Administrators Paul Posted January 7, 2020 Administrators Share Posted January 7, 2020 Hi Jessica, Do read this article to learn more about the VPN protocols available: https://protonvpn.com/blog/whats-the-best-vpn-protocol/. Both L2TP/IPSec and IKEv2/IPSec are still used in VPN implementations, it's just different implementations and both come with pros and cons. -Paul

I read this blog post and it is very helpful to know about protocols. In the meantime, I searched an find some good guides on ikev2 as well like https://protonvpn.com/support/what-is-ikev2-ipsec/ https://www.purevpn.com/what-is-vpn/protocols/ikev2 They are also very helpful to me.
