Is there a w way to prevent Pulseway creating the task "PulsewayServiceCheck" that starts Watchdog.bat? i tried removing the task but it;s recreated on every restart, while disabling the task works i would still like if there is (or if it can be implemented in the future) to prevent creation of this task in the task scheduler

Hi, I am monitoring a number of systems remotely for a number of customers and have found that if for any reason they lose their internet connection, all their systems appear on our dashboard as offline. I understand why this is happening, but is there some method within Pulseway to recognise when the remote internet connection is down so that the alerts/notifications can be ignored? Thanks

Hello, Will the Pulseway Agent run on a POS (Windows PosReady 7 or Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 LTSC) without have Shell as explorer.exe? We have a POS-software acting as Shell so there is no procesbar nor a notification area. Will Pulseway be able to run and most important be able to run scripts (PowerShell i.e.)? Thx in advance.

Hi guys, I got the latest update of Pulseway but it seems to have broken my maintenance mode? Everytime i try to get a managed server to enter maintenance mode, i get the 'maintenance mode command failed' error. Anyone having this issue?

Hoping there is something here to do what I am after. I want to run the Pulseway RMM reports external to the web page. Maybe through the API? I have a number of reports that I want to run for each "client". Rather than schedule each individual report, I want to be able to run 1 report which includes all the reports that I'm after. Basically, the recipient will get 1 e-mail message which contains all the selected reports. Is this possible. Maybe through an API of some sort? Any pointers greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to kick off an automated task based on a notification or alert. For Example, if we get a notification of a disk getting full, I would want the automation to run: <Open a ticket>--> <add predetermined note>--> <add 15 minutes>--><run task to clean drive>--><send notification that task has completed>--><close ticket> Is this possible now, or should this be a feature request? I've requested a trial and I just configured a server. I'm using mycompanyname.pulseway.com. I've configured a mail server under server admin > settings > email and the test email is getting delivered but no notifications at my mailaddress. Did I miss something ?

I'm in the process of cleaning up some of the duplicates that came from the 6.0 upgrade. One of the scopes that we are having trouble with is the All Systems for <username> from <username> account. we've removed all reports and tasks in the system that were using the scope, but we still get an error message when attempting to delete the scope that its still being used by a report. How can we go about removing these?

Guys WTF is this. I specifically use pulseway to help automate solutions and fixes based on rules and now its not supported? What release was this removed? No wounder why i see such a influx of ticket now... Why is this function removed? I will gladly removed my subscription if this is the case

This may seem trivial, but so far I am not finding documentation on how to push a third party application to a device. Is that a function Pulseway can do? Just need to remote silent install an exe or msi.

Hello, I'm needing to know if there's an easy way with 6.0 to transfer agents from an On-Prem server with an MSP to my own SaaS Pulseway account without having to uninstall and reinstall all agents? I also use webroot on all devices. I'm not going to say what I really am feeling about this product right now because "my content will need to be approved by a moderator". But I am baffled by this company at the moment. I recently renewed for another year and the invoice does not match the amount my card was charged. It's only a few dollars different but accountants are sticklers and in order for me to submit my credit card statement to accounts payable I need an ACCURATE invoice. The "ask a question" is the only apparent support when logged into my account but doesn't actually get an answer or response of any sort. Hello, We are long-term Pulseway customers but lately the Pulseway client has developed a bug and continuously uses up to 20%+ CPU utilisation. We logged this with Pulseway on the 4th of July this year but they have been completely ignoring the ticket. I regularly reply to the email thread for an update (at least once a week) but I am ignored. The only time I had a meaningful response was when I threatened to cancel our subscription. This was short lived and now I am back to being ignored with no status updates on my ticket. We like the product but we have a handful of servers with this bug and I am simply installing other monitoring products on them. Today…

Hi. I would like to start sending my clients a report to show that monitoring is taking place and updates applied etc. Does anyone have recommendations on what to send. I'd imagine most of my clients are not concerned with the technical aspects of a report but just need assurance that something is happening! Regards, Andy

Not sure where to file this. I thought there was a PSA area, but I don't see it tonight. In PSA ticket details I see a section called "Duplicate Alarm" I can't find any reference for this in help or user guide. What is this and how does it work?

New to Pulseway so our system is fresh, we noticed our default agent group was called 'Legacy' Do we need to upgrade this somehow / does it have any significance or can we simply rename it / carry on. We are on Version 6.0.0 build 929 release 254

Maybe I'm using the wrong search tags but I can't seem to find the answer here. When I restart my computer using pulseway, windows boots up and sits there waiting for a password. I can't seem to find a way to enter the password in the pulseway app. Is there a way to do this or a specific script to run instead of restart, or is the only way to remove the windows password?

Hi, I'm currently using Pulseway for personal use, and I wanted to use remote desktop between my computers. I thought we got two computers with pro free, meaning we can use remote desktop on the two. I only have two computers connected to my account, so that's not the issue. Could you help me figure how to get Pulseway to allow me to use remote desktop?

Where did group policy management go in 6.0? I don't see it in the webapp or on the agents...

I have to say I'm very disappointed in this upgrade. Functionality actually missing that was in the previous version? (System level user rights, separate notifications rights) No ETA for the return of those features? Disappointing.

Hey guys, I'm sure you guys a swamped with the v6 release, I'm sure it will be one of the biggest leaps forward ever. I'm holding off on onboarding a new client to Pulseway because I don't want to do it twice. Any rough idea about when the release will come out? Is there a beta or RTM version available? I've been hunting for how I simply open up all systems to each user account, but the solution has evaded me. Thus far all I can find is the "Share Systems" which requires that I go in and change it every time a new system or user is added, which is obviously extremely inefficient and awkward to maintain. Any help guiding this PW newbie appreciated!
