We have requested this from the support team with 0 response (seems to be a common issue). We need documentation for the custom data. How do we display it, set it, etc. We would like to be able to pull information from the system via script and output to the custom field, but cannot find any documentation on how to do it.

Seemed pretty simple to set this up in the Pulseway Manager (9.2) Application on Windows (target PC). Sending the test eMail worked perfectly. I then tried sending a file from the web application (running on a different windows machine) - email pick don't even show up. Only Delete & Cancel are shown. Restarted Pulseway service on target machine - email pick not shown Complete reboot of target machine - email pick not shown Next tried the mobile client on Android (version 12) - email pick not shown So does this feature really work? I have no problem sending / receiving the test email but no chance to even try sending files.

Good Day, I have installed Pulseway cleint on domain workstations using the local domain admin user. I can run the pulseway manager using the local admin account, but when I try running it from on domain user account the application cannot run, it gives an error when loading AD db, erroe states pulsway manager has stopped working. do i have to run the manager as with admin rights? if so how should I do that. I've tried to enable "Allow sending files by email" in File browser settings, and tried to connect it with my Gmail account. Unortunatly every setting's i've tried, failed. i've used this settings: Server Adress : smtp.gmail.com Server Port: 465 i gave my user login and password, and type my email adress in "From email adress" field. I have enabled IMAP protocol in my gmail account. I've no idea what am I doing wrong?

I believe this to be related to Microsoft no longer support Basic Authentication, however I'm unable to fix the issue. Our Email Parser in Service Desk is no longer able to connect and staying as Inactive. The email account/user is fine, and we can send to and from it through Outlook and external email services. I've run through the steps found here https://intercom.help/pulseway/en/articles/5488944-oauth2-0-for-microsoft-o365-with-psa-email-parser to enable OAuth 2.0, but I still get the same error: Any ideas?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I have set this up so that I can ping the Access Points in the building to confirm that they are on. But I'm getting the following error back from system. Hello, I have reinstalled my server. When logging in I get the following error: There was no endpoint listening at https://xxxxxxxxxx/WebApp.svc that could accept the message. Is there any way to give an endpoint a custom name inside of Pulseway without having to remote into the endpoint and change it in the agent?

Dear All, I would like to enquire about the proxy settings. In my company, we usually use a proxy server. This will actually require users to toggle between proxy and no proxy when they are using the network. Proxy = Company Network No-Proxy = Outdoors But it seems that Pulseway only support manual changing of proxy settings through Pulseway Manager. Is there anyway to automate this so that it will automatically change depending on Windows Proxy Settings? Thanks in advance

Hi there Is it possible to start the maintenance mode via the commandline? (e.g. PCMonitorManager.exe call with param). My server performs a weekly reboot. I have a shutdown script which ends all services, task, etc. and a start script which starts them again after the reboot. Now, i have to manually start the maintenance mode, wait until the reboot over night is done, and then end the maintenance mode manually again. Is it possible that i can start the maintenance mode in my shutdown script, and exit maintenance mode in the start script? Thanks for any hint :-) Regards Simon

Hi, I accedently deleted the main account this morning and neet to restore A.S.A.P. :-( I have a full server backup, but need to know how do I restore back to the last setting where the ID was with the Devices linked to it with all the Associated Accounts as well. Hello! I'd like to install and evaluate enterprise version of pulseway, but am unable to do so, due to certificate error. I installed our test root CA to "Trusted root certificate authority" and ssl cert to user personal certificate store, but I am still getting "Certificate is not trusted by local machine error" as you can see from provided screenshot. Am I missing some additional step required or why am I getting this error?

Hello guys. This error is showing up when I'm trying to install it! I recently installed it, but i didn't show on my desktop nor the "delete programs" tabs So i can't uninstall it and reinstall it! it has installed fine then my PC should restart - So i though it wasn't installed so i install it then it says this error! Hi, Firstly I had a problem a few weeks back where the software wouldn't work on a PC running Windows 8.1, though I have used this now for 2 odd years, it installed flawlessly when I upgraded to Windows 8.1 (I have other machines with this on as well). Installed the 64 bit version on windows 2008R2 never been installed before and I got http://puu.sh/k3r0P/7e0486f299.png Error 1001. The specified service already exists I also got it on another system had to remove a bunch of stuff in regedit rebooted and reinstalled but getting this again on another system. Hi guys, something strange has happened. I had to change a broken HDD on an acer laptop. Everything went ok, I also had a ghost image of the previous HDD so the laptop is working fine. When checking the client form my windows dashboard I run into a "Error in XML Document (1, xxx). The strange thing is that I've checked the pc monitor config right on the laptop and everything seems fine (I also get alerts). So what I did is to uninstall PC Monitor and re-install it. Import a new configuration to try and overwrite the existing one.. but nothing only for this client I keep getting the same error when trying to read its configuration from the dashboard.. Any clue…

Every day we get the error message on our server: Pending reboot is required. I only have this problem on the server. The servers are up to date and I have already rebooted them several times. But the message comes back after a few seconds.

I am getting this error on the latest release (2.8). I have tried restarting and reinstalls with no success. I have been using PC Monitor for almost a ~year and this has only started recently.
