Hi I've been using PC monitor for a couple of weeks. But now, I don't receive any notifications, except one: "Your server modules has ended. You can get a subscription by pressing the subscription details button in the PC monitor manager [...]" I'm only using 1 PC to monitor, with 3 attached devices and it's for non commercial use. I thought it was free !??! When I go to the "subscription details", I can only set the number of computers. Minimum is 5, and the lowest price the soft asks me to pay is 45€ for one year ! Hello, I'm not able to register a new system with my existing Pulseway account. I am able to put in my user name, but password is greyed out so i am unable to enter it. I do not have a dedicated instance. When i click Authenticate, it gives me an error (attached)

Hello all, I have been deploying webroot to a few sites through pulseway. This is the first time I have had to manually install webroot. Webroot would not install through pulseway on three computers. The manual download installed immediately and began a scan and reported into the webroot console. In pulseway the status for all of these was install failed and there are no actions available. I waited quite a while and no change. To get actions available I then installed again thrugh pulseway which imediately worked.

I am very happy that Pulseway finally released a way to deploy Feature Updates. That being said, we don't use WSUS any longer, we only rely on the ability of the Pulseway Agent to download and apply updates according to the rules we have setup. I am just curious if anyone using the Windows update GPO to control any of the Windows Update features on workstations that have Pulseway installed? I guess, is there any need for it and if so, what do you like to control? Do any of you disable Windows Updates entirely on your workstations and only rely on Pulseway to manage updates?

Hi all, I have 3 kids at school all of which have the Windows 8 Surface (Windows RT). Is there a Pc Monitor Agent I can run on these? I seem to be only able to find the PC Monitor in the Windows Store however this does not allow me to see these computers from my PC running the Dashboard. Thanks in advance Cameron

I've got a bunch of x8 and x9 series SuperMicro motherboards that Pulseway doesn't monitor the hardware on. Fans, temps, power, etc Both the SuperDoctor 3 and SuperDoctor 5 utilities detect the hardware as well as HWInfo. How can I get these monitored? Baring that, how can I get SNMP setup to check the local host to monitor the output from SuperDoctor 5?

Hello! I'd like to install and evaluate enterprise version of pulseway, but am unable to do so, due to certificate error. I installed our test root CA to "Trusted root certificate authority" and ssl cert to user personal certificate store, but I am still getting "Certificate is not trusted by local machine error" as you can see from provided screenshot. Am I missing some additional step required or why am I getting this error?

I would like for more than one account to be able to monitor a system. Is this doable? I don't know if it is as simple as having multiple server programs running with different credentials or if there is a way to share a group across accounts, but I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you

Hello. I'm just trying out the product, which looks quite good. I'm receiving alerts quite late. For example, I shutdown my laptop the other night and it took more than 30 minutes for the alert to arrive, which isn't much use. I'm still in the trial mode and I'm hoping that's why these alerts aren't arriving much sooner.

We've used one single installation package which we've distributed via our old RMM. After the systems have been installed we've manually moved them to correct Org/Site/Agent Group. However, pretty much in the midst of this installation, I renamed the Org/Site/Agent group which we used for installation which resulted in that we can see a number of systems (100+) have the Pulseway software installed, but they are not visible in Pulseway. So somehow they are connected to a specific name of Org/Site/Agent Group. How can we get those systems visible? Do we need to recreate the old names of the Org/Site Agent Group? If so, the problem is that I don't have…

Pulseway forums members, I have a problem trying to install (re-install) Pulseway on a clients' Windows 8.1 Pro machine. When I initially removed this computer from a AD Domain everything seemed smooth. I forgot to uninstall Pulseway from my domain admin account before removing the machine from the domain. Now no matter what I do I can't seem to get Pulseway installed. Initially I tried to uninstall it, which failed, so I scoured the forums and figured out how to stop the service and wipe the Registry of it's presence. There is nothing in the registry at all related to MMSOFT or PC Monitor. Now when I try to instal it fresh it stops with an error saying: "…

When I install this way: "\\GP1-LAB-FSVR01\Software\Pulseway Agent\Windows\Pulseway_x64.msi" /qn username=my user name password=my password group=Default server=my enterprise server a folder is created and I can access it, but there is no desktop icon and it does not appear in the programs and features section (when i look to uninstall). I am attempting to do a mass deploy of Pulseway across multiple windows machines using Jenkins via batch or powershell. Using the free 4 computer setup. Had a problem with one machine - Windows 7. Got it back up running and installed Pulseway but cannot see the machine in the Manage Systems section on the machine or any remote client such as Android. Uninstalled Pulseway Verified dot net to be correct and reinstalled Striped registry of all PC Monitor and Pulseway entries Installed Pulseway again but still will not show in any Managed Systems Any help - suggestions?

Hi, I downloaded the App on my phone and agent on my node, but while trying to connect it with App on my phone I am receiving the following error message : "There was no end point listening at https://XX.X.XX.XXX/Server.svcthat could accept the message. For some reason it is telling me that Active Directory is not installed on my computer. Although it detects that exchange is installed and setup just fine. Any reason this could be happening? Thanks.

I tried Both x86 and 64 bit versions and even ran troubleshooter to see what the issue was. i used to use this on my windows 7 os but tryed on windows 8 and get this error. the picture shows the error im getting and my hardware.

I have a policy applied to all workstations which under Notifications > Storage is set to send a notification when a non-system partition has less than 25% (this value doesn't matter for now), however I have one workstation where I want to change this value. I can do this using the Pulseway manager, but this involves logging onto the computer to do it. Hi, I'm having trouble configuring alerts for Windows Server Backup. I have enabled and configured PowerShell User Impersonation, but when I try to 'Validate Requirements and Settings' in the Windows Server Backup section under Server Modules, it returns with error 'ExecuteChecks timed out after 15 seconds'. The system is Windows Server 2012 R2 datacentre edition configured as a workgroup machine (not on a domain). Thanks in advance! :-)

Having problems getting WoL on my media server pc working. Before Windows 10 i was on windows 7 and all i had to do was turn on WoL Magic Packet and it works. Now, I enable it and cant get it to wake up. Plus, if I shut down remotely via the iOS app the PC shuts off and a couple seconds later powers itself back up. The PC stays off if I shutdown directly from the windows start menu. The only thing thats changed other than the OS is now im stuck with the generic drivers Windows 10 installs for my Intel LAN. I no longer have any drivers or configuration applications as they appear to have stopped releasing them for this adapter.

Hi there I have used PC monitor for my other three systems however I dont seem to be able to connect the Dell 2900 server to the software. I have deleted the anti virus and taken off the fire walls... It just doesnt appear on the monitor and or can see it on the monitor even after install... Please help thanks Andrew

Is there any way to give an endpoint a custom name inside of Pulseway without having to remote into the endpoint and change it in the agent?

Has the 8.8.11 Agent update changed the behavior of the -support flag I'd heretofore been using with pcmontask.exe to bring up the Support Request window? I can confirm that "C:\Program Files\Pulseway\pcmontask.exe" -support still brings up the Support Request window in 8.8.10. If this is a permanent change, is there another way to bring up this window? Clients found using the taskbar icon to request support frustrating as Windows often shunts it to the "hidden items" section, or the icon is simply not visible, so as such I'd been using the aforementioned desktop shortcut with the -support flag. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
