On a fri night we run maintnenace on our customer computers whilst they are shut, i.e Running Disk Defrag, Remove Temp Files, Run Windows Updates etc. Run Spybot Search and Destroy. Would it be possible to have an option to push these commands to all computers, not to a roup, but to every PC in our subscription. We have around lots groups of customers and would take ages to go to each group and run these tasks. It would be good if we could have access to a global TERMINAL, then we could run DEFRAG C:\ on it would push the command to all PCS. Any chance of seeing this before Xmas?

is it possible to have the ability to monitor the attix5 backup application, providing a warning if it fails? Thanks

We use Mozy Pro for all of our clients and would love the ability to monitor the backup status through MPM. Any ideas if this is easily doable?

I have setup an Event log Notification to alert me when a certain event occurs (which by the way works great). It would be nice to be able to tie a rule to that event notification. Example I have a notification that tells me when the exchange mail store dismount, I normall just do restart the information store service to remount. I would like to setup a rule that says when the event fires that the store is dismounted, wait 15 min then fire the rule to do a restart on the information store service

Would it be possible to have the group name showing somewhere on the screen when you are viewing a computer? Sometimes forget who's computer I'm looking at The came of the computer is not always enough.

Hi marius, A great feature would be a broadband speed test. Example: client phones up saying broadband is slow, we would open pc monitor and ask the pc to run a speed test and display the download and upload speed / ping, same as speedtest.net We could then work out if there is any issue from the test. Hello, is there a way you can install the service on a hyperv core machine

I was wondering if there was a plan to monitor website like the ping check but it would go onto a website and look for a specific string of text every X minutes to make sure it is loading correctly. Maybe it could even be a plugin? This would be great and we could use this for all our monitoring not just the base servers. Thanks Allan

On the iPad and iPhone monitoring app, would it be possible to have a larger window for Send a Message? If the message is a multi-line message, you cannot see the complete message, or the layout. Cannot tell if the receiver is going to receive the entire message or not. Txs

We have got a few requests/ideas that could be quite usefull: Is it possible that an associated account can get owner rights with a extra option or someting, so that account can edit the computer settings in the Dashboard app We would like te see which account had installed new applications on a computer, now you can only see the installed application name, version and publisher. I'm not sure if this is able to be done, but a WSUS module would be awesome. Something that would let us sync up the servers and approve updates. Combined with the existing ability to install updates from PC Monitor, that entire part of my job would be able to be done from a phone.

Hi - currently, if a pc's OS is trashed & the OS is re-installed (same hardware, same pc name), re-adding it to PC monitor does not overwrite the "dead" entry of the previous installation - is this something that could this be implemented at some stage please ?

Can we not have some sort of functionality to inform us that there is a new client update, or that specific servers a running outdated versions of PC monitor on the actual PC client which I have on a screen in my office monitoring my servers? Just something that gives a broad overview as to what servers are running what version at a glance.

Linux Commands such as Yum update (As compared to Windows Update). eg. yum update * or yum update all Linux version should have its own set of update options, and Options to restart services such as httpd (command - service httpd restart) mysql (command - service mysqld restart / service mysql restart) cpanel (command - service cpanel restart) . Another to update antivirus command: freshclam (to update Clam AV) options to Update or run scripts on the linux server to get information. These are not only easy for your team, they would require very little coding.

Dear Mobile PC Monitor Team I am using your terrific program over a year now and am still stunned, by the sheer possibilities, PC Monitor offers me while I am away from my PC. But there are two thing that I miss and I can't believe i am the first to suggest this: I want to start a predefined Command directly. E.g.: gpupdate /force, ipconfig /renew, ... small things, one Command with arguments to start exactly when i push the button I know there is a workaround with scheduled task set in the future and be started manually, but that should be a workaround, not a feature. i use the scheduled command only for this one purpose. a remote control feature would put pc monitor on a new level and open new markets. i am already doing this trick by firing a command script from pc monitor that opens a ssh tunnel from the target machine to my enterprise server running a ssh server allowing a server2client tunnel from enterpriseserver:30001 to localhost:3389 and then i can connect to enterpriseserver:33001 with any RDP client and can remote control the target machine. but this is a hacking trick and not usable in an efficient way for all agents, if pc monitor comes with this functionality just opening a tcp connection to a localhost tcp port of choice it would be enough one step further would be …

When logging to the web dashboard there is no option to remember password or keep me logged in. Its frustrating to have to keep logging back in all the time

I found that seeing the 'Available Memory' was a little confusing at first. As im used to seeing 'Memory Used'. Would it be possible to add an option that would read something like 500MB of 1024MB Memory Used Also adding a percentage used would make it very easy to quickly see what is going on with memory usage.

I have been wondering if it is possible to create a golden image against a Group. This will allow the same settings to be rolled out to all computers in that group. Just an idea.
