  1. I was about to install the PC Monitor app for andriod phones and noticed that one of the access requirements is to Discover known accounts - Allows applications to get the list of accounts known by this phone. Why would the app need to do this and what would be done with this information ?

App Version: 5.4.3 (Build 80328) - Google Pixle 2 phone (Android 9) 1st time user and really like the product, however, I noticed that the 2FA options in the Android app don't appear to be working. If I set 'Use Pin' it will ask me to choose a PIN but never asks for the PIN when I start the app up. Same with 'Use fingerprint' ...except never asks me to verify my fingerprint. Is this a known issue?

    I have been using a pin code in my Android app. It no longer works with the current update to 5.4 Anyone else seeing this.

  4. I recently bought the Samsung galaxy note and installed pc monitor on it. For some reason over wifi and cell network I can't control my pc. It was working on my old phone just a few days ago. It works fine over wifi on mt iPad. The ports are forwarded and I've validated and restarted the monitored pc but no luck. Any ideas?

  5. I love the fact that we can now use the android app to remote into managed devices. It works well when the user is already logged in... The problem I'm experiencing is when I remote control a Windows device and have to login. I bring up the keyboard no problem and try typing the password to that computer. What I am typing on my keyboard isn't typing in the password box on the PC. In other words, it never seems to respond and type the password letters as I am typing, hence I cannot login (invalid password). I suspect it has something to do with how Android on Samsung deals with autofill. Ironically, I don't have this problem when using the Team Viewer app on the…

    It seems this app is not able to start itself when I reboot my phone. If I forget to launch it (or FSM forbid close all apps) after restarting I get no notifications. Is this intended behavior?

    I can't seem to login into the Android app, i have tried it many times by now. I have even typed the password in "keep notes" in clear text and then copy & paste it into the app, but with no luck Just the "Invalid username and/or password (295)". I can login to the website with no problem and all my colleagues don't have any problem at all - it's damn annoying!

  11. Hi, I have not been able to login to to the Android app for the last 7-10 days. It's the same password that I use to login to my dashboard and the Web Interface. In the last 3 days I don't even get the app popup for approval on my phone for the Web Login. I use to get it even if I was not logged into the Android App. I think this is the first time I've had to login to the Android app since I first installed in, years ago. I have not changed my phone, the domain I use on the Android app is the same domain in my Dashboard & Web logins. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Craig

  12. When i load the app on my phone, it my phone appeared online until i shut my computer down from my phone Once i turned on my PC from my phone my PC appears as offline on my phone Any help? -----I managed to fix this by uninstalling the software and reinstalling it----

  14. I use the Android app to manage my network 90% of the time. (The other 10% is through the webapp) I would like to propose a feature request that would help me out tremendously. I would like the ability to expand notifications on the lock screen or the notification bar and mark them as read or delete them. Currently I have to go into the application to do this. I would say 99% of the notifications I get are ones that I have seen dozens of times before and so I know what they are referring to.     Hi, Not really a problem any more so much as a curiosity. I have a generic tablet which ran the app fine on kitkat. I installed a customised lollipop rom and google play says "Your device isn't compatible with this version". I downloaded it via 'amazon underground' and pulseway installed and fired up perfectly. It seemed possible that my country ID was restricting the download, but it lets me get bbc iplayer so i've discounted that. As the device is the same, and no other apps seem incompatible, I'm not sure what else to look for. pulseway on amazon is 4.6.5 rather than 4.8 and I doubt I will have 'amazon underground' running as a service so updating will be manual.     Hi guys. I just upgraded to a Tmobile HTC One and can't get the app to work. After I configure my account and hit Back to go to my PC list, I always get a force close. If I enter the wrong login info it just tells me it's wrong but doesn't crash. I've cleared the app data and also tried reinstalling to no avail. Any ideas?

    I keep getting this error when trying to setup my android appliaction. I checked over 3 times and the username and password are the same as the account used on the server. I can login just fine via website but the Android phone keeps saying that my id or password is incorrect.

  19. Good day, I'm trying out the software and also using the Android app. the computer software seems to be working great but I can't get the Android app to work. Whenever I enter my credentials it tells me that the username and/or password is invalid (295). I know I am entering the correct username and password.     Hello, I've had PC Monitor installed on my PC and phone for over a week and its been working fine. However today I've tried to access the app on my phone and all I get is a message saying "Not Trusted server certificate" on the screen where my computers would normally be. I've tried uninstalling and reconfiguring my username and password which has made no differance. I'm still receiving notifications by email and I can log onto the website fine and monitor my computer so I know my details are correct. My phone is an HTC Desire runnig stock android 2.2.2 Any ideas? Thanks, Michael

  25. A small number of users who have upgraded to Android 2.3.x have stopped receiving push notifications and experiencing force closes related to notifications. We are aware of this and we are investigating. We hope to solve it in the next release. Please bear with us and keep reporting the force closes to Android Market.
