Before few days this capability is not anymore present on my iphone app, when i tap on monitored service all functions become gray for few sec and nothing happens. Is this something with free version. Because i was old ios demo user and have award option for free monitoring 10 systems on my account. I wasn't receive any info about change of my account status. Thank you for answer. ps on webapp everything working without any problems! I can stop, restart or start monitored services

Hi guys, I got the latest update of Pulseway but it seems to have broken my maintenance mode? Everytime i try to get a managed server to enter maintenance mode, i get the 'maintenance mode command failed' error. Anyone having this issue?

When I try to change my password on the website I am getting an "Object not tied to an instance" error message. Not sure what to do...

First, good work on this feature, thank you. It would be nice to do the following with this feature. 1. Export a setup from a Pulseway manager already setup and import that. I get an X when I try 2. It would be nice to have more than one policy per group. (i.e. One for workstations and one for servers.) We use different setting for each. We don't want to use different groups for servers and workstations as we use this feature for different "Clients". The reason we use this for different clients is because there is a different user/password for each site so we don't get cross site security issues. I will play with this a bit more, and comment …

Hello, I'm new to Pulseway, I have realized a few things and I'm wondering how to fix this so it doesn't happen again in the future. Some of agents on my list aren't always online even when I'm looking at them in front of me. Some of these agents are in the same locations where multiple agents are online but some stay offline. Some agents are also located at other locations and still have the same issue. Wondering if there's a fix for this? Best Regards, Bilal S.

We are testing Pulseway and so far it's a great program. One feature that would be useful to us is the ability to create a checkpoint on a VM in a Hyper-V system from the app. Is this possible?

Hi I'm trying to create a scope, so I can setup a task but i get scope not found when I create it I get "Scope not found" Google was not my friend for this one. I know its not found as I'm trying to create it. what's going on?

Hi, i want to know how i can monitor the dropbox daemon on linux, i'v tried things with workflow but when i stop the service manualy it won't send me a notification or try to restart the service, and that is bothering me becaus on our servers we need to have dropbox running all the time for our application, i know that dropbox is weird on linux, it won't show with systemctl, but it's still like a daemon. I'm running debian buster machine all up to date with the last pulseway agent

Tengo el bios configurado para magic packet, tengo la targeta de red configurada para despertar con magic packet y habilitado. Y tengo deshabilitado el inicio rapido en windows 10.

I'm in the process of cleaning up some of the duplicates that came from the 6.0 upgrade. One of the scopes that we are having trouble with is the All Systems for <username> from <username> account. we've removed all reports and tasks in the system that were using the scope, but we still get an error message when attempting to delete the scope that its still being used by a report. How can we go about removing these?

New to Pulseway and on an trial. I often get error "Group not found" and then an other image. If i click one more time on the group-name I mostly can see the systems in the group. GK

This started popping up on my remote sessions as of yesterday afternoon, and it interferes with my ability to minimize windows. How do I get rid of this?

Hi all, Have to say, Pulseway is a fantastic product and it exactly the type of tool we need to monitor the health of PCs based nationally. I do have one small issue though. If a PC is on and a user logged in, I'm able to connect remotely. If a login is required, the remote session stalls then fails. Is this fixable in the client configuration?

does anyone know whether the status notifications can be changed to send as elevated rather than just normal? say if the public ip of a site changes (not ideal for a server, but what can you do while in contract and BT charge you to change to static) pc monitor does send a notification, but its not elevated so i dont see it unless i go into the server on the dashboard, could do with it grabbing my attention as things need to be changed asap. thanks gary

Hi, Not sure if I am raising this question on the right forum so please let me know if I'm in the wrong place. Basically we host systems and application for a number of clients but we would like to allow some of the 3rd party administrators to see the status of their hosted server, either via the web app, mobile app, or email. However at the moment it seems to be a fairly all or nothing thing. Is there any way the I can provide a client with a sub-account or something that would then receive/see information on a limited number of servers and not be able to reboot them, etc? Is there a way to run a couple of scripts on a device at once? i know you can create a task but didn’t know if there was a easier way to do it from the mobile app if we had not created the task

does anyone know of a way to change the way android receives notifications? like for example a backup notification is of low priority and doesnt need to be shown on the phone, whereas the dhcp service on the server being off is a high priority and it would need to be sent to the phone. we get around 40/50 notifications a night just for low priority and would like to narrow this down to just the high priority ones

OK, for the past couple of days I keep getting alerts on 3 endpoints about Windows Defender needing to have an update installed, even though WebRoot is installed and Windows Defender was disabled. After going through the processes, I noticed that Windows Defender was and was not disabled. Heres what I found when looking at the Startup under Task Manager. There are two (2) Windows Defender installed and one was disabled, the other not. After research, it appears that going from 1709 to 1803 installs the second Windows Defender with so far no way to remove it. So I just manually disabled it and also di…

I am working on building an Ad Hoc report in PSA to be able to list on-hand products and serial numbers assigned to that product for inventorying purposes. I know the Serial Numbers are tracked, and are listed when deploying them as assets in Service Desk. Is there a way to get that information to display in a report to possibly inventory product & serial number?

I did install Pulseway in December, only to discover that my chipset was not yet supported. When I heard about an update, I tried to check if it was now supported. However I get the message that my account is deactivated when I open the app on my iPhone as well when I triy to log in on the website. Why is it deactivated? I tried creating a new account and I got the message that my email address is already in use. So how can the account be reactivated?

See the attached screenshot. I have set up Executive Summaries for a few of our clients and most of them are coming through without issue when testing, however a couple of them are coming through as "Failed to retrieve the data". The reports template has been duplicated for each client, the only thing that is different is the Scope that was selected. Has anyone come across this before and found a solution for this? It would be good to know exactly what data it is failing to retrieve.

I spent a while trying to find this issue here but didn't so I need to ask: How can I ensure the Pulseway service stays on for each of the remote devices in my domain? I set them all up and now many of them are turning off all by themselves. Some won't stay on at all.
