Hi, i want to know how i can monitor the dropbox daemon on linux, i'v tried things with workflow but when i stop the service manualy it won't send me a notification or try to restart the service, and that is bothering me becaus on our servers we need to have dropbox running all the time for our application, i know that dropbox is weird on linux, it won't show with systemctl, but it's still like a daemon. I'm running debian buster machine all up to date with the last pulseway agent

We are a small support company in NZ who manage many different clients in the same industry. Just struggling with the best way to configure pulseway in relation to grouping and scopes. How do others do this? One group per client with all their equipment inside the group ? Or groups dependant on task (workstation / servers etc ) so they can be attributed different patch policies and group policies easily. Would love some thoughts. Thanks.

I have two PCs in the house, both running Windows 7 Pro x64 and both with static IP addresses on the same network. One sends a push notification every time when it wakes up from a suspended state. The other never does but consistantly sends me notifications on everything else. I've noticed that the PC in question takes a second or two before I can access the internet after waking up. I feel this is the issue but can't figure out what setting on there might be out of wack to cause this. I had WOL working prior to installing PC Monitor and I'm thinking I must have monkeyed with one of the settings at that point. Any thoughts on what might be going on here? Thanks

Hey, If we receive monitoring emails from pulsway, they are blocked by the spam filter. Our spam filter is at normal level. I have had contact with our provider but that can not be changed. Hi there, I have a new mobile phone with no access to the old phone content (erased). In order to register the new phone and since no longer being able to authorise the web login with the old phone, I'm being asked for one of the 10 backup codes. The problem is that I'm not able able to locate those codes and I don't see any alternative way of logging in to my account. Has anyone run into this issue and if yes how did you solve it? Thanks!

I've been hunting for how I simply open up all systems to each user account, but the solution has evaded me. Thus far all I can find is the "Share Systems" which requires that I go in and change it every time a new system or user is added, which is obviously extremely inefficient and awkward to maintain. Any help guiding this PW newbie appreciated!

My phone app is working fine. Today I can't login. I reset the password and I'm still getting this error.

Is this something with free version. Because i was old ios demo user and have award option for free monitoring 10 systems on my account. I wasn't receive any info about change of my account status. I understand that I can get a notification if a server goes down, but I have a specific situation that I want to present to see if this will work. I have a server on a network that occasionally has issues. The issue is caused by our Internet provider and what happens is the network can reach the Internet, but no traffic comes in. Will I get notified of an issue in this case? Does PC Monitor rely fully on the data being sent from the client? Or does it attempt to connect to or ping the client from the outside ever?

Each time we add 1 or more devices which take us over the licence limit we have to go through the process of emailing sales to get extra licences added, every other RMM i've used simply invoices for the number of devices you have the agent installed on at the end of each month and this is much simpler and quicker. If I'm on site with a client and they sign up on the spot and want us to do the install there and then we can't as it takes time to get the licences added to our account. Can Pulseway not just allow us to order extra licences online or just bill us for the number we have installed?

Hej pulseway Is it possible to be allowed to use pulseway for private use I have 3 small devices right now that I would like to monitor as well as a lot of network equipment I currently have pulsway via my school user and have registered my private gmail for it and use it as main. Do you have a private solution or is it possible to transfer that server to my gmail? would like to pay for service if possible?

I'd like to temporarily disable notifications for any account that is 30 days overdue. By switching on Maintenance Mode, does this stop support requests via the taskbar icon? Does the PSA have the ability to automatically trigger Maintenance Mode? Thanks,

Hi, I'm currently using Pulseway for personal use, and I wanted to use remote desktop between my computers. I thought we got two computers with pro free, meaning we can use remote desktop on the two. I only have two computers connected to my account, so that's not the issue. Could you help me figure how to get Pulseway to allow me to use remote desktop?

I am setting up the Ping Notification feature and need some insight into how it works. My understanding is that it pings the selected device every 5 seconds. Is this a consistent 5 seconds for as long as i have the device added to the ping feature? I don't know that i need it to ping every 5 seconds (can this be changed) 300ms for 1 minute, i dont understand this... how often is it checking the device? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Due to an issue this month with the Windows updates on some domain controllers I would like to pause (skip) the scheduled updates I have set in Pulsway this month. I assume I could just change the scheduled time to next month but would be way simpler to just be able to click pause. Is there a pause option? Do i need to change the scheduled time of the update or is there a better way? Cheers :-)

Does anyone know if Pulseway can get UPS data from APCUPSD? http://www.apcupsd.org/ I have a bunch of USB connected APC UPS units I monitor with APCUPSD in both Linux and Windows. Primarily, they are APC SMC1500 2u units. No network monitoring available. If not, I'll stick this in as a feature request.
