I get the error by validating that there was no endpoint listening on "myservername"/server.svc. Maybe caused by incorrect addrees of Soap action. It says see innerexception ( what I cannot find) I did install the client as described in the manual, the same on my I-Pad. What is the reason and what do I have to do. Hi all. We are deploying the preconfigured Pulseway v9.x agent with Intune (MSI file), and that works well. However, whenever we do an Intune "Fresh start" on a client that has the Pulseway agent installed and working, we get a duplicate entry for the client in the web app. I assume it's because technically the agent gets reinstalled by Intune and in the process gets a new value in HKLM\Software\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor\ClientIdentifier. Now, because the new and the old install is indistinguishable from each other in the web app, it's almost impossible to know what entry should be removed and what entry should stay. Which windows logs in to monitoring be interesting?

I added two switches to one of my Pulseway clients to monitor over SNMP. I added the agents in server modules > SNMP and then added the triggers in Notifications. I pulled a power cord on one of the switches and the alert tripped right away sending notifications to my phone and dashboard. I pulled a PSU cord on the other switch and no alerts. Looking at the values (3 is working correctly) I see the PSU value has changed to 5. Obviously out of tolerance but no alerts. I then recreated the variables for the agents seeing if something went wrong. Now the switch that didn't alert the first time alerts but the one that was working doesn't alert. Can someone…

I have set up 1 system with Server 2016 Std that i would like to monitor and remote control via the Pulseway features. Everything is setup fine and i can connect to the server via the Remote Desktop Client and the Dashboard. The only thing i cannot do is connect to the Console session because i cannot get the Send Command (from a Windows 10) to work. I can see the Servers Desktop but cannot send the CTRL+Alt+Delete command to start the login process. I have checked the manual and rebooted the system /Regards Daniel

Hello, I tried to remove the agent, with this: Get-WmiObject win32_product -filter "Name LIKE 'Pulseway'" | Select-Object IdentifyingNumber; But it is empty. Try to reinstall the agent, but I get the error "Service already exist." In add/remove software is Pulseway agent, how can I remove it?

Does the Pulseway RMM clear the alerts automatically if the alert has been resolved? IE a patch, we have patch management set to run nightly. The patches get installed but the alert still remains?

After being unable to open the Management Agent looked like the installation was corrupt, I uninstalled the agent and then tried to re-install it. It fails with error 1001: the specified service already exists. Installation Incomplete. Is there a way round this issue? Regards Paul.

Hi! I have the following situation: Windows Server 2016 Standard, Windows Defender Features uninstalled, AV Product = Panda Adaptive Defense 360. The Pulseway RMM shows no AV Status. Only he said that the firewall and status from windows side is ok. Next to the server I have a Windows Client with the same situation but where the Panda is detected. It is clear that I can see only the status, but this is important. Perhaps someone has an idea in this case. BR Jens

More and more, we purchase laptops and get them delivered directly to end-users. As par of their initial setup instructions. we send them the URL for the correct group so they can download and install the agent. However the process is quite chatty. Would someone know the syntax for URLdeployment for silent installation? Is there also some sort of flag in the syntax to disable the user to open the agent and change settings themselves? Thanks

Where are these values set? I can see the System Manufacturer, but nothing i change in the registry will get the model to change from "To Be Filled by O.E.M" - I'd like to get my motherboard model in there.

Since upgrading to Windows 10 a local account that I did not create has been appearing on my laptop. I delete the account but it reappears after a couple of hours. Could this be a function of Pulseway monitoring?

A fresh install of the Pulseway Remote Desktop Client on a brand-new Windows 11 laptop gives me this error: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. The first time I installed this app, I had no issues, but after a few months, this message started appearing. I was able to fix it after messing with certificates and uninstalling/reinstalling a few times with Revo. Are we not at the point where installing this app will take care of installing all necessary certificates, configs, etc? What is the best way to resolve this error?

With iPad Pro controlling Win 7 Pro PC I have no problems with connecting on my LAN. I am also able to connect over an external internet connection (WAN) If my PC is switched ON it is always available to the iPad Pro on the WAN. I can then Suspend or Shut Down the PC. However I then only have a time window of about 5 minutes for Wake Up to work. If I leave it any longer than 5 mins Wake Up will not work. Has anyone any suggestions for this problem ?

Hi When I install Webroot from the within pulseway it shows as installed but there is no trace of webroot on the target PC? It also does not show up in the webroot console which leads me to believe that while pulseway says it is installed it clearly is not? Target PC is Windows 7 Pro. I have uninstalled both WR and PW in the hope that a reinstall would work. Reinstalled pulseway and WR not showing up on the target PC or WR console. Never had problems installing before !! Hi all, I'm trialling pulseway on the Free plan - I only have 2 machines I want to manage, but remote desktop is the killer feature for me replacing LogMeIn. I know I need a paid plan for remote desktop, but in the case of 2 machines, do I simply add another workstation (to give me 3, which will be fine) which moves me to a paid sub under the "Pro" plan? On the website, there's Free/Starter/Team plans, but no mention of "Pro". Is that the same as the starter feature set? Cheers, S.

Able to install Pulseway no problem, but we do get the following error when we try and register/validate the account: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms. FIPS is enabled on these systems and we do have the .NET reg key to force TLS 1.2 pushed out using GP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Forgot to mention using Pulseway version 6.1.1 UPDATE. Is it possible to split-up alerting in such a way, that PulsewayUser1 receives alerts for Server Group A,C,D and PulsewayUser2 receives alerts for Server Group B,E,G and so on (until used the 5 Pulseway accounts) ? ie.: User2 should NOT receive the alerts comming from other but his/her own servergroups Regards, Martin

Hello, very nice tool ! I have only one problem. In my system is a HDD which is unused. So I told windows in powersetting to bring it to standby after 5 min. In Pulseway Agent I deaktivated the features "Hard Disks" and "Hardware Details", furthermore, there is no space check on this HDD or another notification. But pulseway always wakes this HDD. In ProcessMonitor with pulsewayservice running I get many wmiprvse.exe accesses to that disk. If I stop the services no more processes are accessing this disk. I there a way to tell pulseway to exclude this hdd ?

I have installed the Outlook sync addin to sync my PSA events and service calls with Outlook calendar. It sorta works but not really. 1st problem: It injects HTML code into the Outlook subject like this example: <span style="font-family: Calibri;">Client: Fred's Paving<br /> Location: Office - Artesian<br /> Ticket Number: 20180321-1<br /> Ticket Title: Upgrade Susie's PC to Windows 10</span> 2nd problem: I set it to sync every 5 mins. Everytime it syncs, I get a duplicate copy of calendar entries (service calls) into Outlook. Every time sync runs, I get another copy. Not really functional....
