At first everything was just brilliant.. it worked very good but since i shut down my computer and afterwards started my application on my sg2 showed me that the computer is in offline mode ( although it run ?) i pressed to long on the field of my computer ( sg2 ) a new screen opened that read... Remove pc.... and I just klicked on remove.. than i created a new account but now it reads : No monitored computer. HOW can i solve this . your APP is AWESOMMEEE

1) Have been using MPCM for a couple of weeks now - great app. One of the machines I was monitoring had a disk crash. I've replaced it, but can't seem to get rid of that machine in my list of monitored machines ... please don't tell me I need to rebuild the machine, to uninstall the software to remove it from the list. 2) Even when I am not running the (Windows) Phone app, it seems to be polling the servers. Is this correct ? Is it continually running in the background ? Can this be disabled, or modified ? I don't want to be racking up data charges all the time ....

I know how to rename the agent name (not computer name) from the computer itself, but how do I do it without physically accessing that machine (using web app)? Thanks.

I hope that this will be a simple question to resolve. I need to enable repeat notifications that are sent to my phone. If i miss a notification and i may never know it is there if i dont get follow up notifications. How do i set this up to allow repeat notifications that are sent to my phone app?

Hi, This report fails for us (though eh legacy report on IPs works OK) - is there some setting we need to make ? It says Failed Status No data for the monitored network interfaces has been collected yet. Error Thanks

New user to Pulseway RMM and I'm currently reviewing the Reporting module. I see the system has several report templates by default. However, I would like to create my own template. I would like to be able to run a single report that gives me the non custom values that I am looking for rather than running several report templates and merging the data together. I'd like to create a template that reports the following: PC Name, Primary Owner, CPU, Memory, Storage (used/free), Type (Laptop, Desktop), Make, Model, OS, Last Boot Up Time and any others I deem necessary. I have been hesitant to request any sort of features. I always feel like what i would like to see might be far too much work to produce. Hi Guys, great product but I need to know if there is a way to run reports over a month time period for a single client machine, or group of machines? My clients would to see stats on their servers/PC's for the month. I would like to be able to track trends on performance over a 6 month and yearly period also. this will help with new sales opportunities when Servers run low of resources, I can show them trends which support my recommendations.

I'm coming from Kaseya - used to be able to just export everything you had in the system or even just run a simple report. Why is this so hard in Pulseway? All i want is an export of my desktops + all of their info in a spreadsheet. If that's impossible - Computer Name + CPU + RAM Installed. Please help.

I am working on building an Ad Hoc report in PSA to be able to list on-hand products and serial numbers assigned to that product for inventorying purposes. I know the Serial Numbers are tracked, and are listed when deploying them as assets in Service Desk. Is there a way to get that information to display in a report to possibly inventory product & serial number?

I'm trying to generate a report for a customer who doesn't understand how much work the automation I have in place is doing. But I can't generate any reports at all. Instead, I get this in my email: The PPD: Task Execution: Reset WUAU report failed to generate:: No systems that support advanced reporting found. What gives? I have everything turned on for monitoring. These are Windows 10/11 computers.

I was able to generate reports for the systems I monitor the other day but when I view the reports I don't see how to generate new ones, all I see are the original ones I ran. Am I over looking something?

Hello, I love this app and monitoring software. I am just confused about the "reports" section of the app. I would like to utilize this feature or at the very least understand how it works. Been using pulseway for a a few years now and I like but But im trying to stream line a feature as my staff has grown ect We use repairshopr to manage tickets and work flow and they have a very nice leads system. Basically email comes into leads yours notified you convert it to a ticket ect. I am trying to find away to get ONLY the request support notification to email so that this will generate a lead. But i do not want disable all other notifications to do this. Any recommendations?

I've got Pulseway installed on a number of servers and it notify's nicely if a backup is successful or fails, but I've a couple of instances when a backup hasn't even tried to run so has neither failed or succeeded. I've noticed a number of posts requesting a feature for Pulseway to generate an alert when no backup activity has been detected in X number of days. Has this been looked at? Is this possible? Can this be developed please? Thank you

Someone changed the windows password for the local administrator account on a stand alone machine and decided to not write it down!!! Luckily I had my fantastic PCMonitor installed! I tried doing this using dsmod and going crazy trying to find it then looked into powershell but both were very difficult to use to do this and did not work. Again this is a local account and not in AD. Then I tried the following at the command shell: net user administrator Password1 and the password was changed! It would be nice if we could have an interface to change user passwords though... :-)

Hi All New here, just discovered PC Monitor after years of messing around using several different monitoring solutions to look after 25-30 servers. So far I'm dead impressed with this software and it's associated applications I have a couple of questions 1. When using the desktop monitor application the only way I can get the servers to return to green after a notification is to delete the notification, does the software store a history or log of all the error messages on a particular server, or can I get the server to return to green as soon as the message is read without deleting, this also applies in the Android app. 2. Before few days this capability is not anymore present on my iphone app, when i tap on monitored service all functions become gray for few sec and nothing happens. Is this something with free version. Because i was old ios demo user and have award option for free monitoring 10 systems on my account. I wasn't receive any info about change of my account status. Hello, I see a restart option but I don't see restart PC option in safe mode when I'm in details of one of the monitored computers (using my.pulseway.com). Does this feature exist or if not will it be implemented soon? Thank you, Serge

Hi, i'd like to restart closed and not responding processes. Is there any way to do it? Now i can just monitor it and send notifications when processes are closed or not responding.

Morning All, For some reason our Critical nottifications have stopped creating tickets in the PSA - Have checked mappings etc and all looks OK. Integrations of Accounts/Assets is working fine. Nothing in the logs. I can create a workflow to sync an alert but ideally need the notification to create a ticket autotmatically - Does anyone know where I can look or what I can do to get this working again?
