  1. That tool did not give me the option of cleaning 3.5. But I cleaned 4 and re-installed it. No change.
  2. Both machines have 3.5 and 4 installed. I'll try removing and re-installing and report back. Both machines are fully updated and patched regularly.
  3. Here is the dir http://pastebin.com/UQtTbYQk The .dll file does exist. It's in the framework 64/v4.0.30319 folder. Not sure if this is relevant or not.
  4. I've tried to re-install multiple times on my desktop. Including deleting registry values. The laptop is a clean win 7 64 bit install.
  5. No change. The problem persists on both machines.
  6. The laptop did not have .net installed, and was automatically installed. The desktop already had it but I will try re-installing it.
  7. My desktop has been running pc monitor for close to a year now. Suddenly it stopped working. My laptop is a clean build, never installed pc monitor. Both give me the same error on clicking Validate Account, or any other button inside the manager. "An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for system.serviceModel/client: Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6) (C:\Program Files\ PC Monitor\PCMonitorManager.exe.Config line 10)" Both machines running win 7 64 bit. One is enterprise, the other is ultimate. Any ideas?
