Hi there,

Welcome to the Pulseway community! Unfortunately I can only provide ETAs for the entries on the Roadmap over here:

Hi,

I was in the same position as you, but I also needed to connect to Android and iOS devices to assist some of my clients with their Mobile devices.  I looked at ScreenConnect, Teamviewer and a couple others.  I eventually settled with Splashtop SOS in addition to the Pulseway RDP.  It is very cost effective and works very well.  If you are looking at a cheaper alternative (free), Chrome Remote Desktop might be your answer.  It works for Mac as well, but not for mobile device access, not yet anyway.  Hope this helps.

Since it's not even on the Roadmap I guess that answers my question. I will have to find a third party solution for desktop support of my Mac users.

I am in the same spot! And with applications going web based more often, company’s slowly starting to give users freedom, i think it would be wise to not neglect the Apple users :-) i understand that the Windows base is bigger then the Apple base, but still.. Pulseway isnt the only RMM provider to do this, so better get ahead of the competition ;-)

Greetings Chris,

Any update on the status of RD for Mac? I've literally checked Pulseway's site every day since I came across your forum post (since early April). We really like Pulseway, but have a 90% Mac environment.

thanks!

Hi Levi,

Unfortunately we had to drop the integration we were building with a 3rd party software due to last minute disagreements so we are going to be improving our own RD in the following months.

This is such a shame, along with not being able to remotely control from the Mobile App, Pulseway is billed as Mobile-First but yet mobile comes last!

Please someone go back to your roots and deploy features and management that are designed with Mobile First and web second in your development cycle and give us the tools we need to do our job or we will need to start looking at other solutions which will be a shame!

This is going to factor into my decision to stay or go with another company. When we started we knew there was no Mac RD, but the eta was a few months and it was coming. I understand delays. From an outsiders point of view it looks like controlled chaos with you guys jumping all over the place on whats coming and when. The current RD application on the PC is quite poor when it comes to features and speed.

I'm excited to let you know that we've hired two new developers that are working on the Remote Desktop application and we estimate that an update that resolves some bugs and improves the speed and connection reliability is due to be out next week.

Hi @DaveG,

This is not a small project, therefore I can not tell you an exact deadline for it.  Currently, I can say that we are working on it.

Hello,  I have 2 Mac computers with 2 and 3 monitors, respectively.  One of them has 2 identical monitors and when you ask to see screen for monitor 1 or monitor 2 (they are both shown as Dell E2210), I get the same image.  The other one as 2 identical displays (shown as Philco) and a Panasonic Display.  When I ask to seek the Panasonic screen, it displays correctly, but the images either Philco screen is identical.  Hope this helps.

Does anyone have an update script for making and removing snapshots in VMware?
I would like to use it together with Windows update scripts to search and install updates.

I've seen some old posts about this and solutions in older versions that have since been removed. However, I don't see the settings or options in this iteration as of today.
We monitor some generic services, ie Apache, and other proprietary services that are critical to our program running. At times they hiccup or run into an issue where they fail to start or stop. At this point we would want Pulseway to not only send a notification but also attempt to restart the service(s).
Any way to accomplish this or any roadmap on getting that feature rolled in?

I am curious to know why 3rd party patch mgmt. is an additional paid feature. Before I would get notified for like Adobe Reader needed an update, know I have to pay additional to get this notification?
What else within the features we already get will be removed to a "module" that we have to pay additional for? I only oversee around 60 endpoints, so I am not a big player, but there are issues now that are making me look and trial other RMM solutions.
Today I logged into my dash-panel as I do everyday M-F only to be greeted with 53 notifications for critical updates for Windows. Going into to the systems one by one, I quickly realized that something is not right. When viewing the systems, it clearly stated there were updates for Windows needed, but going to the actual systems available updates, I see "No updates found". Is Windows itself considered a 3rd party now?
      While writing this:

1 critical update is available on computer 'REDACTED' in group 'REDACTED - Workstations'.   Available Updates
      No Updates Found

Hi Everyone, As everyone knows Windows Updates are not bullet proof and they cause problems periodically with examples being flashing screens on logins for touch screen machines, lost audio abilities, files going missing and so on.  The goal of this Topic is to provide a way for all the members of this forum to report issues with KB's either that they've experienced or that have been reported elsewhere thus allowing all those participating to determine if they want to adjust their global policies to hold off on a KB or make other changes.  Your participation is greatly appreciated and I'm sure other tech's will be thankful for the information provided.
If you need to look up a KB this link is useful:
      https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx
Not confirmed, yet, but I believe this will show subsequent KB's related to a errant KB.
