Hi, Since yesterday, I am not receiving new live notifications on my iPhone/iOS 12.4.1 Someone noticed that too ? I tried the fly mode, restarting the phone but nothing changed. On other side, I asked a colleague which have an Android phone at hand, it seems its working.

Greetings, I was wondering if there are plans to add remote desktop capability to mobile clients, specifically, to iOS. I am looking forward not having to use overlapping services. However, current implementation still leaves me needing Logmein or TeamViewer...

Can not login I get error 295 on IOS and the username and password are correct.

The new iPad app that was released will not start, running on iPad2, tried to remove from device and re-installed, when selecting the app the whole screen shakes, but the app will not start.

Are you planning on adding mouse support for the new iOS cursor support inside a remote control session? Would be nice to have support of the cursor rather than having to drag the windows cursor around?

Hi, I'm having trouble logging in on the iOS app. It's giving me an, "Invalid username or password (199)", error message. The password is definitely correct; I've tried typing it in half a dozen times in the iOS app to no avail, however it works fine in the Windows desktop app and website. Is there any limitation on the password (at least within the iOS app that may be truncating it or not escaping some symbols properly)? It's 30 characters long, with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and some symbols. Thanks for your help.

The app on my iPhone just got updated and now it shows a splash screen and hangs. I tried deleting and re-installing the app; no change. Help please.

Just wanted to give praise. The iOS 7 update is awesome. Very nice to tie the look and feel into the iOS 7 style.

I love being able to get notifications from the iOS app on my Apple Watch, but it would be even more useful if I could go to the Apple Watch Pulseway app and see the status, for example, of my top servers. Or, if I could go to the server and see something vital, like notifications, or temperature. It could also be used to delete a notification within the Pulseway app when one comes in...which would be a huge improvement to the current workflow. Thanks!

well I have googled this topic several times (also on this forum) but none solved my problem. So please forgive me that I have to ask once again. As the title states, the wake up command does not do its job over 3G network. It said "wake up command failed". The information below might help: 1. All commands, including wake up command, work fine if my iphone is connected to WLAN at home (which means WOL setting should be alright) 2. For some reason whenever I try to add any of the iOS widgets it just shows "Widget Configuration Error".

One of the main reasons I subscribed to Pulseway is to make my life easier with Windows updates. However, this week, I noticed that Pulseway misses some important updates, and puts some updates that Windows Updates consider Important as Optional. This last patch Tuesday updates for example: On a Windows 2008 R2 Standard, my iOS app shows KB3065979 and KB3057154 as optional while Windows Update shows them as Important. How come when I'm using the PC Dashboard I only see the computers in my group but when i'm using the ipad app it shows me all the computers? How can I change this? Thank you

Recently updated to iOS 10 and now my Pulseway installation isn't working, it's coming up with an Account Error stating: An SSL error has occured and a secure connection to the server cannot be made. I'm running an enterprise server and have checked the SSL cert is up to date and SHA-2. Any ideas?

If I have a notification alert (set to Push) , and go onto my iPhone to clear the alert. I still see the badge on my iPad even though it was cleared. When I go onto the app on my iPad the bade disappears. Should the bad on my iPad automatically go away when I clear it from my iPhone?

So first i would like to say that this app is very cool and great to use, my only snag that i am seeing is where the wake up command is used. how is it supposed to be used in relation to my computer, i have tried putting my computer in sleep/suspend/hibernate and nothing happens when i hit the wake up command.

Hello there, I just got Pulseway today as of 5/1/20 and am intending to use it to mainly be able to remote control access my PC from my phone when away from the house. I am installed all the appropriate applications needed and went through the Pulseway Remote Access application along with Pulseway Manager application and have enabled Remote Access. But for some reason I still can not access it from my phone. Perhaps I am missing a step? It would be amazing if someone would be able to help me troubleshoot this situation. Hello, I recently upgraded to a new phone and now I am unable to get into my pulseway account. When I log in to the app, it tells me that the device is pending approval and to log into the webapp. But, when I try to log into the webapp, it sends an approval to my phone for two factor auth but it never comes through on my new phone. How can I resolve this and get back into my account?

Beginner with Pulseway Maybe a silly question but how do we log in into either iPhone app or Dashboard? I tried Administrator and the password assigned to the account but just get an incorrect un and password. Appreciate the help. Adrian

Been a user for about 2 months now to remotely access and monitor three Windows 10 desktops from my iPad. Since I’m using my finger, not a mouse, is there a document that describes the ‘touch equivalent gestures’ to typical mouse functions. Specifically, while I can easily move an open window, I have difficulty ‘resizing’ it. Any assistance for this newbie will be appreciated. Thank you.
