Hi - I have 3 Windows machines (2 x Win8 RC, 1 x WSE RC), I have PCMonitor running on each, and also have the PCMonitor Android app on my phone All computers TimeZone settings are set to UK / (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London, My Phone says it's on GMT+1 British Summer Time All show the correct date & time of day. This morning, I ran WindowsUpdate Check for Updates on each machine (and also from the phone) But when I compare the WindowsUpdate Last Checked Time, on each machine, versus the Last Checked Time reported by PcMonitor on my Phone, the times seem to be roughly -(minus) 5 hours off ... e.g. pc shows: Today @ 07:18, phone shows: 31 Aug @ 02:1…

Hi, I found since last version, that when I shutdown any of the PC's I have, I receive the message "The computer "PCNAME" in group "X" is up and running" (the exact message that I received when I turn them on). Any idea how can I solve it? Thanks in advance,

I noticed that fast scrolling on iOS 5.1.1 on iPhone can crash app preety easly. This happens mostly when some data is loading/refreshing while you start scrolling. For example if i delete notifications and quickly jump into computers and fast scroll down (I've got over 40 machines) it crashes (it's visible the network is working then).

We have mpm installed on bunch of servers we connect to and maintain remotely via terminal services. Recently they have been going mad if you disconnect the ts session sending hundreds of log on/logg off notifications. Is this normal? Thanks James

Hi I have pc monitor running on mac min os x (8g) and have noticed started to run bit slower .. In Activity Monitor it is shows Process Name "com.mobilepcmonitor.PCMonitorHelper" and Real Mem shows running at 2.47GB therefore taking up most of my memory as other apps are using smaller apps. That I can see I also have pc monitor running on a 4g ram windows pc and all ok. I have shut down and restarted the application on the mac but the memory just goes back up. If any one can advise or if they have same issue please let me know Many Thanks

Hi In my Lenovo Thinkpad tablet I get "Data not available" when I access the application with the mobile network (3G). With wifi works fine. The tablet is running android 3.1 Which other information do you need to troubleshoot this? Thanks in advance! Regards Hector

Hey guys, I'm having this problem since a few hours ago. (5 to be precise). The dashboard and the mobile app notified me that one of the servers is offline. Went to check on it and it was fully operational, even though PcMonitor was saying otherwise. I tried restarting the daemon but no change. 3 of the server cores are at 100%. Here is a screenshot from my webmin running processes. if I run /etc/init.d/pcmonitor stop , the daemon is still running and the dashboard receives a "server shutting down" notification. I tried rebooting the server but the problem persisted. I am thinking that some data got corrupted and pcmonitor has no idea what do to ... so it…

I have noticed a difference in the time stamps from my event log. On my computer the event have a time stamp at 7:00 and on PC Monitor the same event is at 2:00. Is there a configuration for the time zone? (I work with the newest version). kind regards Torsten

As soon as i put the computer to sleep from the host computer or another device it wakes up. i know it has something to do with the ethernet WOL feature but i have to have it enabled to wake it up remotely. Thanks for the help

I am in the process of testing this software on multiple servers. When you try to use the "VIEW DATABASES" functionality, the browser responds "Loading databases" and eventually times out with an error message "Data not available". This usually occurs within 1 minute. The server is marked as "Offline" within the browser/mobile app and cannot be accessed if you navigate away from the module. The "PC Monitor" service has a status of "Started". If you remain within the module for a couple of minutes the client would respond with the database list and two messages: "Data not available" and "79 databases found" The server would also be marked as available again. Greetings. As the topic states 2 of my 3 monitored XP PCs will no longer Restart or Shutdown (LAN or WAN). Wake works just fine. On enterprise server I tried to change any settings of a server and I am asked for password. For my account password. I am let go and I can see settings of server. Problem is the server settings are running on different credentials (setup ones) and if I try to change something (like group name) it doesn't take any effect (I guess because it's different setup account).

Hello, I'm having an issue where my android and iphone devices are no longer making sounds to the various alert levels & notifications... Is there an option that I am missing? I've made sure that I've picked a sound for each alert/notification level under the settings. But every time there is a notification, I don't receive any sound anymore... My android app version is 2.9. Any suggestions? thanks!

Hello, What actually happened are as follow: 1) Installed PC Monitor Manager using unattended installation (Full computer name at this point of time is "ServerA") 2) Rename full computer name to "ServerB". Restarted the workstation for the changes to take effect. 3) PC Monitor Manager and PC Monitor Dashboard shows the previous full computer name instead of the new one. Bug?

hello, I receive all notifications i want to handle except if pc is offline (this option is checked !). I can see on my galaxy note & my iPad when my pc is offline but i can't receive email or notification. I installed the last version on my galaxy note, iPad & my PC ! Any idea ? I was looking forward to this feature as it really would help with troubleshooting etc. But so far I have only been able to get it to work once and on one PC. I've enabled it and everything else is working but when I press 'Screen' I get a lot of twirling circles for about 30 seconds then: 'Screen Error - Unknown error' Otherwise great product which I'm happy to be paying for.

I get wrong tempurature reading on intel DX58SO2 motherboard. If i install intel own temp. reader program i shows the right temp. Is there somthing i could do or is it in the program Pc Monitor. Window 7 64 bit install Martin

Hello, XP has known bug, it goes back to hibernation state after reassuming from hibernation and idling for 5 minutes. It is useful for me. When I stop using my XP (remote desktop or dlna server) I just leave it and it goes back to hibernation state by itself. NOT anymore. After installing PC monitor it does not hibernate. I even set it permanently to go to hibernation after 10 minutes but it does not work.

Hi Guys, On my dashboard and iphone app, randomly, servers are popping on & off "the grid". On the dashboard, sometimes i get the big red error running across the bottom of the screen saying something like "The connection to the servers has been lost..."... I can get you the exact wording in a few mins (when it comes back up). But ever since my dashboard upgrading to version 2.8.1, it's been acting strange with this problem. any ideas?? thanks.
