Hi. If it is possible I would like to exclude full automation scripts from the diagnostics log "trace.log". In normal situations it is fine with just an indication of the execution with the script name. I guess you could add one more checkbox like "Include full Automation Scripts" in settings, and let it be disabled as default. Best Regards, Martin.

I would like to request the ability to setup a system (server) as a central repository for patches and software per customer/site. Figure this could be along the lines of a probe node. A good example of this type of configuration would be ManageEngine's Desktop Central. This type of setup is a nice solution to reduce Internet bandwidth usage and allow direct management of the packages (software deployment).

We use the Pulseway Dashboard to monitor notifications with the option 'Show only systems with elevated or critical alerts' enabled. This works really well for picking up almost every notification except for 'Send a notification when the public IP has changed' which turns out to be a really useful notification for when an internet services has failed over or failed back. Currently I'm unable to set a notification priority on Windows Pulseway Manager 8.0 or Pulseway for ARM 5.1.2 It seems unusual that this is the only notification in the Notifications tab that you're unable to set a Priority for, is this currently being worked on?

I noticed that there is no Asset info section for Linux agents. Can this be added? I know that the Dev team relies on OS built-in commands to gather hardware and BIOS info for this section, so I wanted to offer some insight on how to gather hardware and BIOS info in Linux using built-in commands. Here is a gist outlining the basic commands for your Dev team reference: https://gist.github.com/flatlinebb/87bba149eed8ce91b8553c20dfae027d For those that do not want to click on a link to an external website, here is a snippet: How to view the system specs in linux Open terminal and type sudo dmidecode --type. Don't click Enter yet! after --type, you can wri…

I would like to see IPv6 address information for each system alongside their IPv4 information. IPv6 is the future of the Internet. Many end users are now only receiving IPv6 allocations, as the IPv4 address space is running out. pulsewayd already uses IPv6 for some of its connections. All of these reasons point to the importance of IPv6 support.

Hi Team, I wanted to request that Frontapp be added to the 3rd party management tool since we have about 150-180 users who use it. https://frontapp.com/ This is becoming increasing necessary since we are adding remote phone system to the Front app . Let me know if there is anything i can do to facilitate this need. Thank you, Sean Faria

Hi, It would be nice to have an Section in the overview page of a System what Windows Version / Patch / Update is installed. Like Windows 10 Pro 1909 for example. So we know on what build / CU they are.

Hi there! I often find myself running scripts on our machines in a way that demands follow up/verification, so I thought it would be a good thing to be able to add scripts to a queue in Pulseway to have them run at a later point in time when a system becomes available online. Currently I tend to keep a document with all the machines listed, so I can mark them one by one in order to know which ones are done, and which ones remain. This is kinda tedious because our machines (especially laptops) tend to be offline for longer periods of time, and I have to follow up on a daily basis until the script ran successfully on all of them. I know about autom…

I was getting the policies configured for my new setup and I noticed that Patch Management only allows you to select categories of patches and just decide to install them as a whole or not. Unless I'm missing something, there's no ability to approve or deny patches on an individual level. This is a somewhat vital part of any RMM suite as we may often need to decline individual patches that are known to be causing issues (a common problem with Windows 10 these days.) I'd say this is something vital for Pulseway to get implemented as I've worked with a number of RMMs over the years and it's the first one I've seen that doesn't offer this.

Currently when searching the list of Hardware assets by category or by any other field, then this search option has to be repeated for every record which needs to be edited. As soon as you go back to Hardware assets view it is no longer filtered by category, therefore search should be repeated. It would be much better to search all records at once and then edit them, rather than perform search each time when one record needs to be edited. This would improve the user experience.

Would it be possible to expand the number of API endpoints available for the RMM? While the API is useful for gathering information about systems, it doesn't have much in the way of being able to perform many built-in operations that exist in the web application, like check for and install patches, run single line commands on the system, being able to run scripts on a system and not just tasks, add tags to systems, etc. This would be great for creating custom automation and would help with removing a lot of tedium in cleaning up small alerts.

After playing around in my trial account for a bit, I have a few suggestions regarding policy configuration. Allow the creation of policies that inherit settings from other policies and track which settings were overridden. This would allow MSPs to create one or two "Global" policies (Servers/Workstations) as a base, and then create individual policies (for each client) that inherit settings from those global policies. Allow overrides to policy settings on specific systems, track which systems have policy overrides in place, and allow reverting the overrides to the policy defaults. Allow attaching scripts/tasks to policies to run during on-boarding (as …

I manage a fair number of PFSense instances. It would be great to have either a PC Monitor PFSense package or agent support for FreeBSD. http://www.pfsense.org/

Currently, any machine that is offline displays only the last know public IP address. It would be very useful if it could display all last known information. Such as serial number for example.

New enterprise user coming from Kaseya. Would be great to see access to services (start, stop, restart, configure), the registry (view hives, and add keys/etc.), and file transfers from within the web app. File transfer works great from remote desktop, but here are times we simply need to copy an icon/file and it would be nice to not disturb the user for a simple file copy.

I swore I already created this feature req, but I can't find it anywhere here, so forgive me if this is duplicating. I see OKTA was added as a SSO option with latest PSA release. Is there anything on roadmap for O365/Azure SSO? I want to drive clients' users to the customer portal, but they are just not going to remember another password. It needs to have O365 authentication. This is having a major productivity impact on opened service tickets, because otherwise users just email help ticket requests and often do not provide all needed information. Another option to to create some sort of client specific Submit help ticket webpage that has all required fields. …

Hello, I think I saw something about this in another post and wanted to follow up. It sounds like there may be updates to the reporting feature. Do we know when? It would be great to have more reports and report options. Reports are a big help in customer meetings and show our value.

Hello MMSOFT, Buna Marius, Wanted to know if there is any plan on supporting Exchange 365 Administration like you have for 2007/2010/2013. we have about 80 Servers and we moving towards cloud little by little and I would hate not to bring all the features that I have grown accustomed to for past several years. Pc Monitor/Pulseway is a must have tool for anyone with more then one server that is not attached to your hip. I hope this feature will include: 1. Resetting passwords 2. Turn on/off enabling Archiving 3. Disable/enable OWA/ActiveSync 4. Maybe also the eDiscovery&Hold option 5. Lastly the info that was available in exchange 2010/2013 module…

It would be great to be able to import IP addresses to add to the ping monitor via a CSV. A customer has asked us to add monitoring to a long list (50+) of devices with static IP addresses and the process to add them manually is extremely laborious and time consuming. Considering it is possible to import and an export to the customised xml format Pulseway uses, this should be relatively easy.

I love the new Pulseway Backup feature. But I do not want it to show on the devices if they are not subscribed to it. I use the Antivirus as an Example. If I am using AV on a device, the Antivirus menu item shows under the Software area. If I do not subscribe to Antivirus on a device, it does not show on the menu under Software. I think the Cloud Backup should act the same, if you do not subscribe then it does not show. As everyone is aware the images show, one device with AV and one without AV.

It would be beneficial if Pulseway had its own URI handler so that given something like <a href="PulsewayRemote:c1ff43df-5f0d-40d1-be9d-06055047d1aa">MYPC <br> SystemIdentifier: c1ff43df-5f0d-40d1-be9d-06055047d1aa</a> Would launch a new instance of your remoting desktop application and connect to the System Identified.
