It would be useful to be able to sort by more than one field, for example i would like to sort my tickets primarly by Status, but within each status i would like to order by Open Date (or Last Activity Date) so i can see which is the oldest within each status.

The Pulseway app is available to install on M1 Macs, but the application seems to be running in iPhone mode, and not iPad. I am not sure what code change needs to be done, but would be nice to be able to run the iPad version or Pulseway on Mac.

Hi There, What would be nice is if an update fails (win updates or 3th party) we can make an trigger to show the fail on the dashboard. Cant find this anywhere at this moment.

We setup some SQL query based notifications on one our servers yesterday and when it fired I noticed that at the bottom of the alert it said: Note: Another notification for this filter will be sent only after this notification is deleted. I know there are other types of alerts that won't refire on their own unless they are reset (I believe disk, mem and cpu are the same). It would be nice if all these types of alerts that need to be manually reset carried this additional note at the bottom as a reminder as I don't think they currently do.

Would be great to see some reports of all remote connection sessions that can be sorted by customers and allow you to add billing based on session time.

Hello dear Pulseway team, today I noticed that the navigation with the keyboard is inconsistent (or at least it felt a bit off) when adding notifications for Performance Counters. The numbers indicate the next option each time i pressed Tab. Cycling through the menu works fine, but "Cancel" (2) as the second option, when starting from "Name:" (1) seems wrong. Maybe remove the description (4) as a target for Tab-cycling? Also I noticed that Ctrl+Backspace (delete whole preceding word) doesn't work in here, it just adds rectangle (symbol) to the text. I would like Pulseway to automatically adjust the number of licenses as I add or delete computers and servers. At the end of the month this could then automatically be added (or deleted if you remove clients) from the bill. As it is now its a problem to always have to buy or delete licenses manually as I go along. I dont want to buy a lot of extra licenses that I dont use just to have some in reserve in case i add a couple of clients. Also, I was locked out from admin center one time when I had one server license to little and had forgotten to adjust. That was a bit stressful as I needed to change something and could not figure out why I was blocke out at first.

We have users who perfer to keep a clean desktop either for demo's for clients or for personal reasons. when we turned on third party patching it has kept placing shortcuts on the desktop for some applications when updating them. deleting the shortcuts does not prevent them from re-appearing when the application gets updated again. Would it possible to request an option for third party patching to not deploy shortcuts to the desktop?

We have a large org with lots of users (many who don't want to restart their computer). After seeing a user machine sitting at 212 DAYS AND 15 HOURS we scheduled a reboot through cmd. It would be awesome to have a feature that sorts by time awake.

Pulseway has had Slack Integration for a long time now but those of us who use Microsoft Teams get no love or have to run Slack just for alerts. Please look at adding Teams Channel Integration also.

For the workstations, the ESET and the update status is already displayed (Up to Date... etc.). Unfortunately, this function is missing for the servers. And exactly here it would be extremely important to see. Possibly with a small alert if the update status is older than 10 days. (GER) Bei den Workstations wird das ESET und der Updatestand ja bereits angezeigt (Up to Date... usw.). Leider fehlt diese Funktion bei den Servern. Und genau hier wäre es extrem wichtig zu sehen. Many times I've made quotes that I forgot an Item. I want my quotes to be organized with like parts together. If I want to add another item I have to delete everything below and then reenter the rest. I wish I could reorganize the items more easily.

Hi Team, Can we have an event log for when Maint mode is triggered or removed? Not a bad thing to have when tracking a problem but also we can then use things like automations based on events. It would be good if it said which user triggered it but even just a simple maint mode on / off with a standard event ID would be amazing. Use Case: Medium to large organisations have lots of people managing servers even third parties. By seeing who / when a device was put into maint mode it would help track changes. Currently we can only place a device into 'Maintenance mode' if it is online. Devices which are offline do not have the command option to do so. Every other RMM I've used has this capability. A workaround would be to create a separate group with its own policies and then move the offline device into there, but that is convoluted and not ideal.

I'm wondering if it would be possible to add multiple tabs for each separate category of machine information (for example, Overview, Details, Manage etc.) that could stay visible at the top and be switched between easily, rather than having to scroll back and forth constantly. We would like to store some url's in a custom field and make these actionable from there so one does not have to copy/past the url into a new browser-tab. Therefore a <url> type is needed that makes the inside text actionable and will "goto" that url in a new browser-tab

Please add a way to manually run a speedtest on a remote computer. I see requests all over the place but nothing added.. been over 5 years guys. Not a regualr interval, but maybe just as script to check that DSL connection to see if it is having an issue.... MTR would be a nice add as well.
