Hi guys, I got the latest update of Pulseway but it seems to have broken my maintenance mode? Everytime i try to get a managed server to enter maintenance mode, i get the 'maintenance mode command failed' error. Anyone having this issue?

See the attached screenshot. I have set up Executive Summaries for a few of our clients and most of them are coming through without issue when testing, however a couple of them are coming through as "Failed to retrieve the data". The reports template has been duplicated for each client, the only thing that is different is the Scope that was selected. Has anyone come across this before and found a solution for this? It would be good to know exactly what data it is failing to retrieve.

In one of oure servers when we launch the configurations manager everything is greyed out. I restarted the service bu no luck we can manage it from another server jsut wondering what could have gone wrong. Thanks

Hi, is it possible to monitor a mapped network drive and if the connection is lost (e.g. the drive is not accessable) an alert is created? I looked through the app but couldn't find anything.

I am running a simple home server using Filezilla on an old Toshiba Laptop. PC monitor works great but I have little issue. I can put it in a suspend state and I can also wake as well. Once woken I can connect to the server and such just fine. But after a min or two, the PC enters suspended state again. I have tried with the lid open, and closed and made sure pc does not require password on wake, and that closing the lid does nothing. Any ideas?

This started popping up on my remote sessions as of yesterday afternoon, and it interferes with my ability to minimize windows. How do I get rid of this?

I am attempting to simply change the name of a client workstation form "Steve Doe" to "Brandon Doe" and it has so far been unsuccessful. I have tried from the client side, and from the dashboard manager. So far all attempts have not worked. When I attempt to do it from the client side, the client goes offline, and comes back up ~ 3 minutes later (it doesn't actually turn off, pulseway just detects it as offline). Doing it locally freezes application and forces it to be stuck at "Loading Scheduled Tasks...". I have ran into this before. I fear uninstalling will prevent a re installation. The only thing that solved it in the past was a reinstall of windows. Any …

On all the devices it says that my servers are offline. Yet this is not the case. Also I didn't get a notification that they went offline so I'm guessing something went wrong on your end. The only thing I changed is that I bought a subscription. I hope I just forgot to check some box or something. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

I provide Wi-Fi, VoWi-Fi, PTP hardware, IP surveillance, access control systems, digital signage, IP phones, etc... products to clients. I often design and own the network in these environments. I do not provide end user support of PCs, Antivirus, windows updates, backup services help desk, etc... I install, maintain, or support servers for AD or otherwise. I'm in the process of cleaning up some of the duplicates that came from the 6.0 upgrade. One of the scopes that we are having trouble with is the All Systems for <username> from <username> account. we've removed all reports and tasks in the system that were using the scope, but we still get an error message when attempting to delete the scope that its still being used by a report. How can we go about removing these?

I have 3 Windows 2022 serveres where Pulseway reports Offline, but they are running. If I use "Validate Registration" i get "This System is registred." Reboot of Service do not change anything. The last time I had to reboot server, but one server is a SQL server and the other 2 is Echonomics and used to control produktion...

I am working on building an Ad Hoc report in PSA to be able to list on-hand products and serial numbers assigned to that product for inventorying purposes. I know the Serial Numbers are tracked, and are listed when deploying them as assets in Service Desk. Is there a way to get that information to display in a report to possibly inventory product & serial number?

First, good work on this feature, thank you. It would be nice to do the following with this feature. 1. Export a setup from a Pulseway manager already setup and import that. I get an X when I try 2. It would be nice to have more than one policy per group. (i.e. One for workstations and one for servers.) We use different setting for each. We don't want to use different groups for servers and workstations as we use this feature for different "Clients". The reason we use this for different clients is because there is a different user/password for each site so we don't get cross site security issues. I will play with this a bit more, and comment …

Regarding the following in the recent security response statement: At what point with 2FA be required when adding or modifying scripts? We will be prompted when saving a script, or will the upcoming change jus check that MFA is enabled on the account that is updating the script? In relation to this, are there any plans to integrate Azure AD SSO into Pulseway? (appreciate it has pro's and con's in regards to security)

New to Pulseway and on an trial. I often get error "Group not found" and then an other image. If i click one more time on the group-name I mostly can see the systems in the group. GK

Hi, Not sure if I am raising this question on the right forum so please let me know if I'm in the wrong place. Basically we host systems and application for a number of clients but we would like to allow some of the 3rd party administrators to see the status of their hosted server, either via the web app, mobile app, or email. However at the moment it seems to be a fairly all or nothing thing. Is there any way the I can provide a client with a sub-account or something that would then receive/see information on a limited number of servers and not be able to reboot them, etc?
