Good day, I'm trying out the software and also using the Android app. the computer software seems to be working great but I can't get the Android app to work. Whenever I enter my credentials it tells me that the username and/or password is invalid (295). I know I am entering the correct username and password. I'm running an Android 2.3.3 (R2-D2 model) system version 4.5.602A957

I recently got a new phone, which is a Pixel 2 XL and I've noticed I never receive push notifications for when an alert is thrown out in the app. I have had no issues with any other app throwing push notifications and have not modified any settings in how notifications are displayed on my device. I am on Android v 9.0 currently if that matters.

I keep getting this error when trying to setup my android appliaction. I checked over 3 times and the username and password are the same as the account used on the server. I can login just fine via website but the Android phone keeps saying that my id or password is incorrect.

Hi! I installed mobilepcmonitor on my galaxy nexus and then on my pc. I set up the account on my pc and then used the same on my phone. When I start the app on my phone it says "Socket is closed" almost immediately. Do you know what the problem may be?

wakeup comand works just fine when i try through my home network, but when i try through 3g i get a mesage saying "wakeup command failed". Also when i try to wakeup my pc from another wifi network i get a mesage saying "wakeup command sent" bbut the pc does not wakeup. Anyone know why is this happening and what should i do to enable wakeup from other networks? It kinda defeats the whole purpose of having an app that can wake your pc up remotely if i cant wake it except when im at home. Thank you for any help that might come

How can I get a notification if one of my monitored servers is down? Also, can I set alerts to only be allowed at certain times of the day?

I can't seem to login into the Android app, i have tried it many times by now. I have even typed the password in "keep notes" in clear text and then copy & paste it into the app, but with no luck Just the "Invalid username and/or password (295)". I can login to the website with no problem and all my colleagues don't have any problem at all - it's damn annoying!

It seems this app is not able to start itself when I reboot my phone. If I forget to launch it (or FSM forbid close all apps) after restarting I get no notifications. Is this intended behavior?

Hello, I've had PC Monitor installed on my PC and phone for over a week and its been working fine. However today I've tried to access the app on my phone and all I get is a message saying "Not Trusted server certificate" on the screen where my computers would normally be. I've tried uninstalling and reconfiguring my username and password which has made no differance. I'm still receiving notifications by email and I can log onto the website fine and monitor my computer so I know my details are correct. My phone is an HTC Desire runnig stock android 2.2.2 Any ideas? Thanks, Michael

The PC Monitor app crashes everytime I click on "Screen (View the console screen)" on my Android 2.1 device.

I love the fact that we can now use the android app to remote into managed devices. It works well when the user is already logged in... The problem I'm experiencing is when I remote control a Windows device and have to login. I bring up the keyboard no problem and try typing the password to that computer. What I am typing on my keyboard isn't typing in the password box on the PC. In other words, it never seems to respond and type the password letters as I am typing, hence I cannot login (invalid password). I suspect it has something to do with how Android on Samsung deals with autofill. Ironically, I don't have this problem when using the Team Viewer app on the…

When I attempt to login a error pops up Error java.lang.NullPointerException

is there any way that only critical notifications can be flagged up on an android app rather than all the notifications that come through?

Is there are a way I can receive alerts on my Android phone for the Critical Notifications category only when a server is offline, shutting down or uncontactable? Currently I receive Critical Notifications for Windows Updates, which I don't think are really worth being woken up during the night for.

Hi guys. I just upgraded to a Tmobile HTC One and can't get the app to work. After I configure my account and hit Back to go to my PC list, I always get a force close. If I enter the wrong login info it just tells me it's wrong but doesn't crash. I've cleared the app data and also tried reinstalling to no avail. Any ideas?

when viewing a screen from someone i cant save it. hitting menu save completes and says saved to gallery but nothting happens

A small number of users who have upgraded to Android 2.3.x have stopped receiving push notifications and experiencing force closes related to notifications. We are aware of this and we are investigating. We hope to solve it in the next release. Please bear with us and keep reporting the force closes to Android Market.

Is it possible to add additional notification tones to the Android app? None of the ones the app comes with really grab my ear enough.

After the last update the option to save the screen is gone. All I have is refresh? Where did save screen go?

I recently bought the Samsung galaxy note and installed pc monitor on it. For some reason over wifi and cell network I can't control my pc. It was working on my old phone just a few days ago. It works fine over wifi on mt iPad. The ports are forwarded and I've validated and restarted the monitored pc but no luck. Any ideas?
