I'm in the process of cleaning up some of the duplicates that came from the 6.0 upgrade. One of the scopes that we are having trouble with is the All Systems for <username> from <username> account. we've removed all reports and tasks in the system that were using the scope, but we still get an error message when attempting to delete the scope that its still being used by a report. How can we go about removing these?

Guys WTF is this. I specifically use pulseway to help automate solutions and fixes based on rules and now its not supported? What release was this removed? No wounder why i see such a influx of ticket now... Why is this function removed? I will gladly removed my subscription if this is the case

Hello, I'm needing to know if there's an easy way with 6.0 to transfer agents from an On-Prem server with an MSP to my own SaaS Pulseway account without having to uninstall and reinstall all agents? I also use webroot on all devices. I wondered if this article "https://forum.pulseway.com/topic/1797-migrate-your-agents-from-professional-to-enterprise/" would be valid or could it be modified for version 6.0? Thank you!

I'm not going to say what I really am feeling about this product right now because "my content will need to be approved by a moderator". But I am baffled by this company at the moment. I recently renewed for another year and the invoice does not match the amount my card was charged. It's only a few dollars different but accountants are sticklers and in order for me to submit my credit card statement to accounts payable I need an ACCURATE invoice. The "ask a question" is the only apparent support when logged into my account but doesn't actually get an answer or response of any sort. Hello, We are long-term Pulseway customers but lately the Pulseway client has developed a bug and continuously uses up to 20%+ CPU utilisation. We logged this with Pulseway on the 4th of July this year but they have been completely ignoring the ticket. I regularly reply to the email thread for an update (at least once a week) but I am ignored. The only time I had a meaningful response was when I threatened to cancel our subscription. This was short lived and now I am back to being ignored with no status updates on my ticket. We like the product but we have a handful of servers with this bug and I am simply installing other monitoring products on them. Today…

Hi. I would like to start sending my clients a report to show that monitoring is taking place and updates applied etc. Does anyone have recommendations on what to send. Maybe I'm using the wrong search tags but I can't seem to find the answer here. When I restart my computer using pulseway, windows boots up and sits there waiting for a password. I can't seem to find a way to enter the password in the pulseway app. Is there a way to do this or a specific script to run instead of restart, or is the only way to remove the windows password?

Hi, I'm currently using Pulseway for personal use, and I wanted to use remote desktop between my computers. I thought we got two computers with pro free, meaning we can use remote desktop on the two. I only have two computers connected to my account, so that's not the issue. Could you help me figure how to get Pulseway to allow me to use remote desktop?

I have to say I'm very disappointed in this upgrade. Functionality actually missing that was in the previous version? (System level user rights, separate notifications rights) No ETA for the return of those features? Disappointing.

Hey guys, I'm sure you guys a swamped with the v6 release, I'm sure it will be one of the biggest leaps forward ever. I'm holding off on onboarding a new client to Pulseway because I don't want to do it twice. Any rough idea about when the release will come out? Is there a beta or RTM version available? Last post in fearure requests forum in mid-August said 2 weeks til release. Just curious where it is now? Thanks, you guys rock!

I've been hunting for how I simply open up all systems to each user account, but the solution has evaded me. Thus far all I can find is the "Share Systems" which requires that I go in and change it every time a new system or user is added, which is obviously extremely inefficient and awkward to maintain. Any help guiding this PW newbie appreciated!

Hello Team Pulseway! Can we assign a ticket to a custom queue by scanning keywords in the subject line? For example, we have made some custom queues for Hardware, Email issue, Epicor, etc. and would like to create rules to scan the subject line for specific keywords and place them in a specific queue and assign them to specific users too. I tried under Admin -> Business process -> Workflow, but it didn't seem readily apparent exactly what I should be doing from there. I have no clue where to put this so MOD's feel free to move... OK, for the past couple of days I keep getting alerts on 3 endpoints about Windows Defender needing to have an update installed, even though WebRoot is installed and Windows Defender was disabled. After going through the processes, I noticed that Windows Defender was and was not disabled. Heres what I found when looking at the Startup under Task Manager. There are two (2) Windows Defender installed and one was disabled, the other not. After research, it appears that going from 1709 to 1803 installs the second Windows Defender with so far no way to remove it. So I just manually disabled it and also di…

e.g. processor, ram, serial number Pulseway has gathered that information, it is stored somewhere, it is useful information for supporting customers (whether the machine is on or off), it is available via the rather cumbersome reports - so why is it not visible via systems or groups when the asset is offline? We are a small support company in NZ who manage many different clients in the same industry. Just struggling with the best way to configure pulseway in relation to grouping and scopes. How do others do this? One group per client with all their equipment inside the group ? Or groups dependant on task (workstation / servers etc ) so they can be attributed different patch policies and group policies easily. Would love some thoughts. Thanks.
