HI In the AntiVirus Agent Status section (Webroot), one of our systems is showing as installed but it also states "License expired" next to it The status of the system is showing on the Webroot Console as "Protected" and I can see that scans have been completed on the system recently We have a current license and have not exceeded our maximum number of Webroot systems. Can I ask why this status message is appearing and what can I do to correct it?

We reinstalled Pulseway on a re-imaged system and after the install we noticed issues. In the patch mgmt section, the status was "assign failed" in red. We rebooted the system and then the service was not starting. We checked the service, it was set to start automatically and in the event log it was generating this error: "Service cannot be started. The handle is invalid" We removed the system from Pulseway, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Service is starting normally, but still getting the same issue of the patch policy failing to assign. I tried moving the system to another group that did not have a patch policy at all and got the same result.

Hi, I've setup the SQL Server server module, using a specific user login (who I know has permissions, as tested and used when checking the query later). I've then setup a notification using it, based on a query. However when that runs I get told that "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" can't access the database. This doesn't surprise me, but I don't understand why it's trying to connect as that, and not the user I set up. Any ideas? Thanks

Is there a way to display time stamps on reports? For instance, when running the the CPU use report - the graphs is great and all, but it would be nice to have some more data like time of day. Or maybe at least can I find out when the agent polls the server?

Hello everyone i have little problem when i want to use patch management. I have my app msi file, but when it install on device files goes to ( to be honest idk why. Probably pulseway services runs under system so it tries to install itself ) C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Programs\MyTestApp I want to change the installation directory or try hacky way to install my msi under Program files. Any suggestion? I'm new at pulseway i would like to hear best way to install msi. Also idk how install arguments works. How should I leave the arguments? .

Hi, I had a look at my Pulseway monitor this morning and found a security event log warning saying 'Cryptographic Operation'. It says the provider is a Microsoft Software Key Storage Provider with an unknown algorithm. There are around 4/5 of the errors at this minute. Could this be something I did on my computer or would it be somewhere outside of my computer? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Does anyone know if there are load limits to generating workflows. We are triggering scheduled workflows every 30 minutes, for all ~80 servers. (Yes I know that is fairly small numbers compared to most of you). Has anyone had issues with workflows hitting a performance/load limit. We may want to increase the frequency of the workflow, and definitely increase the server count. Each workflow is fairly simple, updates custom fields, tags, and runs simple powershell scripts. Hi Folks, Been noticing this on a test machine for the last few days and just had a client email about it. When starting Firefox v94.0.1, you get a popup notification saying to Upgrade or Dismiss. Checking the Mozilla releases there is a new minor release, V94.0.2. Not a major update for sure but I don't like the idea of Clients receiving Update notifications and having to make decisions on what to do, that's my job. Is there a way to turn off update notifications for 3rd Party Patching? Thanks, Craig
