Any idea when the Remote Desktop comes for Mac? So that we can control the Windows Systems via Pulseway Etc.? Remote Desktop can now only be controlled via Windows.

Would be great to have an option when you select multiple systems, to run a script. Now that's only possible with a Task... But if you just want to run a script on let's say 10 Systems and not 100 in a Group for example. This would be much faster. Also you don't need to create a Task for it, so everything stay's cleaner in that way.

It would be nice to be able to change the order of the scripts. Also to be able to move a script into a different category that we might create at a later date.

Hi! As far as I know, all major monitoring systems have the ability to customize graphs... Because a picture is worth a thousand words, a screenshot of my installation of Zabbix. It's by far not as pretty as pulseway but the ability to customize the timeframe of the graph is sometime I frequently use. Would it be possible to create an extra menu item called "Graphs" When we click on that, I'd like to se a list of devices I'm monitoring in the middle pane. Clicking on a computer would then give me all the sensors that have (historical) data in the right pane. Ofcourse, clicking on a sensor opens a graph with a customizable timeframe so that I can see…

Hi, The idea behind Pulseway was to enable an engineer to provide support from his mobile devices, i.e. get him away from his desk. Pulseway is missing some much needed features: Lets say I want to run a script on all of the computers in a Group. On my mobile I can send messages to a group, restart all the computers to a group etc. BUT you cannot run scripts. You have to go onto a computer, create a scope, then create a task, etc.... It would be good when your on your mobile to be able to click into your group, then see scripts etc. Thanks Phil

Hi, To avoid unnecessary interruptions would you please tweak the application installed/monitoring as follows: 1. Track a history of application changes: name and date installed/uninstalled. 2. Alert wildcard exclude (ex. Application Name: "Mozilla Firefox*") such that when Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 (x64 en-US) or it latest version are installed and uninstalled no alert is sent. The history is useful to know what application changes occurred recently and I'm also looking for alerts on non-standard applications. The later I do want a notification. I have been evaluating the product and I really like it however it does not integrate with my accounting software Xero. This would be a nice feature for a lot of people.

Hi, It would be great having full access to a linux machine (where promox is installed), the same way windows machines have remote management. Maybe you can offer a temporary connection with user, password and port, in order to connect through ssh using that machine as a tunnel. The web terminal is a good thing, but it is limited and it can't run programs like nano or vim. Thanks. Great service guys. I really love pulseway

The same way it works on Xen server or VMware, it would be great to be able to manage de Proxmox containers and KVM from the UI. I already installed it on the Host (the promox) using the Debian install, which is great, but it would be great to have buttons to manage the VMs and see the performance.

Any chance of linking to an Apple Watch, would be good to be able to do some simple things via the phone, Reboot PC etc

It would be really good if when you use the chat feature, it would send a notification when they respond. Saves hanging around the chat window or having to pop back in to check if they have replied. The ability to add custom responses in the chat window (i.e Have you reboot your PC? etc), saves a lot of typing for the standard things we save in IT support.

I want to use two-factor authentication. I will not, until such time the timeout feature is controlled by me. I'm not sure how much time elapses between open the page and the timeout, but I can tell you it is too short. I want control of it, to the point of turning it off completely.

I looked at another MST product last week that had the option to set up the time zone when setting up a client. I live in Thailand but my clients are mostly in the US. I'm getting notifications with my time zone, but not theirs. I need a way for the system to differentiate the times of various clients. In the agent, I can set the time or times that I want the computers to be in maintenance mode. But when the time zone changes, there is no modify it according to the time zone itself.

I rebooted EVERYONE in my dashboard yesterday to the great surprise of everyone in my dashboard who was not at lunch. I created some scripts which I though did not contain a shutdown command but there was one in one of the scripts. When creating a task, I can add a script, but I cannot see what is in the script without backing out and editing the script again. I can think of two things: 1. I would like to be able to peek inside a script before adding it to a task. 2. I would like to color code scripts. If I choose red for scripts with a shutdown command, then I can easily see danger including said script.

Please add support for the more recent Azure Resource Manager deployment model for virtual machines. Currently only the classic model is supported, so virtual machines on my Azure subscription are not visible.

Hi, I would like to have a folder monitor, basically I have a folder (or several folders) that I need to monitor that the files in the folder and receive alerts for the following. - files are older than X days - over X number of files in the folder Please advise if this is possible currently of if this will require development, if this can be accomplished with a script then some pointers would be useful, ideally this would run at the same rate as other aspects of the system, but it could also be a daily/hourly check as I understand it could consume time processing!

It would be nice to see some basic mobile device management features for iOS and Android in pulseway Options: Ring device in max volume, Locate Device on map, Factory wipe device when it's next online, Lock Device, Unlock Device, Require screen lock, Remove screen-lock, and possibly capture from camera on invalid unlock code... Possible to select certain services to monitor via Group Policy? For example, include the StorageCraft service in group policy, and any server included in that policy would automatically have that service monitored.

Hi. When receiving the notification "The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down" I am always wondering who is shutting down the server. Could it be possible to add information about which user initiated the shutdown? I know that Windows write it to the eventlog, so the information should be available. If it could possible to match the users with RDP connections, so we also can see what client the user was connected from, it would something near perfect.
