Hello all, I am trying to upgrade my Pulseway Free account to a paid Pro account, but I have ran into two issues: -First, I made the mistake of making a Team account thinking I was upgrading to the Pro account. I only noticed my mistake after seeing the 10 license minimum requirement. I do not have the option of deleting/closing the account. What would be the best way of doing that? -Second, when trying to use the link my.pulseway.com/main/subscription/manage I am receiving the error "Payments system is not available. (106)" Not seeing any other way to upgrade. Any thoughts or am I going about that the wrong way? Thanks all!

Hi, is it possible to monitor a mapped network drive and if the connection is lost (e.g. the drive is not accessable) an alert is created? I looked through the app but couldn't find anything.

I am setting up the Ping Notification feature and need some insight into how it works. My understanding is that it pings the selected device every 5 seconds. Is this a consistent 5 seconds for as long as i have the device added to the ping feature? I don't know that i need it to ping every 5 seconds (can this be changed) 300ms for 1 minute, i dont understand this... how often is it checking the device? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

I've been hunting for how I simply open up all systems to each user account, but the solution has evaded me. Thus far all I can find is the "Share Systems" which requires that I go in and change it every time a new system or user is added, which is obviously extremely inefficient and awkward to maintain. Any help guiding this PW newbie appreciated!

I am running a simple home server using Filezilla on an old Toshiba Laptop. PC monitor works great but I have little issue. I can put it in a suspend state and I can also wake as well. Once woken I can connect to the server and such just fine. But after a min or two, the PC enters suspended state again. I have tried with the lid open, and closed and made sure pc does not require password on wake, and that closing the lid does nothing. Any ideas?

In one of oure servers when we launch the configurations manager everything is greyed out. I restarted the service bu no luck we can manage it from another server jsut wondering what could have gone wrong. Thanks

I can't get in on the web app. Machines that are online in the mobile app are reporting as offline and nothing is connectable I have had this service for a year now and the service has been down about 6-8 times in the last year. I have to pay for a backup service that, in the same period, has been down 1 time for 1 hour I opened the ticket and all I have gotten is the automated response and that was 40 minutes ago. Chances of renewal dwindling fast!

Hi, I'm currently using Pulseway for personal use, and I wanted to use remote desktop between my computers. I thought we got two computers with pro free, meaning we can use remote desktop on the two. I only have two computers connected to my account, so that's not the issue. Could you help me figure how to get Pulseway to allow me to use remote desktop?

I am attempting to simply change the name of a client workstation form "Steve Doe" to "Brandon Doe" and it has so far been unsuccessful. I have tried from the client side, and from the dashboard manager. So far all attempts have not worked. When I attempt to do it from the client side, the client goes offline, and comes back up ~ 3 minutes later (it doesn't actually turn off, pulseway just detects it as offline). Doing it locally freezes application and forces it to be stuck at "Loading Scheduled Tasks...". I have ran into this before. I fear uninstalling will prevent a re installation. Does anyone know if Pulseway can get UPS data from APCUPSD? http://www.apcupsd.org/ I have a bunch of USB connected APC UPS units I monitor with APCUPSD in both Linux and Windows. Primarily, they are APC SMC1500 2u units. No network monitoring available. If not, I'll stick this in as a feature request.

On all the devices it says that my servers are offline. Yet this is not the case. Also I didn't get a notification that they went offline so I'm guessing something went wrong on your end. The only thing I changed is that I bought a subscription. I hope I just forgot to check some box or something. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.
