run the iso, PW would see the newly added system, and the workflow would be triggered. Now, we run the iso, the system is still added to PW, but nothing happens. There is no notification that the system has been added nor is the workflow triggered. If I then manually run the same ins…

Our team has been experiencing issues recently as to where the Pulseway remote control sessions are disconnecting every few minutes and we have to reconnect the session. There is no drop in the internet connections at either locations.

This was promised to be fixed long time ago and is still isn't. Every time I switch users on Windows 10, I get the reconnecting screen and never reconnect back, I have to close the Remote Session and Reconnect again. If I log out the user, I get the Reconnecting screen and never reconnects back, I have to close the remote session and reconnect again. If I restart the computer it doesn't reconnect back either. When will this be fixed for good?

Goodday, When installing the windows desktop app for remote control it does detect that my application data is on an network. But it fails to resolve the folder path correctly. after "Applicaiton Data" there is a double "\" resulting in an error that the folder can't be accessed. I can't specify the folder myself so the installation fails.

Hi, I noticed Pulseway is interfering with the network tab in Windows task manager (Windows 10) when Pulseway service is active, the task manager doesn't show network usage for any application Disabling the service from Windows restores the functionality immediately. I tried disabling the network feature from the "Available Features" tab in Pulseway, but that doesn't help as long as the service is running Is there a way to fix this? at least disable the network monitor component of Pusleway?

Since my client agent version update to 4.8.4 I have not been able to view Windows Updates in different apps. I have Android and Windows for the monitoring and I've even tried the web application. I have mixed environments with Windows 7, 8 and 10 and the issue exists for them all. It may not be version 4.8.4 that is the issue. Could be a Windows Update that caused the issue. I keep most of my systems completely up to date including all optional updates. Any help will be appreciated.

I have setup a Workflow for window services that have been stopped, to send pulseway notifications, email and to start the necessary service's again however I only receive a pulseway notification which states the service's that are stopped and the following statement of : The automation workflow could not be executed for this system as it's not up to date or it's not supported. (Please note all of the servers are currently up to date and patched) Servers : 2012 R2 , 2016(SQL Server)

I am having issues with pulsewaycredentialprovider.dll stopping the Windows login screen from loading on Windows 10 1809. I have submitted a ticket to support at support@pulseway.com as well. The issue is that with Pulseway software installed and the credential provider loading the system boots to the displayed screen but will go no further. I am able to run terminal and PowerShell commands from the web interface (prior to software uninstall) but can never log in. Pulseway remote does not work either. This is happening on two Windows 10 1809 DELL Optiplex computers with fresh Windows 10 PRO installations. RIght now our only solution is to leave Pulse…

I have pulseway 9.9 running on 100+ solar-powered Raspberry Pi B+ (Raspbian Buster). They have been running smoothly for over a year, however within the last month on approx. 30 of them, CPU utilisation has increased from 5%-10% to 95%-100%. Stopping pulseway stops the issue and starting again resumes it. How to go about diagnosing problem?

Hi Guys, On my dashboard and iphone app, randomly, servers are popping on & off "the grid". On the dashboard, sometimes i get the big red error running across the bottom of the screen saying something like "The connection to the servers has been lost..."... I can get you the exact wording in a few mins (when it comes back up). But ever since my dashboard upgrading to version 2.8.1, it's been acting strange with this problem. any ideas?? thanks.

This is more annoying than anything. I've been using PC Monitor for a few weeks now and have been pretty impressed with it's usefulness so far. One thing that is nagging me is that randomly throughout the day any of my currently 24 monitored servers may show that it is offline. Obviously I wouldn't be writing if this were the case. Actually as I was typing this they all disappeared from my PCM Dashboard and then just showed back up a few seconds later. I am the Infrastructure Manager here so I would know if we were having any network connectivity problems and certainly if a server were actually offline. hi Guys, I'm loving this software! But i have a few minor issues... Last night I enabled Notification of Logon and Logoffs... After a few Windows RDP sessions to the computers and "X'ing" out of the rdp session (I need them to stay logged in)..I am now receiving random notifications of that "The administrator" logged in... and the administrator logged off... These notification are very random... So now I have to just leave that notification off for now. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? Am I doing something wrong? Please advise. Thank you!

Hi. Not sure is it reported, but service takes all free memory and in the end dies. Sometimes there are few KB left and I can log in and stop/start service. Happens every two weeks approximately. BR, Eph

In this system, (all Win 6.1) we redirect ALL possible folders, including Start Menu. It appears that the PC Monitor Start Menu shortcut is machine specific. When I launch PC Monitor from the shortcut on any machine other than the one on which the shortcut was originally installed, I get this error: [Window Title] Problem with Shortcut [Content] The parameter is incorrect. [OK] I suspect the same problem will occur if you DON'T redirect folders but DO use roaming profiles...but I haven't tested that. Probably the best and easiest fix: Install the shortcut to the All Users Start Menu.

Quite recently I had to reinstall the operating system (windows 10), since then I tried to install the soft to the same pc back, but there appear to be problems with the host once I try to register it. I know that the free account allows me to monitor only 2 PCs, and after I deleted it, something doesn't allow me to insert it back, possibly too many requests to the server. The only change to the PC is the processor change. ( Ryzen 5 2400g -> Ryzen 5 3600 ) Also i like to mention the widget are broken too. Any suggestion is welcome, thanks.
