I have noticed a difference in the time stamps from my event log. On my computer the event have a time stamp at 7:00 and on PC Monitor the same event is at 2:00. Is there a configuration for the time zone? (I work with the newest version). kind regards Torsten

I just started installing Pulseway on a handful of servers on Friday and when my backup solution (Altaro HyperV) ran I received an identical error from all the servers that had Pulseway installed. All other servers backed up normally. A second attempt at a backup on one of these servers resulted in the same error. I'm trying to help a user who reported some issues, and I need to see the system logs. Every time I click, after about 15 seconds, I see the error: Data not available. At the same time, I'm able to see the Application log, however, Security log also returns this error. To my knowledge it only happens on one PC, I can access logs on all other PCs I checked. Let me know if I need to provide any additional info.

Hi Guys, We noticed something strange when het Print Spooler Service hangs on a windows server the PC Monitor agent blings offline in the Dashboard even if it's not. When we log in into that specific server and go to the Print Spooler Service it's state is "Running" but when we restart the service it takes quite a while an than it crashes and the agent turns out to be online again. If we start the Spooler service again than there is no problem anymore. It looks like the Print Spooler Service blocks a port or something that PC Monitor uses. Are there any ways to avoid this form happening? Thanks!

Hi. Not sure is it reported, but service takes all free memory and in the end dies. Sometimes there are few KB left and I can log in and stop/start service. Happens every two weeks approximately. BR, Eph

On one of my Windows XP (32-bit) computers, the current version of PC Monitor was installed, It had stopped functioning properly. and I found that many files in the PC Monitor folder had been lost. In addition, the PC Monitor entry in the Add/Remove programs list under the Control Panel was not present. As a result, I cannot run the program, I cannot uninstall the program and I cannot re-install or repair the software because I get error messages stating that "the software already exists", "the service cannot be started on this computer". I do not know the correct procedure to unregister the many dll files if there is one. I simply do not know what to do. Please help…

I get wrong tempurature reading on intel DX58SO2 motherboard. If i install intel own temp. reader program i shows the right temp. Is there somthing i could do or is it in the program Pc Monitor. Window 7 64 bit install Martin

Hello, Windows Phone application no longer displays the notifications and the same for the tile. I have uninstalled the application, extinguished the Windows Phone, reinstalled PC monitor 3.1, it works more. If I open the notification application is in the list and when I spanked tile displays the notification.

When I install and launch Pulseway on my iMac (mid 2011, 27 inch, CPU i7, Mavericks 10.9.4) in Console is generated periodical error - SMC::smcReadKeyAction ERROR TB0T kSMCBadArgumentError(0x89) fKeyHashTable=0x0xffffff804814a000. Frequency of error is around 3-6 per second. I tried reinstall Pulsewayq but noting has changed. I have two other iMacs (late 2012), but with them everything is ok. Can you help me?

We use Pulseway to automatically patch our servers and since last weekend the history shows the above error for each system - the weekend before everything was fine - and they have pending updates ("2023-07 CU for .NET 3.5, 4.7.2 and 4.8" mostly). A manually triggered installation via App and Webapp worked fine - updates were installed successfully on a system that showed the message in the topics title when executed through the schedule. Hi Guys, I am having an issue with the Dashboard notifications at the moment. I have not checked the mobile app. It is appearing that notifications are being deleted automatically sometime during the night. When I arrive at work in the morning I normally go through and confirm that all my backups have completed however the last 2 days I have not received any backup notifications when I investigate I find that there do not appear to be any notifications older that 2 AM. I also have about 4 or 5 servers that are set-up to send me half-hourly notifications so when I get to work in the morning I can have anywhere up to 210 non-critical notifications. I have also c…

Is there a way to "remove" and "re-build" the asset information on an agent? I have an agent that's been live for months and I only realised now that the Asset Info reported by the Agent (while on Agent version 6 and 7) were only showing the Operating System Name, Product Key and Logged in User. Nothing else. Even with the computer being online I could not get this information I had to get the serial number of the computer for a warranty check and only realised this now. Luckily the computer was not stolen and I could still get the serial manually. This is quite a serious problem (for an MSP anyhow). Maybe an alert can be generated for agents with mis…

Hey guys, I use Notes in PSA tickets to communicate with end users thus keeping all communication in PSA and out of email/Outlook. My email templates use the reply separator field. However, when the end user replies, I still get the text header information that Outlook inserts above the reply separator. Other email parsing platforms I've used before don't have this issue. I think its because the parser can understand Outlook's reply separator/original message divider. Can you guys address this? Here is an example of what I see in my replies:

I was attempting to create a task on Pulseway, and got an error after attempting to save / publish the task. I am using the current version of Google Chrome. Something went wrong. The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message: There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter https://webapp.pulseway.com:parameters. Hi, all of my agents on every device have stopped with the following error if i click validate account: "could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority ws1.pulseway.com" Prior to clicking validate account they all were showing offline, so I'm guessing comms has stopped. I have read the forum about a hotfix but that seems to apply to Windows server 2003. I am mostly running 2008r2 or above. anyone help. Of course this problem occurs just as I start my week off :-( Bernie

Not sure if this is already a known issue??? Windows Updates Report doesn't work (IOS, HTML5, Andriod etc.). All agents come back with "Status Unknown". Darryl

Hello, My issue is that when connecting to the server, sending the Ctrl+Alt+Delete command does nothing leading to me being unable to sign in. I've tried this on 2 different servers in 2 different environments with the same result. Is this a known issue? Quite recently I had to reinstall the operating system (windows 10), since then I tried to install the soft to the same pc back, but there appear to be problems with the host once I try to register it. I know that the free account allows me to monitor only 2 PCs, and after I deleted it, something doesn't allow me to insert it back, possibly too many requests to the server. The only change to the PC is the processor change. ( Ryzen 5 2400g -> Ryzen 5 3600 ) Also i like to mention the widget are broken too. Any suggestion is welcome, thanks.

On enterprise server I tried to change any settings of a server and I am asked for password. For my account password. I am let go and I can see settings of server. Problem is the server settings are running on different credentials (setup ones) and if I try to change something (like group name) it doesn't take any effect (I guess because it's different setup account).

The web application has a "Session Timeout" setting. Since a few weeks this setting has no effect anymore. The setting we use is 120 minutes but we are always logged out of the web application after +- 5 15 minutes of inactivity. I'm not 100% sure but it seems this issue popped up since the enhanced 2FA update which was released a few weeks ago.

Hello Forum i might see a resoulution error on one of my 4k screens. see attached picture- the info regarding CPU. MEMORY and USERS are cut in a wrong manner. Thanks //Rasmus
