    Hi, excellent application, must say and we'll purchase it definitelly! One of the bugs I noticed is that PING sensor within application on Ubuntu 10.04 linux is much different from ping, issued via console. For example, PCmonitor reports ping alarm, because it it over 24 ms... ....but at the same time I was pinging the same target via console, getting latency times from 0,8 to 1,2 ms, not more. I assume PCmonitor ping uses some internal mechanism to ping, but it probably does some job at the same time, so it skips some replies. Or not. But the fact is, that (at least on Linux, tested on 2 different linux boxes) reported pings are not real.

  2. I have created a group Policy in pulseway under all my groups. I created a Event log notification that monitors the system log for 1001 and 41 but it doesn't push out to any of the machines. It has however successfully pushed out the screens view and remote desktop setting though. When looking at the servers there is just nothing under the notifications under event log, that's what i mean by its not pushing out correctly.

Hi, Raspberry PI has been on for 13 hours with no problem, this morning I received an alert to say its offline from PC monitor, but the PI is still FTP'ing data to a website so is clearly working, can't seem to wake up the PC Monitor agent on the PI, does it have any other self checking ability. Kind regards, Peter.

  5. Can someone tell me why this script works locally from the server but not from Pulseway. I've tested running the script both with impersonation enabled and disabled. Both tests were done on server 2012 R2. One with default Powershell version and one with 5.1. This script runs perfectly fine from the server itself just not through pulseway. I have several scripts that give the same type of error. I'd appreciate any help so I can figure this out. It seems like Pulseway doesn't like certain characters?     Hi guys, I'm getting a "User impersonation returned error 1326" whilst attempting to run PowerShell commands on a several Win10 machines. Now, I know I've tested the PowerShell impersonation on these machines when they were deployed, so it's not a credentials problem. Have searched the forums but can't see a solution. Thanks,

    Hi, I think this is since the last update. When the RMM starts a ticket for a client, it does not include the Default Contract when starting the ticket. If I start a ticket manually for a client, it does pick the default contract. This is a large issue as I am having to go back the full month, find any ticket created by the RMM and edit the tickets to add the contract rate. Gary

    When creating a time entry on a ticket using the RMM, the reports in the PSA do not reflect the start time correctly. In fact, they report a date, which is clearly incorrect given that the column is supposed to show a time. We have found a workaround, which is to open the ticket in the PSA, open the time entry, and then click save without changing anything. Once this is done, the ticket shows up correctly in the PSA report.

    I imported all of our hardware assets, computers and other devices into PSA. I set the 'Name' field for computers to match the name in RMM. When a ticket is created from a machine via RMM, a duplicate hardware asset is created with the same name. In the attached you can see an example of this. The first item was created recently, automatically. The second item was created initially when I imported all assets.

  12. If you create a new ticket (post date of service), you can add a travel expense for a date before ticket creation. You can also change the expense date successfully if done from the expense entry inside the ticket. However, if you go to "My Expense Reports" and open the expense and try to change the date to before ticket creation, there is an error "cannot create expense before ticket creation date". Its easier to do this from My Expense Report and you should never be prevented from adding an expense dated before ticket creation. Thanks

    I have just noticed that PSA tickets are not automatically created for certain notifications from Pulseway. After a brief examination, it appears it may have to do with the length of the notification. For example, I never receive "free memory" or "CPU usage" notifications, which are quite long. I also do not receive "new application" notifications if a large number of applications have been installed or uninstalled. Fortunately, these tickets are somewhat infrequent, so manually checking and clearing these notifications in Pulseway is possible, but I thought you guys would want to know.   14. Bug with Time Approval message in PSA App. We have setup a notice to let me know when time needs to be approved in the PSA. The email I get in my Outlook in box, has a link that shows "Click Here" that brings me to the timesheet to be approved. There is also a message in my Messages - Inbox in the PSA. This message in the PSA has a broken link for the "Click Here". The URL reads.... "https://psa.pulseway.com/Dashboard/psa.pulseway.com//Dashboard/TimesheetEdit.aspx?.............................."     The PSA ship date (CRM ... Sales Order) has 8 days per week in the calendar. Never mind....Thats the weeks in the year. OOPS Gary

  17. When adding a new contract, it always gets created with the auto generated contract #, ignoring anything you've placed in the contract # field yourself. You have to edit the contract again to correct it.

  18. Hi, We've noticed that being able to add a screenshot to a ticket note via the "Paste as HTML" option is really hit and miss (more miss!). Their doesn't appear to be any rhyme nor reason to when it will work and when it won't. We're running PSA in Chrome mostly, but have observed the same problem in Mozilla. Is anyone else seeing similar problems?

  20. When a new ticket is opened via email, the sender receives two confirmation emails. They are duplicates.

    Hi Guys, I've had a couple of instances where I've replied to a ticket using a template response and the end user has recieved an update to say that a note has been added but the note doesn't show. This appears to only happen when we use any templated responses. Cheers, Martin

    Hi, A couple of minor, but annoying bugs within the ticket editor that we'd like to bring to your attention: When you hit Enter for a new line, it seems to insert two lines. Hitting backspace to correct this removes a line, but also indents the cursor one character to the right. Also, hitting Enter for a newline seems to occasionally change the formatting so that the text gets a light gray background.

  23. Hi there, I wanted to change the agent on a machine so it did push alerts only and no emails. When I went into "account details" I unchecked the "email" checkbox and tried to hit "save" but it said my email address is invalid....this is because the TLD for my email address is .CONSULTING ....I am assuming that the agent validates the email address based on the TLD, and .CONSULTING isn't on the list. Can someone look at this please? Thanks in advance!

  24. Hello all, We have agents running over multiple rds environments. Pulseway has patched Net.Framework After this patch Pulseway dashboard is showing those systems as offline but they are up. What ive tried: Executing the PCMonitor.exe is not showing or doing anything Reboot rds servers Restarting service PCMonitorsrv.exe in services, is giving me this error: 'Windows could not start the Pulseway service on Local Computer / Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.     I have a huge issue currently. I have uninstalled Webroot on a few machines (moving to BD GZ), and it shows in the Pulseway app as being uninstalled. Yet on the computers, Webroot is still installed, though nt visible in the control panel under uninstall a program. Webroot IS still active and in both the Program Files (x86) and Program Files folders. Using CMD in admin mode for "C:\Program Files (x86)\Webroot\WRSA.exe" –uninstall pops up a box that it is controlled by a managed source.
