Hello, New user here still very much in my trial period. I currently use a Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2 as my primary Domain Controller and have Eset Remote Administrator version 6.1.365.0 installed and running. I've installed the Pulseway Manager 4.7.3 on the server without difficulty and am able to connect to this with my mobile device - an iPhone 4. When I attempt to setup the Server module for Eset within the Pulseway Manager on the server I am unable to connect to my Eset Remote Administrator server. Is there documentation somewhere on how to set this up and what the prerequistes are? I've browsed the manual which basically tells me what I can do once I…

I tried to find a way to monitor hp and dell servers. Ive been using other more complex system that is doing a great job by finding all hardware sensors automatically via snmp. Pulseway is much more simple to use and configure though but it really lacks in hardware monitoring for server administrators. What i did was i created two files for event log that you can try out and import into your servers. I wish Pulseway would either add support for hp and dell server into their hardware module or rework the snmp module so we can add snmp templates for autodiscovery of hardware devices, like check_mk, nagios... Update my files didnt work that well i just tried t…

Hello please could someone advise on how i can configure the software to send notifications of all Errors or Warnings that come from the System Event Log. I have found the section within the software but it asks for keywords and source, which if you have not had the error before you wont know.

Hello. I've been using pcmonitor for over a year now and it's working great. I do have 1 situation with it running on a Windows 2008 R2 server running in terminal services mode. There is a copy of the pcmontask.exe process running for every user logged onto the terminal server. I found the startup key in the registry at: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and have removed the key several times, only to find it's there the next time I check. I configured pcmonitor on this server to NOT update the client automatically but that's had no effect. I suppose it's not that big of a deal but right now there are 15, 12MB processes running. sometimes there are more, …

My desktop has been running pc monitor for close to a year now. Suddenly it stopped working. My laptop is a clean build, never installed pc monitor. Both give me the same error on clicking Validate Account, or any other button inside the manager. "An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for system.serviceModel/client: Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6) (C:\Program Files\ PC Monitor\PCMonitorManager.exe.Config line 10)" Both machines running win 7 64 bit. One is enterprise, the other is ultimate. Any ideas?

Ok so I downloaded the newest version and launched the installer. It got to the end and gave the following error: Product: PC Monitor -- Error 1001. Error 1001. The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. Inaccessible logs: OAlerts. I only could select "OK" and did so which rolled back the install. I then attempted to reinstall and i get the following error: Error 1001. The specified service already exists. Again I can only click OK and then it rolls back. There are some temp files in the C:\Program Files\PC Monitor\ from the install. There is also something interesting where when I attempt to install I can actually laun…

Hi - I'm running the PC Monitor on a Windows 7 x64 system, and everything is working perfectly, except that I can't see the fan speed when I go into "Hardware Details" on my iPhone. I only have one fan installed in the PC, and SpeedFan is able to see the fan speed. Any ideas?

After receiving a verification on my phone I get this nasty gram. So far: .Net 4.0 install was blocked because a later version was already installed. So I don't think it is a .net version issue. Any help would be appreciated. --Tim I blocked out the server name to keep it annonymous I blocked out the server name to keep it anonymous. Also, please ignore the localhost:8443 page. It is irrelevant as far as I know.

Hi All! Does anyone know what to do about the Google Update Services? We have added the policy profile "All Auto-Started Services Notifications" to our servers, which works just fine. The problem is, that Google renames their update service every time, they update Google, making it virtually imporssible not to disable notifications on my iPhone, as it keeps me up all night. I was hoping, that it was possible to use a wildcard character, ignoring the current build number in the Google update service. Something like Google* Regards, Morten

We need the ability to monitor the GPU temperatures of our machines. Most of which run multiple GPUs I have installed the software to a test machine, but I am unable to locate GPU temperatures (CPU and MOBO only) Is this something I have done wrong, or can the PC Monitor software not monitor these?

Hi, I'm using version 2.8.1 on a XP machine (SP3). After startup the PCMonitorsrv.exe consumes 100% CPU for about 5 minutes, making the computer completely unresponsive. I've checked several setting and read the install instructions, but didn't found any clues what is causing this behaviour. Any Thoughts ? Kind Regards, Gertjan

So, I'm aware that generally the resolution is the resolution of the actual monitor, but I hit a new issue: I no longer have a monitor attached to a PC I'm connecting to, and hence, it's defaulting to the Basic Video Adapter at 800x600. For normal RDP, the resolution is set by the client connecting to the machine, but that's not an option with Pulseway Remote. Is anyone else using this software with a no-monitor setup and how can I increase the resolution to a functional size?

I retired a computer running Pulseway Manager and replaced it with a new one. MMSoft website FAQ describes the procedure to delete a monitored computer. Step one is to uninstall the Pulseway Manager on the computer to be deleted. I did not do that. I just archived the computer and reformatted the system drive. The next step is to bring up Pulseway Manager on another computer and use the Account tab to show a list of computers in the group, and delete it from there. I do not have an Account tab in any of my Pulseway Managers (v6.2.1). I signed on to my MMSoft website account thinking that I should be able to delete the computer from there. The archived computer shows up as…

Good morning Pulseway team, I came across an issue that was a big oversight and I'm looking to find out if there is a way to not allow an end user to uninstall the Pulseway Manager. The story is I had an employee that was having issues with their computer. They assumed that it had to be the Pulseway Manager tool since he's convinced that ever since the tool has been installed he has had a much slower computer. The real reason was his in truck hotspot wasn't giving him the speeds as he was getting in the office... Long story short he uninstalled the Pulseway Manager tool which when he called asking me to "fix his computer" I couldn't because he didn't have the Ma…
