I have a lot of file servers. In the rare case that I would need to reboot one remotely, it would be great if I could view what files are open and by who (through computer management/shared folders/open files) that way, I could do it all from my phone.

Hi there, do you consider to improve the powershell feature? The Problem here is, that you can only start commands, which don't need any answer. If an answer is required, the command is not beeing executed - regardless you will give the answer within the next command. It is no real "bi-directional' powershell session like "enter-pssession -computername xxx', which is needed for our daily work. So we have to use vpn instead or rdp - both are not the fastest way to execute commands. In kaseya vsa we have this feature working as needed. I think the Pulseway Agent could handle it - when I have a look to remote desktop feature, which is …

Please support webhooks as destinations for notifications. This opens up integrations with many other services without the need for Pulseway to configure specific integrations for each one. The feature should be able to send a post to a URL when the specified event type is triggered. If possible, the ability to add headers to the webhook would make the feature even more usable (imagine cases where you want to send a message to teams, hangouts, etc...). Thanks!

We often use pulseway to deploy webroot and would like to see a site key manager added so when deploying we dont have to copy paste they site key everytime, but rather have a drop down with all available site keys / site names. Even if it cant be automatically pulled from the webroot dashboard, and we have to go in and add / name the sites and associated keys that would still be helpful.

Hi, please add site code drop down to the Antivirus agent install on the web portal. Preferably this drop down selection would just list the Site Names from the Webroot portal and that would essentially makes managing these site codes a moot point. If this integration can't exist between Webroot it would be a compromise to at least let us manually load a drop down list for convenience. Example in the attached photo. Thanks!

I was wondering if there was a plan to monitor website like the ping check but it would go onto a website and look for a specific string of text every X minutes to make sure it is loading correctly. Maybe it could even be a plugin? This would be great and we could use this for all our monitoring not just the base servers. Thanks Allan

Is there any plan or discussion to allow MSP's the ability to white label the agent settings such as the name, desktop shortcuts, icon, installation path name, etc? We used to have this with a former RMM tool we used and it was helpful to maintain brand consistency with our clients. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

For security purposes and business operations, it would be advantageous for Pulseway to allow MSP's to white-label the systray app and desktop icon. It would be difficult for a hacker to see what RMM software is attached to the system if the entire application was white-labeled. Other RMM's allow this. Currently the systray app only has predefined options. It would be efficient if more options were available for systray like NinjaOne has for there systray application. For instance, when i was recently testing NinjaOne I can have a link to my public knowledgebase, chat with a technician, new user request form, etc... It also allows me to customize icons with my own. NinjaO…

A few things I think are missing: 1. Basic support for Microsoft DHCP/DNS. 2. NPS notifications for radius login etc 3. Windows firewall with advanced security. edited: removed services (I didn't realize this feature already exists, I just had to enable it)

I would like to suggest that a ticker gadget be made for Windows 7. I would love to monitor my systems, but dont want to take up alot of space on my screen. This would be great if it was scalable.

Hi guys, have you thought up your program to run on Windows 8? MetroUI would be a great app, and it would be very comfortable to work on computers with screens bigger and richer than those of a tablet or a phone. Here is a beta tester if they decide to do ;-)

We manage over 100 servers most of which run Windows Server 2008 or 2008 R2. We would love the ability to have reports generated for successful or unsuccessful Windows Server 2008 or R2 backups. This is the only thing holding me back from moving forward with your software.

For the workstations, the ESET and the update status is already displayed (Up to Date... etc.). Unfortunately, this function is missing for the servers. And exactly here it would be extremely important to see. Possibly with a small alert if the update status is older than 10 days.

I'm not sure if this is able to be done, but a WSUS module would be awesome. Something that would let us sync up the servers and approve updates. Combined with the existing ability to install updates from PC Monitor, that entire part of my job would be able to be done from a phone.

It would be really useful when listing the Windows services in PC Monitor under System, Services if you could list the current service status ie if its Automatic, Manual, Disabled or Delayed Start that way it would be easier to add in the services that you want to monitor rather than having to refer to the Windows Services console as well. At the moment I have to access this information on each server or workstation rather than just looking at the PC Monitor list, it makes it rather tedious and easy to miss a service that you need to monitor.

Hi MMSOFT, Pulseway can already send us a notification "when critical or important updates are available". But we would like to be able to specify a time period in days, before we get a notification We have an other mecanism/script that installs Windows updates, but we would like to use the pulseway notication as fallback. So basicly we would like to enter a number of days, so the the search for available updates ignores updates released within the last X days. At the same time it would be nice to change the Windows update search criteria string Defaults could be someting like: string: IsInstalled=0 and Type='Software' and IsHidden=0 days: 14 An…

Hi All We have a client who we need to report pending Windows updates to prior to updating as they want to confirm if there are any that they need to test prior to production rollout. Windows Updates Legacy Report - The Windows Updates legacy report provides the information needed and we'd like to be able to schedule it and apply a Scope so that the report only returns the servers they'd be interested in. OR OS Patch for All Systems Report - Extend this report to also have a tick box to include pending OS patches (as reported within the Windows Update report). This inclusion would be a big help. Thanks Steve
