Some of the Mac computers in my Pulseway WebApp are showing older version then they currently have. For example a computer with the latest version 11.3.1 is showing as 10.16.0 Agent Vers ion is 8.4.1

Hi, We have 3 servers (2 dedicated and 1 VM) that are monitored by PC Monitor. When I click the 'Enter maintenance mode' context menu in the Dashboard the application says 'The command was sent successfuly and will be reflected soon in dashboard' but this never happens. Regards Paul

We have (of course) some monitored Windows services and today we were stumped that the notification of a service that wasn't running didn't show up again after clearing all notifications. The service died Monday night (due to problems with the SQL server hosting the corresponding database of the service) and we missed the alert, since we clear our notifications first thing in the morning to get a clean "what's up" (or down )view. So the alert was there, it just didn't come up again after clearing and we're almost certain that this behaviour was changed in the past, although I couldn't find anything about it in the changelogs. Hey there! When we try and add notifications for certificate expirations on internal certificates the status stays at "checking". Those certificates are from an internal Certificate Authority (Microsoft CA) and the websites in question can be opened correctly in a browser on the machine where we setup the notifications. Do you have any tips where and why this is failing or not completing the checks or where to get verbose/debug logs for this? Similar to the Topic created on March 27, 2014 in Bugs, I have an issue with multiple windows VMs reporting as a single Pulseway device (due to us distributing one Windows VM to multiple machines. I set up a Raspberry Pi with MobilePCMonitor and then imaged my Raspberry Pi filesystem to several other Raspberry Pis. Each Pi is set to generate a different hostname on boot and then start up MobilePCMonitor after changing the hostname. Sometimes when I boot up two Pis that both received the same filesystem image, they refuse to identify themselves independently in the MobilePCMonitor admin area. The machine that’s listed in the admin area alternates between the two hostnames periodically. It’s as if they’re both vying for the same spot. Please help!

I'm running Pulseway User Agent 4.6 on Win8.1 Pro x64. Right now, I have 5 Pulseway tray icons showing. None are "ghost" icons that remain after an application crash; they are all working properly. I recently installed/uninstalled Carbonite backup software a couple times, and I think that is when the extra tray icons were added. The Carbonite installer kills Explorer.exe and restarts it to add/remove its shell integration. I believe that Pulseway detected the Explorer crashes, and automatically added a tray icon afterward, even though the existing icon(s) were still there. So, i downloaded the Pulseway_64 to windows, and installed and runned it, and was all ok. Then i turned of the pc and when i came back some time later, and the agent just vanished, was NOWHERE. Then i tried to reinstall it, but a messsage said "Error 1001. The specified service already exists". Then i tried to clean the pc from any pulseway file and reinstall, but ended in the same place. May someone help me?

Thank you very much for adding network monitoring to the linux agent, I love being able to see status for all my machines regardless of OS! I did see one item that I wanted to report as a potential bug though. When you click on Network (iPhone app) for a Linux machine, the network Receiving and Sending is displayed as Kb/s (kilobits per second) but when you click on the interface, the graph reports (correctly I believe) as KB/s (kilobytes per second). Please see attached screenshots. My OSX and Windows servers report/display the information properly, it is only my Linux machines with the new agent where I am seeing this. Thanks, Brian

Interesting. When I set the Schedule for patch management, it sets the time as though it is UTC 0:00 and adds my timezone to it. i.e. I am in MST (-7) and if I set the schedule for Midnight, the schedule changes to 07:00 AM. Also....Everywhere else in the RMM, if you hover over an option (like a report) the Edit, view, delete menu just shows up., Now in Patch Management, you have a button "Actions" that shows up and you have to click on it before you get the menu. Why change it and have two different ways to get to the menu in the same interface? Gary

Hi, My motherboard has 6 fan headers, bit only 2 are listed in PC Monitor... Fan 1 and Fan 3 respectively. It also has quite a few Temperature sensors but again only showing a few of them. This used to show pretty much everything on previous versions, so not sure what has changed. I have reinstalled Windows 7 64bit Ent, but is still the same. Is there anything I can do to check the sensors are being picked up correctly, registry entries perhaps? Failing this, is it possible to download earlier versions that seeme to be more compatible with my Motherboard? I love this application, it really does help... So thank you! Since a few day, we don't have notification for low storage. It's a exemple : but we don't have any notification.

A few weeks ago, one of my servers ran out of storage and Pulseway never sent me a notification. I found that the low storage notification is no longer working for any of my servers. Below are a few examples, as of today. The top 2 are Windows 2019 Server and the bottom one Windows 2016. In all 3 cases, my iOS app should have a notification for these low storage conditions, but there is nothing. In addition, the notification for when the computer is started is also not working. Once a month, I reboot all servers and Pulseway now only notifies when the computer is shutting down not when it started.

After updating (I think this is what casues it). I get no screens found message when using the screens function.

Howdy folks. I've been successfully monitoring two of my PCs until recently with v2.6 on my iPhone. Lately, though, one of the PCs shows up as online in the iPhone app, but when I select it, no system details are populated. The second PC works fine still. Any ideas? Reinstalling the desktop application seemed to fix it.

We noticed that the website checker does not use a User Agent. This is proposing an issue to us, as our website is configured to not accept connections where no user agent exists. Is there a specific reason that the website checker does not use a User Agent? Is there any possible way to configure to use a user agent? Thanks!

While inputting notes through the webapp I noticed that only 256 characters of notes are saved, allthough the interface itself accepts more input. The GUI should somehow show that there's a character limit. On the other hand, it would be nice if we could save more than 256 characters.

Hello. First i want to say thanks for such a wonderful software. But i have encountered a problem. I get no notifications when hard drives get under 2 % free space like i used to. The hard drives are not shown under hardware any longer. I have tried to restart the service. What to do? See attached file.

hello, I receive all notifications i want to handle except if pc is offline (this option is checked !). I can see on my galaxy note & my iPad when my pc is offline but i can't receive email or notification. I installed the last version on my galaxy note, iPad & my PC ! Any idea ? Hi, I have soothing wrong in my config, but i can't figure it out by my self. User sends e-mail to it@mydomain.com. Ticket is created. I got the notification e-mail. When I solve ticket or respond in ticket by PSA web site, user gets the response email. BUT! I he responds directly to that email, PSA will create new TICKET! Here is one example were one conversation created 4 tickets. How to stop that madness? (BDW, We use Thunderbird as e-mail clinet)

Hey Pulseway, I don't want to be an ass about small things but I noticed that in the Web App => Server Admin => Overview => Notifications History the "7 days ago" marker is off by a day. It shows it 6 days ago. Same story with the 15 day marker, which is at 14 days ago and so on. I thought I'd just let you know, since it caught my attention. - Jaapyse

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I'm unable to scroll on Notifications... so if the notification is an event log alert, and I check it from my phone I only get the first few lines and am unable to move the message up or down to see the rest.. If I view the same message from my tablet, I can see more of the message .. but again .. can't scroll up or down if the message is longer than the resolution of the device. Thoughts?
