    Hello. First i want to say thanks for such a wonderful software. But i have encountered a problem. I get no notifications when hard drives get under 2 % free space like i used to. The hard drives are not shown under hardware any longer. I have tried to restart the service. What to do? See attached file.

  2. Pulseway is not generating alerts on event logs under the Applications and Services Logs folder. I've specifically tried "Microsoft-Windows-Windows Defender/Operational" and "Microsoft-Windows-Windows Firewall With Advanced Security/Firewall" and neither work. Attached here is how I have my alert configured and this exact configuration worked at some point in the past. Other event logs such as Application and System work. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a fix?

    Hi guys, It appears that Bulk operations (even to just a couple of tickets) are taking an inordinate amount of time to complete this morning. [(Job#2344) - Your request Status is: Enqueued] this screen shows indefinitely and doesn't move on from there.     Yeah.. After 2h or something i get a notfication that the computer is offline (its on hibernate) dont know IF that's a bug or IF it should be so.

    Hi, I think this is since the last update. When the RMM starts a ticket for a client, it does not include the Default Contract when starting the ticket. If I start a ticket manually for a client, it does pick the default contract. This is a large issue as I am having to go back the full month, find any ticket created by the RMM and edit the tickets to add the contract rate. Gary

  6. When I register a new computer on my account, I find an additional (duplicate) entry in the list of computers. In this case, I added a 5th computer to my free account, and now I get a notification that I have registered 6 computers.

  7. I am trying to create some scopes for my servers and it keeps coming up with a random error that I've attached a screenshot of to this topic.     Hi, We are experiencing the following bug and would appreciate some help: We have setup vCenter monitoring on our dedicated Pulseway server to a vCenter server, including notification alerts when warnings/errors are triggered. I can see Pulseway logs in to vCenter periodically to presumably do its health checks from the vCenter eventlog, and from the Pulseway app I can browse the vCenter server and see Warning and Error alarms, however when they are triggered there is no notification in the pulseway app at all. All other notifications are working fine. Please assist as this is proving quite frustrating and the usual troubleshooting (restarting/resetting conf…

  9. Hi Pulseway, We have this issue that when we install the agent and link it to the correct account and dedicated server. That the client appears offline. Configuration etc is set correctly because at first everything worked properly. But since a few weeks this problem has been and I can't solve it. We use Pulseway for all our customers for remote control. However, this problem only applies to one customer. Now we cannot use remote control when this customer calls.     Our team has been experiencing issues recently as to where the Pulseway remote control sessions are disconnecting every few minutes and we have to reconnect the session. There is no drop in the internet connections at either locations.

  11. This is more of an oddity than anything else, but it appears the group notification counter on the Windows 8 App doesn't work. One group shows six notifications on the group screen, but counting manually from the computers I only count five. A number of other groups show four, but a manual count only shows two. The overall notification count is correct. I checked Windows Phone and iOS and neither of these seem to have the issue. Just thought I would let you know.

    Hello, With the release of Windows 11 in early October, i need to start testing out if eveything will smooth for eventually a migration towards W11 in the coming months. Currently, when i add a system on W11 with a Kaspersky licence, the device sometimes BSOD, you can't open task manager (explorer.exe reloads), etc, etc. Basically, the system becomes unusable. If i remove Kaspersky, everything is fine. Is there a plan to update to another Kaspersky version before the official W11 launch? (if it even exists)

    I forgot my password and I am trying to reset it but I keep getting the message "invalid password reset code". I'm sure that I'm using the correct code (I get the code via email after clicking "forgot my credentials" and entering my email). Don't know what else to do to recover my account.

    Hi, after de-activating the user account for a temporary contract technician, he was still receiving notifications on his iPhone. It was only after disabling PUSH notifications for his account, that they stopped... I assume all notifications should stop once a user account is de-activated? Regards,

  15. I have not checked every system for this but several at one site have the symptom Agent Security Shows Webroot Secure AnyWhere Disabled Out Of Date and Also Shows Webroot Secure AnyWhere Enabled and Up to date on the same Agent.

  16. When this happens check that the username and password are correct (and if applicable the dedicated server is also correct).

  17. I recently starting using Pulseway to monitor my Ubuntu server and set it up to monitor several processes (SSH, Mosh, Calibre Web Server, Plex, etc.). For some reason, I get multiple messages a day stating that one or more of the monitored processes have stopped. However, I know these messages are false because, often, I will be using the service. For example, I will be currently SSH'ed into the machine (using Mosh) and have the Calibre Web Interface up as well, and will get a message saying either or both of the services have stopped. Has anyone had this happen before? If so, is there anything I can do to make the monitoring more reliable?

  19. Hello, I have 2 Mac computers with 2 and 3 monitors, respectively. One of them has 2 identical monitors and when you ask to see screen for monitor 1 or monitor 2 (they are both shown as Dell E2210), I get the same image. The other one as 2 identical displays (shown as Philco) and a Panasonic Display. When I ask to seek the Panasonic screen, it displays correctly, but the images either Philco screen is identical. Hope this helps.

  20. We have the Slack integration enabled but 2 days ago we stopped receiving notifications. When sending a test message from the integration settings the following message appears. The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element. I've also disabled and re-enabled the integration to no avail. The wording suggests that the problem is on the remote side of things. Any thoughts/ideas are appreciated. Cheers, Joker

    Hi, I found a bug when updating account information using the api url: PUT /v2/crm/accounts/{id} The problem is that it nulls "createdOn" and "createdBy". Those variables should never be changed after creation.

  23. Bug with Time Approval message in PSA App. We have setup a notice to let me know when time needs to be approved in the PSA. The email I get in my Outlook in box, has a link that shows "Click Here" that brings me to the timesheet to be approved. There is also a message in my Messages - Inbox in the PSA. This message in the PSA has a broken link for the "Click Here". The URL reads.... "https://psa.pulseway.com/Dashboard/psa.pulseway.com//Dashboard/TimesheetEdit.aspx?.............................." If we install the agent manually (or via GPO) and go and do a discovery and deploy later, The probe will show ALL systems on the network as Discovered, including those that have the agent on them already and will allow me to push the agent again. If we deploy to those systems we get duplicate machines showing up and have to go clear them out. Is this by design? It would be good if the probe could detect if the machine has the agent on it already and not show it or at lest show it has the agent on it already.
